Ein extrem bemühter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, das Frühstück mit großer Liebe zusammengestellt und präsentiert, viel frisches gutes Obst, hausgemachte Mehlspeisen, die täglich wechseln, sehr gute Wurst und Käseauswahl. Entzückendes Haus mit schönem Garten und wirklich direkt am Bahnhof, perfekte Lage für den Venedigbesuch, ausgesprochen sauber alles. Bei unserem nächsten Venedigbesuch sind wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort!

Vi havde bestilt twin beds i følge annoncen fra udlejer. 5 måneder før ankomst. Ved ankomst fik vi besked på at de aldrig havde haft det, kun King sice beds, og at vi ikke skulle lære ham noget om udlejning, og at det måtte være . Com der havde lavet om på deres annonce, vi har både screen shots og mail med info, hvor det står hvad vi havde bestilt, herefter fik vi besked på at forlade hans grund eller få nogen tæsk (hans ord ikke vores), efter trusler fra udlejer og selv om hans søn kom og undskyldte faderens opførsel blev vi smidt ud, kl 20.00 en Fredag aften i Venedig!! Har forsøgt at få hjælp fra .com uden held til at få pengene retur da vi jo blev smidt ud inden vi overhovedet kom ind i bygningen, og selv om sønnen skrev til . Com at de naturligvis ikke ville hæve vores penge, blev de hævet med det samme…. Vi har stadigt ikke fået dem, og der ikke hjælp at få fra .com. Vi har altid brug deres tjenester uden tøven, men de har ikke gjort andet end at spørge udlejer om de ville annullere vores booking, men det ville de ikke, og så har der været stille siden…. Sidder ærgerligt tilbage, formentligt er udlejer ikke holdt op med at grine endnu, han har jongler sine penge, og .com kører stadigt hans annonce…

La ubicación es ideal para ir a Venecia en tren, a menos de 20 minutos de trayecto, con la estación justo enfrente del hotel. El desayuno maravilloso, el encargado muy amable, se puede aparcar el coche dentro de la propiedad, tiene aire acondicionado para el verano y la habitación m es muy cómoda. Cuenta con una pequeña zona de spa. Una estancia muy agradable.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! Everything was excellent — the accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful garden was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some peaceful family time. The location is also very convenient, especially with the train station nearby. Most of all, we would like to praise our host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and very well taken care of. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. We would happily come back!

Posizione perfetta per la vicinanza alla stazione, staff veramente gentilissimo, camera bellissima con aria condizionata, spazi esterni di una bellezza unica.

Ottima posizione dalla stazione ferroviaria, ottima colazione, stanze comode e grandi. Parcheggio interno è un ottimo servizio vista la posizione. Ottimo hotel consigliato per un viaggio di lavoro in queste zone.

Tolles B&B, das wirklich direkt am Bahnhof ist, von dem man aber nichts hört, und von wo aus man wirklich innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Zug unkompliziert, preisgünstig und schnell am Canale Grande steht. Toll auch der Parkplatz, das Ambiente, das geräumige Zimmer mit Palazzo-Feeling. Aber das wohl beste Argument: der Gastgeber. Er umsorgt seine Gäste wirklich und wo wir andernorts Probleme hatten, beim Frühstück satt zu werden, schöpft er die Teller voll mit frischen Früchten und jeden Tag (!!!) selbst gebackenen herrlichen Torten und füllt das Buffet auch schnell nach. Und es gibt herrlichen Kaffee! Wir waren hier sehr gerne!

Great location next to the train station to get into Venice with absolutely no train noise at all. Walking distance to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Good breakfast, would have liked a few more savoury options as it was very sweet treat heavy, though what was on offer was tasty. Plentiful good coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

Posizione eccellente per girare i dintorni. Stazione di fronte all’uscita del cancello della villa. Treno diretto per Venezia e in 20 minuti si è di fronte alla Laguna. Colazione varia e curata, ricca e sfiziosa. Parcheggio gratuito nel Relais; la Villa Toti del Monte è accogliente, con uno spazio esterno ordinato e rilassante, proprietario simpatico e disponibile ad elargire suggerimenti e conoscenze sui dintorni.

Vila randasi prie pat traukinių stoties, todėl puikus susikimas ir į Veneciją ir į Trevisą. Nors šalia traukinių stotis, jų nesigirdi. Rami, graži aplinka, išpuoselėti augalai. Pati vila dvelkia autentika, o pats šeimininkas Rikardo nuostabus ir paslaugus. Viešėjome kaip pas dėdę svečiuose. Pusryčiai paprasti- virti kiaušiniai, kumpis, saliamis, sūris, vaisiai, tartaletė su špinatais, pyragas, sausainiai, kava, arbata, bet tuo pačiu nuostabūs. Kambarys labai jaukus ir su kiemeliu ( mums taip pasisekė), šaldytuvas su gėrimais. Nieko netrūko. Viešnagė nuostabi. Ačiū.

Melhor lugar para fazer uma base de acesso a Venezza, Padua, Trevizo. O hotel tem um jardim bonito, fica 60 metros da estação de trem, com preço da passagem de 3,20 para Veneza. É um lugar que tem um pouco de história, por ter sido propriedade de uma famosa cantora de ópera. O dono faz tortas caseiras muito gostosas e faz questão que você se sinta em casa. A equipe toda é simpática. O bar da estação é um lugar muito bom para tomar um vinho friulano e aguardar o trem. O estacionamento é espaçoso e disponível.

O quarto era um pouco pequeno, porém compatível com o contratado, o banheiro tinha um bom tamanho. Ficamos no quarto 4.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good, with delicious homemade pastries. The villa’s garden is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect—the train station is just a few steps away, yet it’s surprisingly quiet and not disturbing at all. Parking is available in the courtyard. The bed is comfortable. The central heating works efficiently and warms up the room quickly. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The property was quaint and quiet! It was located just steps away from the train station which was quite convenient. Although the staff didn’t speak much English (after all we were in Italy) we got by quite well. The staff and Owners were very friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay welcoming and comfortable! Great place!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia in treno. Lasciando la macchina in struttura, si attraversa la strada e si raggiunge la stazione. Venezia è a due fermate (tra i 20 e i 30 minuti di tragitto). Buona la colazione. Lo staff gentilissimo, davvero squisito. La struttura molto bella.

Prenotando cercavo una quadrupla con 4 letti (matrimoniali o non) e su booking in effetti c'era scritto un matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Ma al mio arrivo trovo 2 "brandine" che sono risulate un pò scomode specie per un adulto. Magari andrebbe specificato. Comunque tornerei, prenotando 2 stanze.

Il discorso dei 20 euro di supplemento se arrivi dopo le 21 è una gran bella cavolata solo per guadagnare come se non facessero abbastanza soldi, 117 euro il cavolo ne vale 50 al massimo, il parquet faceva schifo non si poteva minimamente camminare che si sentiva ogni rumore la vasca da bagno una volta riempita d'acqua si colorava di azzurro perché le cose di oro finto perdevano colore

Objekt je na odličnoj lokaciji. Ima dva izlaza iz dvorišta, jedan je prema željezničkom kolodvoru kojo je udaljen nekoliko metara, a drugi je prema dijelu grada u kojemu je sve puno trgovina, kafića i restorana. Taj je dio većinom u pješačkoj zoni. Parking je unutar dvorišta, na sigurnom, vrata se otvaraju na karticu. Kreveti su jako udobni, sve je savršeno čisto. Domaćini su susretljivi, ljubazni i uvijek na usluzi. Proizvode svoje prosecco koji je moguće kupiti. Odličan je! Doručak je obilan i raznolik.

Mirna oaza nadomak željezničkog kolodvora. Iako je nasuprot kolodvora, zvukovi izvana se ne čuju kad zatvorite prozor, a čak i uz otvoreni prozor moglo se spavati. Boravila sam u manjoj sobi, sa velikom kupaonom, toplo, uredno, čisto i mirno. Za doručak imate dosta dobar izbor, i domaće kolače, te su vam ljubazan vlasnik i gospođa na recepciji dostupni za sva pitanja. Moje preporuke za dolazak u ovaj objekt jer su vam i Venecija, i Treviso i Padova na manje od pola sata vožnje. Auto mi je bio na sigurnom i sigurno ću se vratiti kada opet poželim posjetiti ovaj dio Italije. Hvala vam što sam se osjećala kao kod kuće.

La colazione purtroppo molto essenziale, nel senso che c'erano due tipi di cose da mangiare e basta, A me non piaceva nessuno dei due e quindi mi sono dovuto accontentare, Nel senso che non c'erano biscotti, croissant quindi nulla a parte una torta di mele e uno strudel Considerando che fosse Colazione compresa abbiamo preso solo da bere, seconda cosa non era riscaldata la stanza prima del nostro arrivo, quindi ho avuto freddo finché non abbiamo scaldato noi la stanza

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, da ogni punto di vista. Una bella struttura indipendente con ampio parcheggio dove lasciare la macchina. La camera carina e dotata di ogni servizio. Si respira un’aria di silenzio e tranquillità, sembra di stare a casa. Personalmente ho dormito benissimo. La colazione presenta una buona scelta di prodotti dal dolce al salato; i dolci fatti in casa buonissimi. Il personale gentile e accogliente. La nota più importante è la posizione, letteralmente davanti la stazione dei treni, coi quali si arriva a Venezia con 20 minuti. Mi sono trovata benissimo e se dovessi tornare lo risceglierei di sicuro.

This B&B is located across the street from the train station making it extremely convenient and affordable to go to Venice (€3.05 each way). The rooms are clean and sizable with modern bathrooms. The breakfast is very nice with an array of hams, cheeses and homemade pastries. A grocery store, restaurant and pharmacy is within 2 blocks of the hotel. It’s a quiet location away from the crowds in Venice.

Voglio solo ringraziare per aver reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e accogliente. La sensazione di sentirsi come a casa e data dalla semplicità, libertà e cordialità che offrono i proprietari. La struttura e un ambiente gradevole e pulito, nonostante sia di fronte alla stazione la tranquillità regna permanente. Punto forte la colazione genuina e abbondante. Spero di tornare presto.
