Really nice apartment on the 2nd floor, with a wooden balcony/patio to enjoy the sun. The kitchen is surely not new, but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, although it is not too wide, and it has one big topper (for people who prefer twin rooms). It is about 25mins away from Oestersund, and a 40mins drive to Bydalen, f.ex., to go hiking. The host is very friendly and helpful, provides bed linen and towels, and even a small minibar.

Location: you have to drive a while to get somewhere. Despite being on the countryside, it is not completely quiet due to a bit of through traffic on the road nearby, especially at day time.

Super cosy place. Loved it.

Spacious, everting and very nice view

Locatie was fijn vlakbij Ostersund, check in was ook duidelijk en de route beschrijving was goed.

Het appartement zelf is niet helemaal wat we verwacht hadden. Er zit enkel een dun gordijntje voor de ramen waardoor er enorm veel licht van buiten binnenkomt. Verder was het zo ontzettend warm in de kamer dat we heel slecht geslapen hebben. Er zat ook nergens een knop om de verwarming naar beneden te draaien. Kortom, wij komen niet weer!

Posto fantastico. Struttura tradizionale curata ed accogliente. Camera pulita e confortevole. Ottima colazione.

The terrace and the view were brilliant!

The apartement lies on the top floor of a house with amazing views over the area. Great sunsets from the roof terrase. The apartement is spacious, clean and has everyhing one needs. The kitchen/dinning room/living room is confortable and with lots of natural light. The sleeping room has a door to go out to the roof terrace. If we come back to travel in this area, we will definetely come back for a longer stay. The house lies on a peninsula over a huge lake. The owner is very nice.

Lovely views, well-equipped, clean and cosy appartment. Rickard (the host) was very kind and helpful. We hope to be back in the future.

This stay was great. They stay is in a small town. What made this stay really awesome was the support from the host. I asked if there was a place nearby for rental of snowsled, but according to the host there wasn't any nearby. The host offered that we borrowed his old Bombardier snowsled to try it out. This was totally cool, and we had some fun in the back yard and on the frozen lake.

I simply could not give a 10. First of all, finding the key to the room was not so easy and the room itself feels old. Although the stay was nice, the host showed me around in the house next to this appartment that he said would be rented out to booking.com soon, which looked really nice. One other issue, might be the annoyance from the headlights of the cars driving on the bigger road close to the appartment.

The host is an amazing guy! He offered his help in a non- intrusive way. The flat itself was clean and tidy and had all the necessities covered. The view is breathtaking and it has windows to three sides!! The best stay we had during our Baltics/Scandinavian round trip with a perfect tour , hunting for elks! We couldn't have been happier. Don't think twice , book this one!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is fully furnished and the owner is very friendly. The town is beautiful and good for walking. Good location, easy to park and check in.
