The host was very friendly. He did say that we should have let him know before checking out a day earlier, about us not being happy so he could offer us another appartment.

It was so noisy that we could not sleep at night. The apartment is right on an avenue with heavy traffic at all times of the day, with constant loud noises. About the apartment, we could add a lot of things, but in general, it needs a lot of maintainance, and a very deep clean. Some furniture, like the drawers in the bedrooms, should be replaced. We saw the biggest cockroach ever in the bathroom.

Excelente ubicación, muy bien trato y atenciones del personal. Responsables y atentos. El lugar tenía todo lo que se necesita en una casa y se sintió como estar en casa. Quedé encantada.

Excelente estancia, todo 10/10. La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica y cómoda para moverse a cualquier sitio. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio y cuidado en cada detalle. Además, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a reservar.

Está en una ubicación que central pero demasiado ruido. Muchas bocinas de día y de noche. Estaba sucio. Había cucarachas en el refrigerador. Y hormigas en la cocina. Filtración de agua en algún lugar de la cocina. El colchón de la cama auxiliar tenía una deformidad. Basura debajo de la cama. Estufa llena de grasa. El suelo ni que hablar. Deben mejorar mucho la limpieza.

*Emplacement* - Bon emplacement par rapport au centre-ville ou aux terminaux de guaguas. *Appartement* - Tel que présenté sur les photos - sauf que .... voir points négatifs. - Spacieux, lumineux, bien agencé, correctement équipé, malgré le manque de maintenance. Eau chaude. Wifi ok. - Chambre avec bonne literie, et climatisation fonctionnelle. - Hôte flexible et réactif. A accepté un paiement en espèces à mon arrivée. A été réactif à mon arrivée alors qu'il y avait un problème avec l'électricité dans l'appartement.

*Emplacement* - Malheureusement le bruit de la circulation du boulevard est infernal et gâche tout le séjour. *Appartement* - Tel que présenté sur les photos - sauf que ... les photos ne montrent pas les placards pourris, les plafonds décrépis, les interrupteurs en mauvais état, la saleté du canapé, le fer à repasser totalement inutilisable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'attention portée à ces aspects.

About three blocks away a super store/supermarket with everything you need including stuff for mosquitoes, earplugs, and some rum. You can make yourself comfortable enough here on a tight budget, but it needs to be priced below 20 bucks total. The balcony was great to enjoy my coffee and watch all the city life.

1. Like living in a discotech- neighbor with music BLASTING the first 12 hours. Then it was done the rest of the time I was there. I do not mind all the city traffic noise but the music was too much. 2. Bed is 30 years old-bad 3. Non of the windows can close all the way and one 5 foot by 5 foot window has no glass. Place is FULL mosquitos. 4. AC in the bedroom can not cool the place down. It's an oven. 5. Old dirty dingy broken down place. 6. 4th floor no stairs so if you have mobility issues be aware. 7. Address on booking is wrong so if you put it in Google you get taken few blocks away. 8. Dusty nasty construction of the freeway will obviously be going on for years...it is a raised freeway right at the level of the 4th floor apt. 20 feet in front of the balcony. 9. The neighbor next door out the window that does not close has a rooster. 10. One day with low water pressure. 11. Last morning the guy in the unit above was pounding the ceiling with a hammer doing work.
