Amaze Residence luxury 2bedroom apartment 1

Closer to Shops

Not clean, provided with unwashed towels and bed linen

Great stay at Amaze Residence! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to get around. Check-in was smooth and the host/staff were responsive and helpful. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it was great value for the price. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location close to the city area.100% privacy.value for money

Location and quietness Security Friendly staff Facilities eg : A/C

Some of the facilities outlined in the description not been provided. Eg TV wasn’t working No internet connection to rooms

Nice apartment in a quiet area

Clean

If there is a micro wave that would be nice and the fridge is not in good condition

Everything was good and nice, will love to visit again

I like everything about the property

The one good toilet and the bed was okay and Imran was a good help

One bathroom was shit and a lot of ants and we did not have cleaner or cleaning supplies for the place

Location - Easy access to supermarkets and all other shops. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and as advertised.

There was only a small bar fridge and no freezer. It would have been better if there is a full fridge with families staying multiple days.

Worth it

Hot water controller need to be more fix . One room Ac is not working . And bedsheets room is dusty and not well maintained

It was amazing our stay was very clean and comfortable. With that price it was superb place. I really appreciate the owner and staff.

Nice place .very clean.. superb fro money 🤑 high recommend..no disturb nice and good stuff.

Comfortable

We stayed for 3 days, it's located in a prime spot, walking distance to boralasgamuwa town. It's a great place for you to be with your family with peace of mind, and absolutely worth the price.

comfortable and very quiet. local store are walking distance. very easy to access to key and very modern type design.

place was nice, no tv, no cups, no WiFi

If you need to watch tv, you have to reload the WiFi, Take your own coups.

it's small apartment with two bed rooms and kichen and two bathroom

hot water not working

very quiet and very relaxing please. good for families, couples or group. very close to foodcity, pizzahut and other shops. feels very safe. modern style apartment. my favorite is fan design. will visit again soon..

Cleanness very low. Specially main door. can see some oil marks. Main bathroom hot water shower didn't work. very good modern type apartment without well maintaining. very sad to see...

Nothing everywhere you look is a mess, this facility I visited when they open, thattime also they had same problems and shortcomings

Everything

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this luxury apartment. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly well-maintained. The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. What made the experience even more special was the beautiful and peaceful environment surrounding the apartment. The location was perfect for us, offering a serene atmosphere while still being close to local amenities. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back!

The only disappointment is there no mirror in the bedroom but only in the Washroom. But it's really worth for money. Thanks Amaze residents.

Neetly built, clean Friendly caretaker Worth for the price

Bathrooms are smelly TV not working / no subscription i think Electronic locks make a feeling of unsafe as anyone with the passkey can open the main door.

Clean and highly recommended

Washrooms are bit durty No wifi facility during my stay

small apartment but not well maintained.

Whole apartment was not properly cleaned. i had to clean the floo my self. bed sheets and towels had blood like stains and didn't look cleaned. They provide only one towel per room eventhough you book for 3 people. Hilarious and so rude while it is not in lune with what they promise to provide at booking. water from the commod was leaking into my room. No floor carpet in the entire apartment. Lift is not maintained and there was no light in it. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

tv was not working some bad smells

Appartment had balcony, fridge, hotwater, nice beds and Sofa etc..

Location is not near any shop, it is far away from main places..

Clean ,all facilities available there.comfortable place.i like that place .

all are good

Parking area is not covered.

Superb location and facilities

It's really make use stay safe and comfortable .

Not any specific reason, but my suggestions is our apartment wash room water drainage stuck water .

calm and amenities.

they change my apartment 3 times during my stay. because the electric power supply disconnected for my apartment. their elevator (lift) doesn’t work. we must be use stairway to climb 4th floor. it was difficult to my sick mom. 5 days of 7 nights, I didn’t see any security person or any responsible person in that apartment complex. It was very scared situation for my family.
