El baño tenía una amplia selección de geles y champús Muy bonito y en muy buen estado. Snacks y chucherías para los niños. En resumen, aunque estuvimos unas pocas horas, nuestra estancia resultó muy agradable.

Kitchen has everything you can think of, host provided lot of little things to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, we were there for one night, but this is a place we will return to. Thanks Alex!

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i huset vi leide. Boligen var ren, velutstyrt og svært komfortabel, med en hyggelig atmosfære som gjorde at vi følte oss hjemme med en gang. Beliggenheten var flott, og huset hadde alt vi trengte for et avslappende og vellykket opphold. Vertene var vennlige, hjelpsomme og enkle å kommunisere med gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi setter stor pris på gjestfriheten og kan varmt anbefale dette stedet til andre. Tusen takk for et herlig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

La casa ben organizzata è risultata molto accogliente, così come l'host sempre attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. Probabilmente la migliore esperienza avuta, non solo in Norvegia ma in tutte le parti del mondo.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026This place is off the charts!! Absolutely gorgeous space, feels just like home. They have a ton of amenities, great TV, amazing WiFi, and a washer/dryer plus detergent/soap. The host also left us some Norwegian snacks/drinks, they are so thoughtful!! The beds were so comfy, my brother was looking up how to buy the mattress in the USA, haha. Truly a home away from home! Can’t recommend this place more. I wish we spent more time here and truly appreciated the space.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025We really loved the cozy atmosphere — it felt like we had arrived at a family friend’s home, just that they weren’t there. The kids enjoyed watching Disney+, and we had a lovely family evening. Communication was very pleasant, friendly, and quick. The location is perfect, and it’s a big plus that there’s a parking spot right by the house with easy access!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025We had a truly memorable stay at Bugårdsåsen 1 in Sandefjord, thanks to the incredible hospitality of our host, Alex. From the moment we arrived at the Sandefjord terminal, Alex went above and beyond—making two trips to pick up our group of six adults and one child with a pram. His kindness didn’t stop there; he even took me to the nearest Xtra grocery store and patiently waited while I shopped. Upon arrival, we were greeted with snacks and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. What was initially planned as a one-night stay quickly turned into two, simply because we enjoyed it so much. We loved exploring Sandefjord and truly appreciated Alex’s thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Alex!
The only minor challenge was the staircase to the first-floor bedroom, which could be a bit tricky for elderly guests or small children—but everything else was wonderful.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Podobało nam się absolutnie wszystko - dom wyposażony perfekcyjnie, przemiły właściciel, wszystko było czyste i pachnące; zapewnione były też podstawowe środki spożywcze. Wszystko było idealnie! Po przyjeździe właściciel z pełną życzliwością pokazał wszystkie detale domu i dostaliśmy słodki poczęstunek. W trakcie całego pobytu był zainteresowany i w każdym momencie był dostępny. W dniu wyjazdu dostaliśmy dużą elastyczność co do wymeldowania. Gorąco polecamy wszystkim. Komfort, relaks i spokój!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Super sauberes Haus. Extrem schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl und vor allem willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt!!! Der Gastgeber (Alex) ist der netteste Mensch, dem ich seit langer Zeit begegnet bin! Er hat vor der Anreise schon persönlich Kontakt aufgenommen, sich wirklich um unser Wohl gekümmert und war immer und sofort ansprechbar. Einer unserer Reisenden hatte einen Unfall und musste ins Krankenhaus. Alleine hätten wir das vermutlich niemals so gut hinbekommen und hätten einen Krankenwagen gebraucht. Aber ich habe in der Not Alex angerufen. Er hat sofort auf seiner Arbeit alles stehen und liegen lassen und ist gekommen und helfen. Er hat uns ins Krankenhaus begleitet, übersetzt, zum nächsten Arzt gebracht, ist uns nicht von der Seite gewichen bis wir alle wohlbehalten wieder Zuhause waren. Wir sind unglaublich dankbar hier unseren Urlaub verbracht und so einen unglaublich liebenswürdigen Menschen kennengelernt zu haben!!!! Wenn wir wie geplant noch den Nordosten von Norwegen erkunden, werden wir definitiv wieder einen Abstecher machen und wieder hier vorbei kommen! Absolut 100% ehrliche Empfehlung für alle Reisenden!!!! Vielen, vielen Dank lieber Alex 💕

Il a fait preuve de générosité et de disponibilité durant toute la période que nous avions passé chez lui. Sa demeure est propre , bien équipée et dispose d’une terrasse donnant sur une vue magnifique. Merci beaucoup ALEX

He allowed us to stay a little longer due to our late flight, and when our flight got canceled, he kindly extended our stay for an extra night. The house itself is beautifully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay – from well-thought-out kitchen amenities to cozy living spaces. I especially appreciated the high-speed internet, which made it easy to stay connected, and the large, high-quality smart TV was perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2024Lovely house with garden in quiet area. We only stayed one night as we were on the way to the ferry in Larvik (very well situated for that), but felt at home immediately. Many thanks for the nibbles and drinks in the fridge left for us! We’re a family of 5 and fitted comfortably, Alex met us a showed us around. Kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped and have ever you need. We’d definitely come again.
