I loved the service and the staff... they are amazing... the breakfast is superb and the staff are very warm welcoming. Especially Mr. Dibash is very kind and always ready to assist... I appreciated every support he gave us... kudos!

The place looked clean on the surface but needs some deep cleaning in the corners and under the tables. Also the water sewage had a foul smell.

It was a newly built and very clean apartment. The kitchen had all facilities including daily usage utensils.The staff was very helpful and polite. Overall a comfortable stay

Neat and clean rooms. Basic facilities are provided and well maintained. The staff is quite helpful and were polite. The managers were accommodative of our requests as we were travelling with a baby and were flexible to make arrangements to make our stay comfortable. The location of the property is also good. Ample options for groceries and food delivery. Parking available outside the building.

The breakfast options are limited (not buffet) and provided on request.

Our reservation was cancelled (or ignored or not acted upon) without any satisfactory explanation. We had travellled a long distance to reach the property. I messaged the property two times before our arrival - on the first occasion several days beforehand - to provide an estimated arrival time. On both occasions, I received no reply. I called the property to confirm my arrival - again no response. When I arrived at the Reception, I was simply told there was no room for us, and that they would try to find a 1BHK somewhere else nearby. Totally uncacceptable. Very little concern for our distress

The apartment was really good and very spacious. Cleaning staff is very polite and helpful.

The front desk person was highly unprofessional. This guy makes up anything when confronted so please be mindful. He never mentioned about the breakfast while checkin or later. I called him in the morning then he said we give it in the room when you ask. The property is very good but the all the facilities mentioned on Booking.com are not available but just there to appear in the search. I stayed in the apartment to be able to use the kitchen for my 2 year old son. To my surprise and high disappointment, this person mentioned of additional INR250 per day for using the gas stove. When confronted him to show this on T&C, he said we don't write it in the T&C of Booking.com. Later he suggested me to use the microwave rather than gas stove, as I was not happy with these hidden charges, but there was no microwave in the room :). On rechecking the facilities mentioned on Booking.com, I realised that some other facilities mentioned like washing machine and sofa bed were also not available in the apartment.

The property did not allocate an apartment as per booking. they asked us to go another though the booking was done 1month before the checkin date.

We had booked a 2bhk apartment but we were asked to move to 1bhk apartment at different location

The stay was great, really pleasant, clean and very spacious rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The property was fully furnished along with equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. There is nothing to dislike.

I was skeptical about booking a hotel in Delhi as I found a lot of fake reviews, but lime wood stay diamond was a pleasant surprise. The staff are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. Room is clean and tidy. Bed is a queen size. TV in the room. Good location for airport stopovers. The area is a 3 to 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Fortis hospital . You could walk to Mall during the day, but the staff recommended to get a ride, as the main road is very busy. Perhaps the most affordable Suites in Gurgaon area. Booked two Suites for a Staycation. The suites had a separate sitting area and a bedroom. Very spacious. Amenities like Oven and kitchen also present inside d room . it equipped utensils with good amount of equipments. Highlight was the Breakfast Buffet with a lot of variety which is so delicious . Definitely recommended for couples or family.
