Accueil à la maison. Comme à la maison les mains sur le cœur la famille les enfants l’endroit et la nature et incroyable et reposant autour aucun bruit je conseille

The host don’t respond to numerous messages including request for location pin. After 10 hours on my bike I didn’t want to risk not being able to find the address (quite remote location) or if I did that he wouldn’t be there. So I chose to stay someone else.

Tasty meals (included). Lovely kids and mum. Little village consists of a few homes. Very basic accommodation within a compound that houses animals and doubles as a car mechanic's/scrapyard (=plenty of sounds and smells). There's a couple of friendly, basic cafes within 10 minute walk (beware of dogs at night).

It would be very hard to get to on public transport, though ctm goes to nearby Issaguen (search 'Ktama-Issaguen') then indrive or taxi. Host had no suggestions for local walks/Itactivities. Nearest shops a couple of km away in the, frankly, bleak towns of 'Ketama 3' and Issaguen. Driveway up to house is rough but just about ok in my cheap rental car. I didn't appreciate being woken at 1am to move my car. Despite its isolation, apparently the area is not safe enough to park a car outside the compound (!). If it is so dangerous surely that needs to be communicated in advance? One of many things that seemed kind of strange. So need to park inside the compound, which has a narrow gateway, too small for big car/SUV. Smokey tourists probably should come in autumn because not much to see or do in April. It's in the shadow of the Rif's highest mountain, so colder and rainier than pretty well anywhere else in the region. The host is kind of helpful, tried a bit, but has very limited Spanish and French. He doesn't seem to be interested in how to easily make it a more interesting or inviting place to stay. Like how hard would it be to buy a couple of sheets and a pillowcase? A towel? Or get a tourist to help produce information with a couple of suggested walks or places to visit? Or say what mealtimes are? Which meals are included? Dangers/safety (see above). One is left with guesswork. So the reviews talking about great hospitality don't match my experience. I've stayed on many rough and isolated homestays in many parts of the world, over many decades, so have no problem with the flaking plaster, scrapyard vibes squat toilet, makeshift plumbing etc. I do not expect luxury, just a bit of an effort and communication. The WhatsApp number on booking.com is no longer valid. The host knows this but isn't interested in updating it and didn't give me his current phone number despite me asking. He did respond via email.

Felt very welcome in Hassans house! He is very kind and has a very nice family! Perfect host! The food he offered as was really gold as well! Also very smoking friendly!

From the very beginning we were treated like family, this exceeded my expectations and had such an amazing time, what an experience. It really was the best experience I have had in Morocco. I highly recommend this to anyone. Tea and treats from the beginning to cooking meals, dinner was so so good. Thank you so much again 🙏🙏🙏

The experience, hospitality, I truly felt like I was apart of the family. They treated so well, the rooms were nice, there was a place to hang out and eat and watch tv that was heated, a nice terrace to get fresh air with great views. The location was great, just very happy with the whole experience

Hassan und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich Empfangen. Er hat uns ein leckeres Abendessen zubereitet. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen schönen Balkon. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir zusammen gefrühstückt. Lasst euch nicht davon abschrecken dass das Haus etwas abgelegen ist, es lohnt sich!

La gentillesse et la générosité de Hassan, tout est fait pour faire plaisir à l'hôte, ce qui compense largement la simplicité des lieux. Beaucoup de chaleur humaine !

Hassan est un hôte chaleureux et agréable. Nous avons été très bien reçus et avons pu profiter d'un dîner et d'un petit déjeuner typiques. Un séjour chez Hassan est une plongée dans la vie quotidienne des habitants du Rif. Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience.

Le coin salle de bain pourrait être amélioré, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien.

L'accueil, l'originalité du lieu, la découverte des "cultures locales.

Très bien situé entre montagne . La nature pure. Les animaux . La famille des enfants . Ils sont tous adorables et généreux . Ont se régale gustativement .

Las vistas en verano son impresionantes. La experiencia puede ser interesante.

Pagué 15€ por nada. Es insalubre (moscas), no hay wifi, no hay baño (solo un agujero en el suelo), no hay comida (dijo que daría de cenar y no lo hizo, un huevo y pan para desayunar), no hay cama (duermes en un sofa), no hay ducha (cubo de agua), no hay atención ni seriedad. Es mejor dormir en el campo.

Beautiful room with a large balcony and a great view; the welcome with all the (good) food

There is (only) a (clean) footsteps toilet, sometimes a little awkward for us westerners. Also the shower head did not function, but the water was nice and hot and you could shower with a plastic bowl to pour it over your head.
