Homely place to stay with sauna

Tilava, välttävän siisti, ok varusteltu. Sauna ja parveke plussaa. Sijainti ok. Erittäin helppo omatoiminen sisäänkirjautuminen avainboxin kanssa.

Asunnon ohjeissa ei ollut mainittu missä kerroksessa huoneisto on. Saunan kiukaan kytkimet ovat seinään päin, pitää arvailla kumpi on kumpi ja randomilla säätää. Näköyhteyttä ei saa kytkimiin. Saunan alimmainen astin on vaarallinen. Telkkarin käyttöohjeita ei ole, näkyi vain yksi kanava. Ei pimennysverhoja, katuvalo loisti koko yön sisään. Jääkaappi surraa matalaa todella häiritsevää surinaa. Vedenkeittimen kansi rikki: en pysy kiinni eikä laite mene pois päältä vaikka vesi kiehuu. Suihkuverho, sakset, yöpöydän lamppu ja sohvapöytä olisivat hyvät olla. Lisäksi on moukkamaista pyytää ennen majoittumista antamaan jälkeenpäin täydet pisteet, eipä ole ikinä vastaavaa pistekerjäämistä ollut.

Siisti ja todella tilava asunto.

ihana keittö jossa oli helppo tehdä ruokia. puhdas ja hyvät astiat. Oisin kaivannut käsipeusainettä astioille ja harjaa. Ettei kaikkea olisi koneella tarvinnut pestä.

saunan kiuas ei ollut toimiva. asennettu väärin. Säätimet jäävät seinän väliiin jolloin niitä ei näe. Emme saaneet saunaa lämpimäksi. Se harmitti koska osin olimme valinneet juuri tämän majoituksen saunan takia.

Bardzo mi się tutaj podobało i z przyjemnością zostałabym dłużej! Mieszkanie jest naprawdę przestronne, jasne, ładnie urządzone i przede wszystkim bardzo komfortowe. Jest w nim dużo miejsca, a wszystko jest dobrze przemyślane i funkcjonalne. Kuchnia i łazienka są bardzo dobrze wyposażone, a największym i chyba najbardziej wyjątkowym plusem jest sauna – naprawdę spora jak na mieszkanie w bloku, bardzo fajnie urządzona i znajdująca się tuż przy łazience. Lokalizacja również jest świetna – samo centrum, bardzo blisko rzeki, a sklep jest dosłownie za rogiem. Okolica jest spokojna i bezpieczna, jest cicho. Podobało mi się też podwórko, gdzie można było bez problemu zostawić rower. Duży plus również za bardzo dokładne instrukcje dotyczące dojazdu i dotarcia do mieszkania. Wszystko było jasno opisane i nie miałam najmniejszego problemu, żeby trafić na miejsce. Ogólnie jestem naprawdę bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Uważam, że to świetny stosunek ceny do jakości i bardzo dobra opcja dla kogoś, kto chce zatrzymać się w Turku w centralnej lokalizacji, a jednocześnie mieć dużo przestrzeni i fajne udogodnienia. Zdecydowanie polecam! Jedyna drobna rzecz, którą można by poprawić, to instrukcja dotycząca włączania sauny. Pokrętła pieca są w takim miejscu, że nie bardzo je widać, więc trzeba trochę ustawiać je „na czuja”. Krótka instrukcja, które pokrętło i w jakiej pozycji ustawić, byłaby bardzo pomocna. Ale to naprawdę drobiazg – poza tym wszystko było super.

Toinen sänky ei ollut käytettävissä, oli osittain rikki. Osa porukasta nukkui vuodesohvalla.

Very comfy beds and a good location with easy on-street parking. The sauna was working too. Perfect stay.

Sijainti, auton sai talon eteen ilmaiseksi, huoneisto oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu.

Tylko i wyłącznie lokalizacja.

Czajnik zepsuty. Mega brudne okna. Woda z prysznica wylewała się bezpośrednio pod pralkę włączoną do prądu!!! Miałam wrażenie że sauna żle działa. Za mocno.

Saunan kiuas oli hankala saada päälle, koska virtanapoulat olivat ahtaasti seinän puolella.

Kaikki asumiseen tarvittavat välineet ja laitteet oli suuri plussa. Erinomaiset tilat esim. perhemajoitukseen.

Eteisen käytävämatto hajalla. Vedenkeittimen kansi ei mennyt kiinni. Mikron käyttöohjeet olisi hyvä lisä. Sohva ja matto roskainen. Sohvapöytä olohuoneeseen olisi hyvä lisä.

Oli hyvällä paikalla, varustelutaso oli hyvä. Siisti ja hyvät sängyt.

Etukäteistiedoissa voisi mainita, että asunto on 1. kerroksessa. Suihkussa mietin, olisiko hyvä, että olisi suikhkuverho, nyt pesukoneen päälle ruiskusi vettä.

Hyvä sijainti. Kahdelle erittäin tilava. Hiljaista. Riittävä varustelu keittiössä. Parkkipaikka autolle saatiin lähes ovelta.

Käyttö-ohjeita olisi hyvä olla. Pientä siistimiseen ja korjaamisen tarvettava.

Very cozy apartment with a wonderful sauna

The neighbor sent complaint right after we arrived through the mailbox. There was bunch of other complaints piled up in the closet. Also there should have been instructions for Wi-Fi. There neighbor made stay uncomfortable otherwise the place was very nice

La sauna non ha funzionato. Diverse piccole cose in cucina rotte (bollitore) e forno molto sporco. Pochi asciugamani (1 a testa)

Foarte spatios, paturile sunt comode, televizorul din sufragerie este mare si am putut da screencast de pe telefon ft usor, sauna este super (chiar daca este destul de mica) si localizarea bunicica, fiind la 15 min de mers pe jos de centru.

Nu se poate fuma pe balcon si dusul nu are cabina sau perdea asa ca apa se imprastie prin toata baia.

Sijainti oli hyvä, sänky oli hyvä. Asunnossa oli mukavan lämmin. Olkkarissa kiva sohva ja kunnon TV.

Avaimen noutopaikan ohjeistus oli huono, majoittaja ei vastannut puhelimeen kun asiaa koitin kysyä. Mitään kuvaa ei tullut, vaikka viestissä niin luki. Illalla juttelimme olohuoneessa ihan normaalilla äänellä kymmenen jälkeen, naapuri kävi postilaatikkoon tuomassa heippalapun hiljaisuudesta ja paperiseinistä... Edes TV ei ollut päällä silloin.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Really liked the interior and the serene location. Very stylish and comfortable beds. Extremely helpful host also.

Neighbours are ridiculously noise sensitive or then the walls are extremely thin. We got a warning from normal talking at 16:00

Erinomainen sijainti. Parvekkeelta näkyy Aurajoki.

Pesuhuoneen ja saunan lattia- ja kaakelipinnat vaatisivat uusimista ja nyt kuluneena huolellisempaa puhdistamista.

Asunto oli tosi rauhallinen ja hyvä nukkua. Sijainti oli myös ihan keskustan vieressä joten kävelemällä pääsi teatteriin ja ravintoloihin.

Tuloohjeissa oli että avain on Shell huoltoaseman tolpassa. No kun tultiin paikalle niin huoltoasema oli purettu mutta ohjeita ei oltu päivitetty. Löytyi kuitenkin se toppa kännykän valolla. Ohjeissa ei ollut selkeästi sanottu mihin koteloon avain pitäisi jättää, joten jätettiin ovessa olevaan eikä sinne mistä haettiin. Yritin soittaa aamulla vuokranattajalle mutta hän ei vastannut eikä soittanut myöhemmin takaisin. Ikkunoitakin voisi pestä joskus.

the apartment per se is nice and well furnished. nice and comfortable bed, nice kitchen equipment, though some items missing. Nice location, close to Turku river, city centre 30 minutes (nice walk). free parking available nearby, public transportation 5 minutes walk, same for local food shop.

I want my money back!!! This property was a total disappointment, in particular with the service associated to it. First, due to some problems (described below) I called the owner several times, wrote whatsapp messages, and he didn't care to answer. very bad. During my stay there there was NO HOT WATER at the shower (!), strange because hot water was available in the kitchen and in the bath's basin, but not at the shower, despite I tried on all faucets. Also, wifi was very unstable, at times it worked well, otherwise the connection was very slow. Other very disappointing issues were: 2) the apartment was NOT CLEANED before my check in. there was dust and dirt everywhere (!!), in the living room, in the bathroom, in the kitchen. all documented with pictures! 3) when I did the first shower, the water would not flow away as the shower drain was blocked with dirt (!!!) so I had to clean it 4) in the apartment there is no instruction manual. so for example to connect to the wifi I had to pick the router password directly from the router, which is located above a tall wardrobe in the hallway. Of course the owner did't care to answer when I asked for help about this problem. 5) Despite the washing machine appears recent, it's very rusty as it is positioned in front of the shower, with no shower curtain to protect it. 6) I did use the sauna, but accessing to the sauna stove is quite problematic for big buys like me. It is old and should be replaced, or at least better positioned. 7) Some apparel missing: only 1 towel per person. no sauna or face/hands towel. In the kitchen: no napkins, no place mats, no scissors, to name few. No detergent for washing machine. Should I buy all this when traveling??? How disappointing. And how about a welcome kit for guests??? In conclusion, this stay could have been a lot nicer if the owner would really care for his guests, and would care to know what's needed to do. But he doesn't. he doesn't care. How bad.

Nice and clean, good location.

Difficult to know how to start the sauna, some instructions should have been good. And updated information about picking up the key should have been good. The gas station was not there anymore.

Siisti ja tilava.

Jos en olisi ennen käynyt Turussa, olisi avaimen haku Shell huoltoaseman lähistöltä ollut aika vaikeaa - Shell huoltoasemaa ei nimittäin enää ollut vaan siinä kohtaa oli rakennustyömaa... Saunan käytön ohjeita en löytänyt ja suihkutila oli aika pieni - iso mies kasteli koko WC:n 😆

Bad ist nicht so toll, einige schmutzige Oberflächen in der Wohnung , keine Info für Bedienung der Geräte in der Wohnung. WIFI-Router auf einem 2,20m hohen Schrank im Flur mit Passwort auf der Rückseite, Saunabedienung nicht erklärt und Licht in Sauna defekt.

Kiukaan säätimet hankalassa paikassa ohjeet olisi paikallaan

Olemme käynet jo useamman kerran tässä paikassa. Ikkunat voisi pestä, haluaisimme nähdä onko auto parkissa.

Saunaa en ehtinyt koittamaan mutta jatkoin osittain juuri sen vuoksi varaustani. Olin vähän hämmentynyt kun asunnossa on kaksi hienoa vuokrauskelpoista huonetta. Asunto on viihtyisä, melko niukasti mutta kivasti kalustettu ja astioita sekä ruokailuvälineitä oli oikeasti riittävästi.

Parvekkeella ei saanut tupakoida enkä ole saanut majoittajalta vastausta täytyykö olla klo 12-15 pois nyt kun varasin sen toiseksi yöksi.

Suihkusta ei meinannut oikein tulla lämmintä vettä.

It was very nicely located. Very large flat with everything one needs inside. It was very clean. The flat does not have the parking, but there are plenty of places around. So we have not had any problem about this. Instructions were clear and easily reachable. We had some questions, which the owner was immediately available via booking messages. Definitely recommend.

Loistava sijainti, tilava huoneisto jossa parveke, sauna ja kahdessa makuuhuoneessa sängyt. Kaksi tuuletinta oli plussaa näin lämpimän kelin aikoina.

comunication with owner wasnt good, he did not answer on whats up or email. Finaly he ask by email for 10points. Wi_fi which was in the list_there was no wifi. Lodging is ok, but please for the future COMUNICATE with your guests.

Cozy, clean, sauna

- I have been trying to reach out to host to ask for an Invoice. It been almost 20 days that I have been asking for invoice multiple times, but there is no response stating anything. -A small manual for the sauna would be nice as it is a bit tricky to find a switch for people who are not very used to it.

Not really any instructions about the property like internet or where to put the trash etc

The Sauna was very nice and the Flat was nice and clean.

The place is located nicely, close to many sights, shops and cafes

It's very difficult to figure out how the sauna functions because all the switches are absolutely invisible. The owners had to answers quite many questions and the first evening was spent in futile attempts to make it work.

The place was spacious, quiet, clean, nice comfortable bed, great location. The key was really easy to collect in the key box.

The light in the bathroom was broken, which made it really difficult to use, especially when you have tight schedule. The stove didn’t work either. There was hardly any coffee, and some tea bags would be nice.

Nice to have a sauna. Washing machine has drying function is a plus. Spacious apartment with a big balcony. Quiet location next to the river. Two supermarkets within walking distance. Close to bus stop where a number of buses go to city centre and train station.

Shower area was a bit small, water split to the whole floor after shower. There was mild leakage of water under the bathroom sink, may need maintenance/repair. Dirty dishes still in the dish washer when check in, someone put the tablet into the wrong box, so no cleaning effect. Needed to wash again.
