Beautiful spot by the beach. Secluded and quiet.

Some geckos/lizards getting into the room, but that’s out of the hotel’s control. Flies were rampant when eating so something to deter them would’ve been good

A beautiful and quiet location, quite exceptional. There is a nice pool and alfresco dining area. The cook is excellent and we enjoyed some delicious meals and breakfasts. The staff were very helpful.

We rented a villa as we needed two bedrooms. It is a large building with rustic furnishings and a little remote from the main accommodation. We found the beds a little uncomfortable.

Wir haben die Villa mit privatem Pool gebucht – leider war der Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Die Villa ist so aufgeteilt, dass sich im Erdgeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie der Pool befinden. Im Obergeschoss, das eigentlich das Dach ist, wurde eine Hütte in traditioneller Bauweise errichtet. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren grundsätzlich sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Hütte auf dem Dach hingegen war eine absolute Katastrophe. Auf dem Boden fanden wir Rattenkot sowie weitere Tierexkremente. Eines Morgens wurden wir sogar von einer Ratte „begrüßt“. Wir haben das Personal darauf hingewiesen, dass sich dort eine Ratte aufhält, allerdings wurde nichts unternommen, es wurden weder Fallen aufgestellt noch andere Maßnahmen ergriffen. Über der Eingangstür hingen Reste von Schlangenhaut. Ebenso hatten wir Kotflecken auf der Bettwäsche. Wie oft dort tatsächlich gereinigt wurde, kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber wir haben fast überall Spinnenweben und Staub entdeckt. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch Zusatzbetten für jeweils 1200 PHP pro Nacht (ca. 17 €) gebucht. Dabei handelte es sich allerdings lediglich um eine einfache 90 × 200 cm Matratze, die direkt auf den Boden gelegt wurde. House Keeping gab es ebenfalls nicht. Unsere Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthalts nie gereinigt, was bei diesem Preis eine Frechheit ist. Auch die Schlüssel für unsere Zimmer haben wir erst auf Nachfrage erhalten. Zusätzlich erschwert wurde der Aufenthalt durch die schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Leider hat das Personal kaum Englisch gesprochen, deswegen kam es immer wieder zu Missverständnissen, die man leicht hätte vermeiden können. Für den Preis ist eine solche Leistung für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Wie man als Gastgeber sowas seinen Gästen anbieten kann, ist mir leider echt ein Rätsel.

Nous avons tout apprécié : Le calme, la beauté des lieux, le confort du bungalow, les repas pris au restaurant… Nous y avons passé 3 jours et ne regrettons aucun des moments vécus dans cet ensemble.

This is a beautiful location if you are looking for a place with no crowds and a laid back vibe. The lawn under the trees by the beach is perfect. The food is delicious and the owners are delightful.

While the beach is nice, the water is not very deep and the rocky area begins before one can swim above them. The advertised pictures were probably taken a while back because not everything is the same. The new villas are beautiful and the cottages are awesome by the beach even though the Philippine climate has been a little harsh on the materials.

Lovely location. Great clean small beach with snorkeling 20m from the bungalows. The Bungalows are roomy and comfortable. The mosquito netting at the door is a great idea and allows to leave doors opened. it is a quiet place with a very nice pool. Very chill.

Some of the stuff on the menu was not available.

No personal respond to requests and questions. Will not book there again.

Great service from the staff. The villa is so huge for 7 person and the bungalow is spacious. I love the exclusive feels, maybe that we are just lucky that we are the only guest that day.

The beach was fine.

Great place to chill and enjoy the sunny beach. Rooms are great and the staff is very nice and helpful. The view from the gardens and the pool are super Food at the restaurant is also really good. Don't miss the Malumpati park - staff can help you with the transfers. Totally recommend it.

The kitchen closes really soon and it is difficult to dinner in the nearby area.

Staff are very friendly and we like the peace and quiet in the property! Also appreciate the easy communication with the property!

Not a big thing but it would be ideal to also have wifi in the villa and not just the resto area.

Beautiful stay, the whole lodge is built with very good quality, nice implementation almost on the shore, very clean, staff all very nice and efficient, good restaurant, simple but good quality, sunsets are memorable, everything was perfect. A must to try !

This is a beautiful property, very serene and relaxing. The staff was always available to help with any request. The scenery and sunsets are stunning. Definitely want to go back.

It is amazing awesome location right on the beach and located near a couple of activities. The staff were very helpful and arranged transportation etc quickly to malumpati and other activities.

Getting there is a big issue, and if you are alone you can be really stuck as there is no one to really talk or interact with. A perfect place to get away but not singularly.

The location is stunning—private, beachfront, and incredibly serene. The staff were exceptionally kind and truly outstanding. The breakfast was decent.

We stayed in Villa Iten, a two-story villa with two spacious balconies and three en-suite bedrooms. However, the property is in need of significant TLC. The ceiling shows signs of water damage, and the bedrooms and bathrooms could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The duvet insert had noticeable stains and either needs to be properly laundered or replaced. Additionally, the couch cover required washing as well.

The remote location with sunset views was a big plus for me. And also, for the first time, I appreciated a beach resort with a pool. The room was pretty big, and the sofa bed facing the floor length windows is simply adorable.

The food selection was rather limited.

This place is like paradise - gorgeous landscaping and view. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Helped us organise trips out to a little island, a local cold spring and go to fruit markets and meet local trike operators who drove us around for a few days. Pool was great for the kids and there were a few bars up the beach that you could walk to as something different. Really fresh food for breakfast and dinner. Excellent value for money.

The beds were very hard - that is the only downside to this whole stay.

Incredible beach front location, incredibly quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Staff were so friendly and helpful - we arrived after the restaurant had closed and they went to collect a takeaway for us! Great facilities as well, including a beautiful pool beneath the palms overlooking the sea, and free use of crystal kayaks.

Slightly hard to find at night, as the resort sign on the road is quite small and not lit up.

The place looks amazing with all the small bungalows. it’s very private with a nice beach all around and pool. the units are spacious and well designed.

Food choices are not great, would recommend planning to eat outside of the place.
