From the reviews i thought its good for family buy it’s quit small for me because we are 6 and i have 2 big kids which is not suitable in a same room.This size of the house good just for couple. No sofa also. Only 1 kids bed and only 1 mattress. The lift waiting time so long especially weekend. Waited such a long just to go to swimming pool.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The room was clean, comfortable, and very suitable for family stay. The environment was nice and peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the space and facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.Need to add mattress in the kids bed
Everything was good, just a small suggestion to improve maintenance in some areas. Otherwise, no major issues. (If you want very simple: “Nothing much, everything was fine.”)

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The apartment is conveniently located just next to the Kajang KTM station within walking distance. Easily accessible with convenience stores, 24hr washer and dryer and eateries downstairs. Always see friendly security guards on patrol carrying out their duties.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025Its easy to locate the building. Security was helpful during check-in process. The owner contacted me before our arrival and provided all the necessary information. I was super glad as I travelled alone with 3 kids. A lot of shops on the groundfloor such as Chagee, 7Eleven, Mixue and Speedmart. So no issue about hunger 🤣. Laundry Bar is there if you need to sort your clothes. Plenty of great restaurants around. Just use Foodpanda or Grab.
All is well. Love it. My kids enjoyed the stay. Will stay here again if we visit Kajang in future. Thank you Zul for your great hospitality.

The electric cooker cannot use please change it with the new one for the next customer👍🏻
