Od samego wejścia przywitał nas bardzo intensywny zapach jedzenia. Jak się okazało, pokój znajduje się w prywatnym mieszkaniu, w którym mieszka rodzina z małym dzieckiem. Do dyspozycji jest jedna łazienka i jedna toaleta, które trzeba dzielić zarówno z mieszkańcami, jak i z innymi osobami wynajmującymi pokoje. Jeśli ktoś liczy na spokojny sen, niestety może się bardzo rozczarować. Już od około 6 rano małe dziecko bardzo głośno mówiło i krzyczało, przez co nie dało się dalej spać — i tak było każdego dnia. Drugiego dnia oprócz krzyków obudził nas także bardzo intensywny zapach ryby. Zapach był tak mocny i nieprzyjemny, że musieliśmy jak najszybciej wyjść z mieszkania, bo nie dało się tam wytrzymać. Teoretycznie można również korzystać ze wspólnej kuchni, ale podczas przygotowywania posiłku można zobaczyć dość niekomfortowe sytuacje — na przykład gdy domownicy w salonie czyszczą sobie uszy czy obcinają paznokcie. Zdecydowanie nie są to warunki, które sprzyjają komfortowemu pobytowi.

Przemili właściciele mieszkania, cudowny widok

W opisie pokoju nie było wyraźnie zaznaczone, że jest to pokój w mieszkaniu i że nie ma prywatnej łażienki. Nie było to dużym problemem bo właściele naprawdę byli przemili ale nie czułam się komfortowo wracając w nocy bo bałam się, że obudzę dziecko lub włascicieli

Il faut parfois faire la queue pour aller aux toilettes ou à la salle de bain car il n’y en a qu’une pour les hôtes et les 4 invités. Appréciant les moments de calme il nous a été difficile de nous détendre avec l’agitation d’une vie de famille… Nous avons malheureusement été réveillés tous les matins par la voix portante du petit garçon.

Quarto bem espaçoso. Localizado um pouco fora da cidade mas para quem tiver carro, sem problemas. Ademais, tem excelente vista.

La habitación muy acogedora, tienes a tu disposición todo para que la estancia sea perfecta. La familia es maravillosa, quedamos encantados de conocerlos y que nos permitieran compartir un poco con ellos. Pudimos ver auroras desde nuestra habitación y el balcón. Todo el lugar estaba impecable y estaba cerca a la estación de bus

The host is focused on making a quick buck. He's not helpful at all when a problem arises. Thanks to his stinginess, I had to find other accommodations. Of course, he charged me the full amount for the stay, which never materialized. I definitely don't recommend him!

Homestay muy agradable ,la familia que vive es muy simpatica y te ayudan a sentirte cómodo en todo momento. Ubicacion a unos 20 min del centro, muy bien comunicado con el bus numero 20. Balcon del homestay con preciosas de Tromso, habitación doble amplia y comfortable.

Die Lage war super. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war unglaublich! Die Familie ist super nett und Abends wurde uns sogar eine kleine Schüssel mit Essen zum probieren gebracht (es hat unglaublich lecker geschmeckt) Wir haben uns noch ca. eine Stunde mit den beiden Abends unterhalten :) ein sehr nettes Gespräch.

Even though we were only there for one night, Ali and his wife were very kind and made us feel at home. They showed us everything and we felt very comfortable.

La amabilidad de Nikita y Amir son extraordinarias. El espacio está súper limpio y bien diseñado. Un balcón extraordinario en dónde se puede apreciar la aurora boreal de manera excepcional.

Todo perfecto nada que mejorar. Un lugar como muy pocos he encontrado en mis viajes x europa.

Hallo, die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Aussicht über Tromsö !

Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht im Glauben das wir eine eigene Küche und auch ein eigenes Bad haben. Wir müssten alles außer das Zimmer mit dem Vermietern mit Kind teilen, außerdem war noch ein Zimmer vermietet mit dem wir uns alles teilen mussten! Wir hätten es nie gebucht wenn wir das gewusst hätten.

- I couldn’t find the place using Google Maps. - Room can't be locked from inside. - The property was on the third floor with no lift. - We were shared a set of instructions in a PDF on how to navigate to the place from the airport. Most of the photos in the PDF were taken in daylight, making them hard to follow at night. For example, according to the PDF, it's house number 90, but the number is located just behind the light, which makes it difficult to find. - According to the PDF, reach Sentrum from the airport. However, there is no bus stop named Sentrum; it took us some time to realize that Sentrum is a locality, not a bus stop.

The apartment is on the fourth level with no elevator access so pack light!

the location is good and well connected to the city cente. The view is extraordinary. The apartment is spacious. The hosts are super friendly, well informative, helpful, communicative.

The description was misleading. It was not mentioned that it is shared with the host + another guest. If it was clearly mentioned in the post, we would have opted out. Edit: Since the portal doesn't allow conversation threads, I have to add the reply here. To the host: You probably missed the good points that I mentioned and focused only on the negatives. Anyways, I will try to explain you again. The offer was "shared" apartment without any details of the setup. As a frequent traveller, our first impression was shared with other guests. If it is shared with the host and there is a child in the picture, that information MUST be shared in advance. We have the RIGHT TO KNOW in advance that the place is shared between 6-7people including a kid. I'm NOT THE FIRST ONE to point these discrepancies, so, just own up the mistake and try to be more transparent in future instead of bashing your guests in public. And again about refund, you need to be more informed about your offer. It clearly stated non-refundable and under any circumstances I won't get any refund. So, NO, REFUND WAS NOT POSSIBLE.

Great hosts Amazing views Great price Easy to reach from the city center with the bus

The room is in the nice neighborhood, near ski center. It has a great view. We came with a car and has also parking spot. It is a little bit far from the city center but the city is available with the public transport. Host were really kind and they helped us with everything we asked.
