La atención. Mas allá de q solo hablaron para pedir el pago y enviaron las indicaciones para acceder, no se apersona nadie, es común hoy en dia. Eso no es ideal pero no está mal. Lo que esta mal es que cuando pedís la factura se demoren una semana, no atiendan, no respondan. Eso es una vergüenza y terminan arruinando una experiencia que venia siendo excelente.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die Lage finde ich Super. Man ist schnell beim Flughafen AEP. Eher ein ruhiges viertel. Jedoch nahe zum China Viertel wo abend sehr viel läuft.
Ich war das zweite mal dort. Das erste mal war ich super zufrieden. Nun ein Jahr später gibt es diverse mängel. Es gibt keine Wäschemaschine mehr, der WC ring Sitz nicht mehr fest. Die WC-Lüftung ist so laut man könnte meinen ein Flugzeug startet gleich.

Pesima o nula atencion del propiestario, entrego las llaves y nunca mas respondio, encontramos inodoro roto perdiendo agua, y sin papel higienico. Reclamamos y al dia de hoy (10 dias despues no nos han respondido), tampoco nos enviaron la factura solicitada, por lo cual el cobro del IVA nos parece un robo encubierto como hacen otros propiestarios monotribustistas que no cobran iva por lo cual no deberian incluirlo en la tarifa.

Zugang zum Garten war nicht ausgeschildert. Ich konnte keine auskunftsfähige Person in der Unterkunft treffen. Ich habe weder den Pool noch den Garten gefunden .

No solo no me lo comunicaron sino que además me ignoraron en innumerables ocasiones al preguntar sobre ésta, hemos estado con la ropa sucia durante toda la estadía. JAMÁS solucionaron el problema y solo me contestaron cuando les comuniqué que mi reseña sería igual que su atención y profesionalidad. SON UN EQUIPO DE AUTÉNTICOS MEDIOCRES E IGNORAN AL CLIENTE, NO VAYAN SI NO QUIEREN SER TIMADOS.

Unterkunft war fast wie ein Hotel: Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden einmal in der Woche kostenlos gewechselt, Betten wurden dann auch gemacht und es wurde kostenlose Reinigung angeboten. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Internetverbindung war auch sehr gut. Wir hatten für vier Personen gebucht, hatten aber nur zwei Hocker zur Verfügung, dort zu frühstücken war deshalb etwas ungemütlich für uns Erwachsene, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025Me cambiaron de lugar, en teoría fui a un departamento similar, moderno, con lo necesario para que dos personas puedan estar cómodas, cercano a la estación de Colegiales.
Me avisaron 1 día antes del cambio de edificio, pero lo acepté sin reparos. Tras instalarme no pude conectar mis equipos al WiFi con las contraseñas que informaron, por lo que les reclamé en reiteradas ocasiones y no tuve respuesta, por lo que usé mis datos para navegar en toda la estadía. Cuando me retiré, el ascensor no funcionaba, por lo que bajé los 8 pisos por escalera con mi equipaje. Realmente, por el valor esperaba mucho más.

The second bedroom bed was not made. The wifi info provided was incorrect. Whilst both issues were addressed promptly, it just takes unnecessary time. Lovely terrace. Having chairs would be great. Recliners are difficult for people with mobility issues.

The property was completely automated at entrance. Entrance door was no issue, but we had difficulty (strangely) with the lift. Entrance to the room itself was also easy.

Noting it takes a little more effort to get into central Buenos Aires or La Boca than other suburbs. Access was handled remotely and simple. The new unit has great facilities.
