La chambre se trouve dans un appartement de 4 chambres, un grand espace cuisine tables et un salon, calmes et propre. La chambre à besoin d'un petit coup de peinture mais c'est propre en général. Il y a une chienne au pied de l'immeuble, blanche et noire, elle adore les câlins, n'hésitez pas à lui donner un peu d'amour au passage ♥️

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026We have stayed 3 nights there and it was nice. The staff is friendly and nice, the room has AC (which is great!), big bathroom, it was clean and comfortable. We had access to the kitchen with everything you need to cook or make tea/coffee. We were quite far from the center but in tuktuk it's very easy and cheap to reach the city center. Also, we were able to do late check-in and that was convenient! Thanks for everything!

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025I stayed 4 nights at Jay’s Guest and absolutely loved it! The room and kitchen were super clean, and the whole place felt like home. It’s perfect if you want to cook your own meals or do laundry during your stay. If the location works for you, I’d definitely recommend it.
The room is not sound proof.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025Excellent, clean, spacious and helpful staff. The accommodation is in a local quiet neighbourhood but well connected by bus to and from central Colombo. The bus stop is a 7 to 10 minutes walk, the ATM cash machine is within minutes walk. I liked my stay and hopefully will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Wifi was not great. Not consistent. In and out often. They need to invest more in that to make it worthwhile for travellers. Location isn't ideal with no good food places close by and hard to get a street tuk in the area.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024Calm and clean place. All the facilities were provided. Washing machine, refrigerator and all other kitchen equipments are available. Hot water facility also available. The service staff was so friendly.
The only negative thing I noticed was that room doors don't have a proper lock system. We can open the doors using other rooms' keys as well. It might cause safety issues if the rooms are taken by different different people.
