Absolutely stunning views, owners and staff were super nice.

The only issue we had was when walking our dog out back in the grassy area, we had to constantly take chicken and pork bones out of our dog's mouth. Maybe they can clean up the area a little more often,.

The location was wonderful! The view of the mountains from the balcony was exceptional. Very peaceful!

The location and price were good. The night person processed us pretty quickly.

Coffee very strong and lukewarm. The towels were worn and even had stains. The manager was busy with one of the appliances so no conversation.

The view was incredible and really the only thing I found exceptional.

The only ice machine on the property was out of order. A hotel can't allow that to happen. There was no fitness room, but I knew that going in. However, there was also no place to safely go for a walk outside. There were no restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Great views. The windows look out over the mountains and there are rocking chairs on every porch. The highway is close yet when you close the doors it’s peaceful ands quiet.

We have stayed here a few times and we’ve always been satisfied. Love the Mountain View!

My best friend of over 40 years have been meeting here for the last 7 years The rooms are very streamlined and comfortable Staff is friendly So accommodating for myself and husband and my service animal I truly appreciate the kindness and comfort I only wish other guests would be as considerate when picking up after themselves and their pets This is a great little get away and I worry that some people not properly cleaning up after themselves will ruin their pet friendliness for the rest of us traveling to this little mountain top retreat The housekeeping and staff already work hard enough to provide a comfortable stay for their guests I would just remind people staying to always do your part so they are able to continue their incredible hospitality

Problems with plumbing and was not clean.

Most things that are very big in my comfort at a hotel. The clerk offered exceptional service and was very friendly and helpful. the room was spotless. I usually shun 2-3 star hotels/motels because of poor hygiene standards but this place was impeccable. I stayed because I was moving out of town and therefore my house was empty before closing but an added feature was the well kept grounds, pool and view. Far above what I have experienced in similar grade lodging. This hotel lived up to its ratings.

not unexpected for a budget style hotel but the towels and wash clothes were a bit ragged (never like to be reminded of how many people have stayed before me.

The staff is extremely accommodating. They seem to truly care about the comfort of their guests. The beds are very comfortable. My room has a private balcony with a beautiful view.

I wish the breakfast included healthier options. It includes mostly items with high carbs. The cups of yogurt are processed with high sugar and additives. They do have fresh bananas, which are good.

Coffee was good. Room clean. Liked TV channels. Good half way location. Check-in guy was nice.

Bed was flat and hard but somehow I slept well except for the a/c that made noises. The shower curtain did not fit the so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. The room above us made a lot of noise.

It totally exceeded our expectations. Although, it is dated a little, they have made some upgrades. The bathroom was nice and clean, the shower was big and roomy, very clean and easy to get out of, the bed very comfy with nice and soft sheets, but the blanket wasn't cotton it was made up of a scratchy blend.....cotton blanket would be much better. Loved the balcony over looking part of the city and mountain. The pool was nice and clean and big. Our room was cleaned and very tidy when we got back to the room. We definitely will stay here again. So much better of a stay than other brand name places we have stayed at.

The blanket on the bed was kind of scratchy. Should be replaced with a cotton blanket.

The staff is super nice and the room VERY clean.

The traffic noise was pretty bad but facing that direction was worth the view. Many - most - of the outlets in the room did not work. The bathroom door did not fully close and there was no toilet paper holder.

Location to where I wanted to be. Clean parking lot and okay for the money.

Great value for the money! Basic set up but clean and accommodating. The king room had a fridge and microwave. Classic hotel breakfast but cozy area. Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating as we arrived at 2AM after our long drive from Florida. Would stay there again!

I would love protein to be added to the breakfast. Also, it was a bit strange to watch waffle batter being mixed in a sink next to the waffle maker.

Very clean, very quiet, nice location, check in check out very easy and efficient. What I care about most in these short stats is a good clean comfortable bed, a great shower, and easy room access. All of these were excellent.

The TV should be enabled as a Smart TV where I can play what's on my phone or iPad directly on the room's TV. Or log into apps directly on the TV. Very few hotels have this but those that do makes the stay much better.

Wonderful place to stay. Finding it was a little tricky. But would definitely stay again.

There were moths flying in the room. Two roaches ran across the floor and I contacted the person at the front desk and he shared that the manager would be present in 30 minutes (this was at night) and no one ever showed up or contacted us about it.

Room reeked of bleach. Tried to tough it out but after 3 hours and severe headaches, both myself & wife could not stand it any longer & checked out. Desk staff made no offer of compensation, other room, or discounting or canceling charges. One of the worst traveling experiences I have ever had. Only reason I rated lt a one was you survey had no room for negative numbers !!!
