Clean, relax, enough room l, very kind owner and beautiful compound

10/10 for close to the airport, Egyptian old money aesthetic, spaciousness and comfort. Recommend for quick affordable access to Airport and safe, clean, quiet place. Working elevator means it is accessible. Security guards at this gated community are kind and helpful, owner Moustafa is fantastic, communicative, and very nice. I wish o had more time to do an influencer-style photo shoot here!

The house was very dirty. The water was flowing very little. The inside of the house and the rooms were covered in dust. The curtains were yellowed and the blankets had no covers. The house needs a very good cleaning.

The villa is awesome. So huge, suitable for elderly because its equipped with an elevator. Its perfect for our stay, a family of 10 adult and 2 children. It can fit more actually. Our relatives who came to visit us love the seating area at the back of the villa beside the pool. It has a wonderful view and nice windy atmosphere. The owner of the villa , Dr. Mustafa is so great, always available whenever we need anything. Prompt action taken in several situations. His helper, Mr Khaled is very helpful. He brought us out using his car to buy what we need for our group on the first night we arrived. We do not have our own transport and the villa is not a walking distance to nearby shops. All the things you need is available in the villa.

Its far from shops. It will be perfect if you have your own car.

The space was wonderful, large and loved the pool. Host was awesome as he provided us with coffee for the morning with milk and sugar a half hour after we were already checking in late, he gave us more toilet paper when needed and he even came back the next day and brought a bed for our additional guest so she didn't have to sleep on mattress on the floor. We really appreciate that! He checked in to see if all was good every day or so, overall it was amazing stay, only one issue was just needed washing clothes for kitchen.

There was no dish clothes or tea towels to do dishes and lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. I had to wash dishes with hands and use towel from bathroom to wipe the counters. no hand towels for the bathrooms either. Recommend 2 pillows on the beds rather than one large pillow when there are 2 people per bed.

Spacious and enough for 9-10 persons or even more. I liked the location. Inside a protected compound with security check points Near City Star Mall and City Center Almaza Mall

After reading the owner's reply I'm obligated to tell the truth and defend my position. 1- I didn't ask for a free day. It was the owner who suggested it since first meeting trying to satisfy and please me after my disappointment from the condition of the Villa. 2- I didn't break the door handle I mentioned in my comments. I'm surprised and upset from the owner's false accusations in his reply, and I wanted to clear things up for other potential visitors. Don't get fooled by the smile and treatments. It's your right to get service worth what you've been showed and what you've paid for. If I were in the owner's position, I would work on the maintenance and cleaning to improve my property, instead of spending time to reply false accusations and lies just to save my property's rating. I had to say that I explained all my dislikes to the owner and he explained the reasons for them. Major reason according to him is the vacation season and had difficulties finding cleaning and maintenance labor. Anyway its my obligation to mention what I experienced to fullest details as possible. I disliked the following: Poor maintenance as a whole in the Villa like: - broken door handle and broken chairs in the garden - water leaking air conditioner Poor cleaning ex. Found several insects ( 5 Cockroaches) (May be due to the incoming of the summer, but not an excuse for me) Although the Villa has a private swimming pool, but the it didn't have full privacy. The rear or back wall of the Villa is not built and its open to the public or compound garden, so the pool is open to air (public view) from that side. Kids could swim alright, but grownup women could not if they want to swim privately and comfortably. (Pictures of the property will not show you the full surroundings of the swimming pool) Be ware!

One of the best places I've stayed in Cairo. Friendly owner who will solve everything that happens. Do not hesitate to contact him. Nice, quiet and comfortable place, private pool. Close to the airport or shopping. Highly recommend if you want to visit Cairo.

There is dust everywhere, but this is Egypt. You just have to count on it :)

The place is clean great area owner is very friendly and respectful it was me and my family visiting from US. And the villa was one of the best places we stayed in I recommend it 10/10

Everything was great

AMAZING spacious villa that is located minutes from everything that there is to see/do in Cairo!

Property was spacious, 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, swimming pool available with a back yard and barbeque place. Full kitchen available, large living area and hall; villa is located within a secure gated community with an additional gate to segregate between residential apartments and stand-alone villas. Property owner was always reachable and willing to assist in any manner. He was quite hospitable and cooperative. Having cold/heat ACs wa definitely a plus given the very cold weather at night.

There was no smart TV available, although standard cable service was there. Preferred to have more amenities such as extra towels, soap / body wash and shampoo. Bedding could have been better but serves the purpose.

The villa was very nice. Collecting the keys was simple.

The wifi disconnected a little here and there but not so much
