Vacation Beach House South of Mauritius - Riambel

Tolle Strandlage, Supermarkt gegenüber mit sehr freundlichem Inhaber. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern in der oberen Etage. Terrasse und Balkon einladend mit schönem Ausblick. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in den Nationalpark.

Untere Etage feucht mit muffigem Geruch, der von abstoßend starken Lavendelaroma übertönt werden sollte. Alle Oberflächen klebrig mit Patina, Reiskocher, Toaster und AirFryer eklig klebrig. Jedes Geschirr aus dem Schrank war klebrig und musste vor Gebrauch gewaschen werden. Viele zu verriegelnde Schlösser auf dem Anwesen erzeugen ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit. An zwei Tagen funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht, angeblich wegen kommunaler Wassereinsparung. Der Küchenwasserhahn funktionierte allerdings. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im August hat es zudem jeden Tag geregnet und der Stausee war nahezu voll. Die Einfahrt ist schmal, am besten auf den Supermarkt-Parkplatz fahren, um gegenüber die Einfahrt zu finden und zu treffen.

لايوجد خدمات كثيرة قريبة من السكن فقط ماركت صغير مقابل السكن لايوجد فيه خبز ولا خضار

Wspaniała lokalizacja tuż nad brzegiem morza - z własnym wyjściem na plażę. Komfortowy domek na wyłączność, ma już swoje lata, ale spełnia swoje zadanie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, bezpieczna okolica. Przemiła właścicielka! Sklep spożywczy po drugiej stronie ulicy.

To nie jest turystyczna okolica, brakowało mi restauracji - wszystkie posiłki musieliśmy przygotowywać sobie sami. Ale na pewno dla niektórych to zaleta.

C'est une broutille , mais la télé ne fonctionnait pas .En pleine coupe du monde de football, c'était un peu frustrant.

Nádherný domek na pláži . Ve skutečnosti mnohem hezčí než na fotkách. Krásné venkovní posezení, zahrádka a přístup na pláž.

Příliš malé postele , asi 140cm .

Tout était parfait joli maison meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Situation exceptionnelle et propreté au top Je recommande sans réserve

La localisation du logement exceptionnelle, face à la mer, on a pu profiter des belles marées et ballade sur la plage. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris de chaussure pour marcher jusqu'au récif à marée basse. Il y a possibilité de faire trempette à marée haute, sinon il faut aller un peu plus loin pour se baigner réellement. Le positionnement est également idéal, juste en face de la superette Kwik Mart, très pratique pour les courses de dernière minute. Quelques snacks à proximité également. Le lieu est encore très sauvage, litoral typique et totalement différent de ceux du nord, de l'ouest ou de l'est. On a pu acheter du poisson frais à un pêcheur local. Le logement est assez spacieux, les 2 chambres principales sont climatisées et ont une vue superbe vue. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, le barbecue au top et le logement très propre.

Le logement est un campement de plage très fonctionnel et bien équipé, quelques réparations seraient à prévoir (quelques carreaux qui ont gonflé au sol) mais bon, c'est du superflu ! A noter que la petite chambre avec lit double n'est pas climatisée et la literie très ferme (mais ça c'est une question de gout!)

Первая линия. Прекрасный вид на океан. Покупаться-200 м слева общественный пляж.ориентир чтобы найти дом- минимаркет kwik. Своя закрытая территория. В доме все необходимое есть. Хозяева любезно разрешили задержаться на 2 часа.

Муравьи. Но нам не мешали). Просто не оставляйте еду на кухне.

L'endroit est magnifique, avec accès direct à la plage. Très reposant. On ne se lasse pas de regarder la mer et de se promener sur le rivage. Le bord de mer est très "sauvage" et authentique. Nous avons beaucoup aimé rencontrer la population locale et celle des villes environnantes. Riambel est très bien situé pour découvrir le sud de l'île Maurice. La villa est très agréable et spacieuse. Sa cour fermée permet d'y stationner la voiture en toute sécurité. La propriétaire est très sympathique et fait au mieux pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.

The property is right on the beach; it’s very quiet, which we wanted. The host was very responsive. The anti mosquito sandals were very much appreciated.

Feedback on little details that would be nice to see: enough rolls of bathroom tissue for the number of people and duration of stay would have been nice; a hairdryer, basic condiments in the kitchen such as a little salt, pepper and sugar to get guests started would have been welcomed; a good wifi signal would have been much appreciated for those intending to work online.

Great location, right at the beach, we really enjoyed the sounds of the sea from the house/sleeping room. Our flight was delayed and Emmanuelle (neighbour and keeper) was waiting for us. She was really friendly 🙂, invited us over and offered us food for the night and breakfast as it was late Sunday evening and we had nothing. The house is spacious and well equipped, we loved the terrace, very comfortable furnitures. There is a big parking space just in front of the house, behind the gates and a small supermarket right on the other side of the street.

The windows are pretty old, a lot of them don’t close properly anymore. This lead to little insects and mosquitos getting easily inside.

The property is located next to a beautiful beach. It is on the main road with easy access. There is a grocery store next to it.

The hygine and cleanlienss was low, there were lot of ants in the kitchen. The bed was not very comortable and a bit small. A/c did not have temperature control. Overall, the sleep quality was low.

We had a really nice experience in this Beach House. It seems that house and the place has the spirit of old Mauritius. Feeling is like you visited old house of you grandma. Em was open and friendly. She gave us fresh aloe and told how to treat our sun burn. Sitting at the terrace and looking at the ocean or night sky was fantastic. I did't have any expectations in regards the swimming in ocean at the south, but in fact it was also nice. Only be careful with the understreaming.

the electricity socket for the TV was not working well.

Fantastic location, right on the beach with direct access. Very peaceful and easy drive to shopping. South Mauritius coastline is something special and this guesthouse was like staying in your own holiday home. Welcoming and would stay again for longer!

A little hard to find driveway but host was super helpful and welcoming!

The hosts were very nice and helpful - gave us their phone numbers in case we needed anything and we did twice and they were just very helpful.

If there was something we talked about during our stay it was that the couches were not that comfortable. But for our short stay were we travelled most of the day they were fine.

This is a slice of heaven. Emmanuelle is the most welcoming and lovestruck host ,always on hand if you need anything and so great to chat to. We also felt very look after and safe knowing she was just next door. Everything was easy, the house is clean and cosy and has everything you need including a game of Carom which we thought was a lovely touch.The view from the bedroom balcony and front porch are out of this world. It's so peaceful and the real Mauritius! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back as we fell in love with the whole place. Highly recommend if you love nature and an authentic island experience. Thank you Emmanuelle for everything 🙏 ❤️

Great location in front of the sea. Beautiful views from the rooms. Nice and quiet house with everything we needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The host also had left tea, coffee and juice for us, wich was very kind of her.

The location of booking was wrong and we had real problems finding the house and contacting with our host. We also had to share the stay with small lizards and cockroaches, which may be normal in that region of the world, but we were deffinitely not used to it. We were far from a real supermarket too.

Great location and very friendly host. The house is charming with incredible views right on the beach.

Unfortunately, the two double bed matrasses are really hard and uncomfortable. But this is a personal preference and not what we are used to. We didn't have a good night's rest, but this might not be a problem for others.
