Reviewed Sep 10, 2026A Demsi Palace hotel**** egy nem túl régen, talán az elmult évben felújított szuper szálloda volt. Mi egy Delux szobát foglaltunk erkéllyel és reggelivel mindösszesen 99 € -ért !!!!, ami az összes foglalásunk között a legolcsóbb, de ugyanakkor a legszínvonalasabb szálloda volt és még az étterme is üzemelt. Az éttermi szolgáltatást mi nem vettük igénybe, mert az étterem kínai jellegű volt és mi inkább kerestünk és találtunk is a városban egy tradicionális olasz éttermet, ahol jó ízűen meg tudtunk vacsorázni. Foggia közepes méretű olasz város (145.000 lakossal), és mi ebben a városban a visszaút első állomásán csak pihenni akartunk, de azért felderítetük a várost, illetve megnéztük a főbb látnivalóit. (Fontana del Sele, Piazza Umberto Giordano tér, Vilola Comunale "Karol Wojtyla" sétány, a Fogiai Catedrálist, a Centro Storicot, a Teatro Giordano színházat és a Palazzo Doganat, a vámpalotát. A szállás foglalásakor kértünk parkoló helyet is, de annak nyitvatartása miatt (minden nap 13 órától 16 óráig zárva tart) az utcai parkolást választottuk, mellyel megspőroltunk 17 € -t, mert a szálloda saját parkolója 23 € lett volna, viszont a kékzónás utcai parkoló a szálloda bejárata előtt csak 5,58 € -ba került.
Csak egy apróság; a szobai klíma nem akart rendesen működni, ezért néhányszor le kellett mennem a recepcióra, hogy indítsák újra a klímát, mire rájöttünk, hogy az egyik ablak nem volt megfelelően becsukza (zárva) ezért a klíma vezérlő autómatika folyton kikapcsolt. Az üzemszünetet viszont csak a recepción lehetett megszüntetni, vagyis csak ott lehetett a klímát újra bekapcsolni. De végül minden megoldódott! A szálloda felújítása még nem fejeződött be, mert a szobánkhoz tartozó kb 60 m2 -es teraszon még nem volt világítás és meglehetősen elhanyagolt állapotban volt. (madárürülék, szemét, logó vezetékek, stb)

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026La persona que me atendió al realizar el check in fue muy amable. Una mujer. (No supe su nombre) Sali a comer algo y al regresar un hombre que estaba en recepción. Fue muy desagradable y me habló de muy mal modo. Un ordinario sin educación. Cómo pueden tener una persona tan desagradable atendiendo a los huéspedes. Acaso No saben que los hoteles viven por sus huéspedes y deben cuidar y tratar bien a los clientes. Si. Un cliente que reclama, otros clientes sabrán también que serán mal atendidos. Y en Foggia hay bastante competencia de hoteles, dónde se pueda elegir un mejor servicio.
Ya lo explique en el comentario anterior. La actitud de el hombre que toma el turno en la recepción por la noche. Un hombre atrevido y grosero. Desprestigia el hotel. Ya que él es la cara visible del hotel

А не сподобалося що на ранок не прибирали і навіть не зайшли забрати сміття і додати туалетний папір.

Freundliches Personal, ich hatte mit Balkon gebucht, erhielt aber zunächst nur ein (sehr schönes) Zimmer ohne. Wurde sofort korrigiert auf Ansprache, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist für Italien 1a, eher 4 Sterne plus.
Keine Kritik.

Quando ho prenotato, non era scritto da nessuna parte che il parcheggio privato dell’albergo era a pagamento: 23 euro a notte. E nemmeno nel messaggio inviatomi dall’hotel, per ricordarmi le eventuali variazioni di prezzo del check out e gli orari del parcheggio, era menzionato che quest’ultimo nn era un servizio gratuito compreso nel prezzo. Ecco, questa è stata, purtroppo, una nota negativa, in quanto serve trasparenza nelle comunicazioni per i turisti.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Objekat je nov, čist i na dobroj lokaciji. Doručak je raznovrsan i preporučila bi ga. Omjer cijene i onoga sto nudi odličan.
Nije mi se svidjelo sto je pisalo parking u sklopu objekta, a kada smo stigli rekli su nam 24 eura po motoru da bi bili u garazi. Pokusali smo se nagoditi da oba motora parkiramo na 1 parking mjesto i platimo 24 za oba , nismo uspjeli. Trazenje dodatnog sigurnog parkinga nam je uzelo vremena.
