The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Although there was no restaurant the staff were very helpful bringing ice and glasses for us in the pool area. Lovely pool, Cabana and view of the sea.

We expected a restaurant for breakfast & meals but it was closed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean, and I was impressed by the soundproofing. The walls and windows blocked out almost all the noise, so it was very peaceful despite being on a busy street. I would happily come back!

This Hotel was an amazing place! Everything was just perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautiful furniture and there was everything we needed even for a long stay! Te bed was heaven, very comfortable! The location was great, only 3 mins walk from the sea and Old Town. The terrace had an amazing view and the swimming pool area was a big plus! The guys at the reception were very friendly, Ahmet and his colleagues were absolutely helpful and provided us with every information we needed. For a perfect stay in Bodrum, Ena Boutique Hotel is the right place!!! Thank you for everything!! :)

Fabulous location, lovely pool and rooftop views. Great new 2 bedroom apartment with excellent aircon and natural light. Very helpful staff.

Only downside was restaurant was closed during our visit.

I liked everything.

Everything was brand new with top quality appliances and fixtures like Bosch and Duravit. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on, including my own at home. The washing machine was housed in a separate closet off the master bedroom, not in the kitchen which is so much better, plus it had drying capability which is a rare treat on vacation. A Nespresso machine and a kettle were provided. There was a lovely view from our lounge window of the sunset and of the castle which was particularly lovely at night. There were insect screens on all the windows, so it was possible to get fresh air without getting bitten. The pool area was stylishly arranged with loungers and parasols, a squashy sofa and chairs, and a huge four poster ‘bed’ with drapes and a few tables and chairs. Ample pool towels were provided. The hotel reception area smells amazing and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. There are several grocery stores, a fantastic bakery across the street and many great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Both the restaurant and the rooftop bar were not serving food and drinks during our stay for various reasons. It didn’t bother us, as we were free to take our own to the pool or sit in any of the beautifully furnished locations whenever we wanted and enjoy the views. There is no elevator in the apartment building, only in the hotel building but the very willing staff helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. Some apartments face the busy road and others are quieter with better views but with more steps. All the 2bed 2bath apartments we saw, have a slightly different layout some with bigger kitchens, some with bigger lounge area, some duplex, but all identically furnished. We chose view, quiet and bedroom size as our priorities but the bathrooms were a little smaller. There is no direct access from apartments to pool, restaurant and bar, you have to go via hotel reception. Only a possible issue if you have mobility problems.

Tivemos muitos problemas com acesso a acomodação, pois a fechadura eletrônica não funcionava. Precisou de intervenção do recepcionista o tempo inteiro.

The room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The pool and terrace was nice.

It would have been nice if the restaurant was open. Parking was sparse, we had to park far away. The front staff were not overly helpful.

Aunque te digan siempre "Of course" a todo luego nada de nada no hay parking habitaciones muy ruidosa en zona com mucho trafico no lo recomiendo.

Gebucht haben wir inklusove Frühstück. Auch eim kostenloses parkem wurde angeboten. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir die Information das es leider nicht mögöich ist am Hotel zu parken. Hinter dem Hotel standen mind. 15 Paekplätze zur Verfügung. Schlimmer jedoch das Handling mit dem Frühstück. Gebucht haben wir inklusive Frühstück ( weil es in den Bewertungen immer als besonders gut gelobt wurde.) In Summe wurde uns am Morgen mitgeteilt, das es generell kein Frühstück mehr geben würde da das zugehörige Restaurant geschlossen ist. Erstattung findet auch nicht statt, alsp Finger weg, Abzocke.

Loved everything about the property , staff very helpful , spotless clean and very comfortable . Will definitely stay again . Great location . We had the 1 bed deluxe apartment and would highly recommend this . Only little negative is if your booking would ask for a room away from the road as it’s a very busy road and can be very noisy till early hours in the morning .

Ena Hotel is located in a beautiful area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and offered a lovely view. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a beautiful Chabby-Chic decor and is very well maintained. The rooms were very clean and confortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great AC, considering the hot weather outside. Nice pool facilities. Great breakfast offering and staff assigned.

Being on a room on the first floor, by staircase and elevator, there was noise from reception and the staff of the hotel, during day-time. Sometimes was hard to rest in the afternoon.

Stanze minuscole. Personale impreparato, spazi comuni privi di aria condizionata. Zona piscina sporca e con divani piene di escrementi di volatili. Ascensore rotto. Scarsa pulizia delle camere (addirittura federe sporche per le quali abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il cambio). In sintesi spendete altrove i vostri soldi non è un 4 stelle. Peraltro dopo aver rappresentato le mie lamentele il manager di turno ha continuato a scusarsi quando però direttamente e/o indirettamente (tramite servizio clienti Booking) abbiamo chiesto un minimo di compensazione per il disagio subito hanno spudoratamente negato. VERGOGNA!!! Questa volta sono insoddisfatto anche del servizio offerto dalla piattaforma Booking peraltro da me utilizzato da molti anni (si veda la mia qualifica di Genius livello 3) questa volta non è stato per nulla incisivo. Dovreste (Booking) selezionare meglio i fornitori e le strutture. Totalmente deluso!

The staff are invaluable and go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We wanted to celebrate a special occasion, and the restaurant staff made sure that everything was in place. Especially Sude, who took the extra mile to assist us every day during the stay!

The only thing that was difficult was not having a kettle in the room. So we had to order from the restaurant within the hotel or go out to get a hot drink.

Location was great

Lift was broken for all 3 days we were there. So every morning from early hours the poor staff had to carry all the breakfasts upstairs, making a big noise and waking us up 6AM. They don't have staff to help with bags in the instance of the lift not working. There was also a sign in the room saying no outside food or drink allowed in the room, in all the travelling we've done that was a first. Rooms are also very small. We had to pay for our coffee (that we had at breakfast every morning) - this is another first. For the price it was definitely not worth it.

La ubicacion es super buena, estas poco minutos caminando del malecón y la vida nocturna de la ciudad. La habitacion super buena y cómoda en todo sentido. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno tambien. Una super vista al castillo de bodrum. Todo el equipo super atentos y serviciales, sobre todo Mehmet Izci en recepción, tuvimos un problema para alquilar carro e ir a selcuk y nos ayudo muchisimo para guiarnos en formas de llegar y volver hasta alla.

Sinceramente nos gustó muchísimo y volveríamos sin dudarlo

Excellent hotel. Great location, clean rooms, nice pool and good food. Staff was very nice and helpful, in particular Sinem who gave us complimentary tea and coffee and showed us the best places to visit. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding location for a short walk to the promenade, shops, restaurants etc. The view from the roof top cafe is the most amazing, especially at sunset. Across the road are two grocery stores, bakery with the most delicious choice of baklava and a pharmacy. Extremely safe and convenient location!

The decor throughout was fantastic, as was the cleanliness. Staff were amazing, however the gentleman at breakfast and in the bar whose name we didn’t manage was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff

The hospitality was very guess and the breakfast was fab.

The air conditioning of the hotel was central cooling... seemed more central heating..I did not sleep for the 4 nights that I stayed here. I will v never ever come back n stay here.

Large room and bedroom, very clean,

WiFi consistently being dropped, tv kept disconnecting and wouldn’t even turn on one morning. Several outlets did not work, not much drawer space at all. Hallway lights didn’t all work which made it pretty creepy at night going down the long hallway.

Абсолютно все. Очень чисто и уютно. Архитектура, расположение, персонал, завтрак, вид с террасы… Отличный интернет. Уезжать не хочется.

Единственный недостаток - нет крепления душа выше роста, только на уровне крана. Из-за этого неудобно промывать длинные волосы.

It was a very clean and nice hotel, with a roof top view where breakfast was served. Enjoying having cocktails at night with the sounds of the nightlife below. A short walking distance to all shops and restaurants was fantastic

Great location, very clean, parking a little akward but ok. Breakfast area had awesome view and breakfast was ok compared to others on our travels.
