Reviewed Sep 15, 2025I am very satisfied with the service provided. The homestay was comfortable, clean, and well-prepared, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. It also had a nice view of SplashMania Ship. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
There was nothing I disliked during my stay. Everything was excellent, and I would highly recommend this homestay to others.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. Maryam was super helpful and guided us smoothly through the check-in process. The environment was peaceful, and having shop lots just below the building made it so convenient to grab snacks or essentials anytime. The view from our room was absolutely amazing such a nice bonus! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Will definitely come back again with my family! 💯

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025The scenery and view is good. The interior design is cosy and feels like home. Quite spacious also. Good for group of friends 6-8 person to hangout and gather.
Not much f&b around this area, have to drive out to get food, especially during peak hour need to stuck in the traffic for abt 1hr travelling just to get food. Another option if you stay in the apartment, you can order grab food, but I feel like the price and waiting time for the food is overpriced. There is 2 nasi kandar store nearby, one of them is open 24hrs. Probably need to get some cup noodles or bread before you head back to the apartment just in case you are hungry.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024short driving from splash mania as we spent the day there before checked in. place is neat, looking new with furnished necessities for short stay. rooms are tidy with extra mattresses, pillows and blankets if needed, suitable for my small family.
only one downside; no qiblat direction for muslim and no prayer mat. hope host can provide that for muslim future guests. food outlet/restaurant is bit hard to find around this area. makesure to bring ready to eat food if you are lazy to go out. however host did provide caterer contact no if u want to order food.
