Lovely staff, not much natural light in the room but a great location.

I didn’t like.

The village and and most of the people is living / thinking (and getting poor) with the money of the other kind of poor people - the tourists. Not for me.

La anfitriona nos ha recibido de manera excelente. Nos ha tratado con muchísimo respeto, atención y amabilidad, y ha sido muy considerada en todo momento. Incluso después de hacer el check-in, nos permitió ducharnos en su propia casa antes de continuar nuestro viaje, un detalle que valoramos muchísimo. Los desayunos han sido perfectos, muy completos y preparados con mucho cariño. El trato ha sido muy cercano y familiar, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Recomiendo este establecimiento al 100%. Una experiencia excelente y una anfitriona maravillosa. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Great location, lovely room , comfortable bed, good a/c, good shower, great breakfast with good coffee and fresh juice , very friendly staff. No complaints made my stay in Tamco very comfortable in the heat.

Sehr nette Familie, immer hilfsbereit, haben auch nem Bus/Fähre nach Cat Ba organisiet. Top Frühstück, nicht überteuert, einfach perfekt.

Great location! Right in the centre of Tam Coc. The breakfast was nice, a lot of choice and you can get a juice and hot drink.

Lots of mosquitos, room needed one of those plug into wall repellents. The balcony space was very run down. Wall decal stickers pealing off.

Dobra lokalizacja, nocleg na 1, max 2 noce, na więcej nie polecam. Bardzo mili gospodarze.

Pokój wymaga ewidentnie odświeżenia, zdjęcia z bookingu są zdecydowanie nieaktualne.

Very nice location, very quiet as it of on a side street, but only 4-5 minutes walk from busy part of town. Supplied us with scooter motorbikes for the day to explore the area. I wish I stayed longer here.

Very easy going , perfect location! Right beside the Main Street (boat station ). Allowed me to check in early which was great (after 14hr sleeper). Was unable to take out cash in tam coc for payment and they allowed euro payment ! Much appreciated 🙏

The people are very nice! I wasn’t feeling so well but we had to check out. They offered me to lay down in the lobby and gave me a blanket. On top of that, they offered me a glass of ginger tea! They were all smiley and attentive throughout our stay. The place was also very nice, the room was clean and the location is great. You can’t go wrong with this place, especially considering price/quality ratio.

The hosts let us in our room early, and were always so smiley and kind.

Friendly host who was very kind and got up in the middle of the night to check me in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a night's stay. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Good aircon and en suit bathroom.

The bed was very hard.

Great location, staff checked us in early in the morning after getting off our sleeper bus. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious. We hired bicycles and also a motorbike during our stay to get around. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

Great family homestay! They helped us in everyday they could and the breakfast is decent also. They also let us check out late as they had no there guests which just made us love the place more. Great location also!!

Location is great, just off the main road so nice and quiet but bang in the middle of everything. Family are so lovely, always smiling and happy to help with anything. Breakfast is unreal, best we’ve had since arriving in Vietnam. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Tam Coc close to many restaurant. It’s possibile to rent motorbikes for a very cheap price. The family owning the hotel is very nice, they even invited us for dinner one evening.

The room and the toilet are basic, nothing too fancy, but still functional. The fan in the toilet and in the room where a bit dusty.

The owners were very friendly. They helped us to book a motorbike, they even let us one of their helmets. Breakfast was delicious. Very well located. They let us stay a little bit longer which was nice because we were able to take an evening shower before departing.

Despite we had anti mosquitoes plugs, we had their annoying visit every night. We noticed that they were coming in maybe through the fan in the toilet.

The family is very nice and friendly. The location is good. You can easily approach main attractions in the area like MUA Cave View Point, Tam Coc boat, Trang An boat, Bird Valley etc.

Everything! The excellent location, the smile of Thang and his family, the relaxed atmosphere, the quiet room away from traffic, the cheap rental of bicycles and motobike.

central location, friendly family who organised bicycle and scooter rental for us. very reasonably priced.

The room was nice and clean, the balcony added a nice touch to the room, hot water, nice bathroom, breakfast was delicious and generous, location perfect, the hosts had everything you need. Honestly, the hosts are so nice and caring, I would go back there anytime. you can rent a motorbike (good quality), bikes and do laundry.

The owners are superkind and help you out when you arrive early from the sleeping bus. They even offered us a bed at the attic because they were fully booked. Very clean room with a good matress. The hostel is excellently located. Overall great experience for a fair price!

The water of the shower turns cold fairly quick, but this is a common issue in Vietnam.

I checked in a bit late in the evening and I had a bit of an issue spotting the homestay. But once I got there, I loved the place, the lady was also very kind and she made me feel really comfortable. She also speaks Malay. I will definitely stay here if I come back to Ninh Binh again!

The services offered, like laundry cleaning, renting a motorbike, or booking the next bus ticket to Phong Nha. The house is clean and with good wifi.

The communication was a bit difficult sometimes, but we still manage. In any case, a few more english classes don't heart anyone 😜.

Central location. Good breakfast with fresh juices. Good assistance of sister in law who lives next door to translate. Nice and big room, very quiet.
