Overall, facilities were outdated and floor was dirty Staff were a bit reluctant to speak/help with cash issues (although a receptionist did finally give cash back, when I used my card) Other staff didn't want to help with restaurant recommendations. No idea why. 3% fee for paying with Revolut, despite having Yuen in my account (other hotels in Guangzhou don't charge 3%)

I booked a double bed room, upon arrival they said they had “upgraded” me to a twin room. This meant two twin beds which makes no sense for 1 traveller. The shower would not get cold which is hard in summer with the humidity and the room smelt very badly of cigarettes. The views were poor and there was construction noise in the building past 8pm.

Особых претензий нет. Немного испортило впечатление об отеле поведение сотрудника рецепшн,которую попросили вызвать такси до торгового центра в Гуанчжоу, такси она вызвала ,но неправильно указала адрес ТЦ, хотя ей показали адрес и она подтвердила, что знает где это находиться... И кроме того она взяла с нас 100 юаней, хотя согласно агрегатора такси Di Di стоимость поездки 44 юаня...

В гостинице идет стройка. Все коридоры грязные, ковры в коридорах в ужасном состоянии. Сам номер маленький, без окна, спать без кондиционера невозможно. Но кондиционер нельзя отрегулировать на средний обдув. Персонал не может подсказать и помочь.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026В принципе хороший отель с завтраком. Расположен недалеко от станции метро Ranhe и недалеко от аэропорта. 15 минут и ты в аэропорту. Бесплатный трансфер туда и обратно. В номере чисто, комфортно, уютно, мощный кондиционер. Хорошая ванная. Классная кровать. Хорошее белье постельное.

Location was terrible. Building was undergoing renovations. Rooms had cigarette smell. They also look very outdated. It was even more strange that empty rooms were kept open. Very eerie feeling to the hotel. Also very noisy near the highway. Windows were not sound proof. A/C defaulted to heating and control remote was in Chinese.

The shuttle service only takes you about 10 to 15 minutes once you get off through immigration and customs. The staff was very accommodating. They helped me book a taxi to my next destination so I had an overall positive experience here.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The hotel has been modernized with new amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was excellent. The breakfast was basic but very good. There was a shopping mall 3 blocks away that gave you something to do. A good, inexpensive place to stay for one night. The room was well presented.
The hotel is located under the motorway so it was noisy and the street is under construction so dusty. There is no lift and a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Идеальный трансфер, приехали к назначенной стойке в течение 15 минут после подтверждения прилета. Чистый номер, есть зубная щетка, паста, бритвенный станок, шампунь, гель для душа. Прекрасный отзывчивый персонал. Цена хорошая, поэтому рекомендую.
Достался номер с окнами на дорогу, стеклопакеты не обеспечивают шумоизоляция, приехали поздно, поэтому не стали просить заменить номер. Выспаться не удалось.

The pictures did not match what room I got. It seems half the hotel is renovated and I did not get a room in the new area. The room smelled of smoke and the neighbors were very loud.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The proximity to the hotel was great. Response time from time when messaged was good too and they had a small fridge with drinks you good buy at reasonable prices. Food quality was ok.
Food selection was very limited as it was the same menu every day. The corridors smelled badly and we had to request for our sheets to be changed. There were 3 people in our room but toilet tissue felt like it was being rationed ao we had to buy ours or beg for extras when needed. Staff knowledge on where to go for certain items was also limited.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Персонал знает английский. От аэропорта 15 минут на автомобиле, отель предоставляет трансфер до аэропорта бесплатно. Сам номер был очень огромный, с чистыми постелями, но грязным кавролином. Есть завтраки и небольшой общий холодильник в столовой. В ванной все есть, от предметов гигиены до полотенец и тапочек. Как вариант для ночлега при пересадке в гуанджоу, вполне хороший вариант, если есть утренний вылет.
Тк отель у дороги то может быть шум из окна от автомобилей или самолетов. До города примерно 40 минут езды. В пределах отеля никаких точек интереса.

Это был кошмар! Картинки в интернете не соответствуют реальности. Комнаты прокурены до рези в глазах. Отель находится под автомобильной развязкой, поэтому грохот всю ночь, как будто спишь на стройке. Комары объедают до костей. Кондиционер не чистили, видимо, как минимум, с прошлого века. К нему приближаться было страшно. Персонал по-английски в реальности не говорит. В общем, бегите отсюда подальше!
