Mukava pienehkö asunto hienossa talossa erinomaisella sijainnilla. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

Vessa oli vähän pieni, en edes ole kauhean iso mies mutta mahtuminen teki tiukkaa.

We honestly loved the apartment. It's super close to the city center, you can walk everywhere, and the value for money is unbeatable. The staff was super friendly—they set up a crib for our little girl and replied to messages immediately. ​The place has a washing machine and the garden is stunning. It’s shared with the rest of the neighbors, but there was practically no one there. It had barbecues, tables, and was super, super pretty, full of greenery and plants. ​If I had to mention a downside, I'd say the bathroom is a bit small, but I think that’s typical for Finland, as it's happened to us in several places now. The kitchen had everything we needed—they even left us tea and coffee. Highly, highly recommended!"

Talon vanha henki ja yksinkertainen sisustus tekivät oleskelusta viihtyisää. Sisäpiha oli ihana ja vaikka junarata kulkee ihan vierestä, se ei häirinnyt oleskelua eikä nukkumista. Sijainti on loistava suhteessa juna-asemaan ja keskustaan, tulemme toistekin, jos asunto on vapaana.

Kylppäri/wc oli vähän liian ahdas ja suihkun aikaansaamaa kosteutta oli hankala kuivatella. Sänky sinänsä ok, mutta liinavaatteet olivat tunkkaiset. Puhtaat kyllä, mutta niissä tuoksui sekä pesuaine että kosteuden aikaansaama tunkkaisuus. Ei hyvä yhdistelmä herkkäuniselle. Yläsänkyyn vievät portaat ovat vaikeakulkuiset, jopa vaaralliset, koska askelmat ovat jalan alla liian terävät. Portaisiin pitäisi lisätä selkeät astinlaudat, jossa on leveä pinta ylöspäin.

Idyllinen

L'immeuble lui même. Dans un style traditionnel finlandais. L'espace de vie très spacieux. Le côté cosy. L'arrivée très facile et l'emplacement parfait pour visiter Tampere. Les prises partout et les éclairages.

La salle de bain est vraiment petite. Ça allait pour moi qui suis menue...

Ihana pieni, toimiva asunto, ihastuttava miljöö keskellä kaupunkia. Rauhallista, nukutti hyvin.

Pienemmässä kattilassa kaipasin kantta siihen.

Huoneistossa haisi tunkkaiselta ns ”mummolalta”. Se oli miinus tällaiselle allergikolle.

Hyvä sijainti. Sopiva majoitus parin yön ajaksi.

Viihtyisä asunto ja pihapiiri

Hienovarainen vanhan talon haju, mutta ei meitä kauheammin haitannut.

Ainoa mikä ei itseä miellyttänyt oli liian pehmeä sänky.

Rakennuksessa kiva vanhan talon tunnelma. Asunto siisti ja lämmin, huoneessa oli jopa ylimääräinen lisäpatteri. Sänky hyvä nukkua. Sijainti mukavasti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja keskustaankin helppo kävelymatka.

Astiasto oli melko sekalainen, juuri kahdelle hengelle riittävä. Paistinpannut kaipaisivat uusimista, samoin keittolevy. Keittiö kuitenkin muuten asiallinen ja siisti. Ainakin itselle yksi iso syy valita huoneisto mieluummin kuin hotellihuone, on juuri keittiö ja mahdollisuus laittaa itse ruokaa. .

Avaimet olivat koodilla avattavassa avainlaatikossa oven vieressä. Kiva, että huoneessa oli myös kahvinkeitin.

Ensin huone oli vähän kylmä, mikä oli ymmärrettävää, kun oli niin kovat pakkaset, mutta huone lämpeni kuitenkin riittävästi..

Hyvä sijainti, viihtyisä miljöö ja kodikas asunto. Selkeät ohjeet majoittajalta. Kylpyhuone on toki pieni, mutta lämmintä vettä riitti.

Asunto tuntui vähän kylmältä, mutta toisaalta viileässä nukkuu hyvin.

Erittäin tilava ylellinen ja siisti asunto. Talon sijainti rauhallisella ja erittäin keskeisellä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa.

Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Bad ist ziemlich klein.

Kohteessa on ihana takapiha, jossa oli mukava istuskella. Sopivan kompakti.

Asunto on hieman maanpinnan alapuolella ja sisällä tuoksui ummehtuneelta.

The location (10 minutes uphill from the station) is good and the surroundings are quiet. There is a nice little garden where you can sit if there are no residents already enjoying it. Because of the space-saving, you need to stand on steps to operate the microwave oven.

The windows (on the street and garden sides) can only be opened a little (presumably for security reasons), which is a drawback in hot weather. It would have been nice to have an electric fan to keep cool. There is limited space for hanging clothes and there are no drawers, which means you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor. The shower, toilet and small washbasin have been fitted into a tiny "room" (120 x 130 cm) but all worked well for me - a larger broad-shouldered person might find it challenging to shower.

A well planned small space. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The bathroom looks to be relatively new and functioned well … but small. Not sure if a man over medium size could manage in bathroom space.

The mattress on lower bunk was too soft and difficult to manoeuvre in and out of with partners who require nocturnal trips to the toilet. The mattress on the upper bunk appeared to be of better quality … but with configuration of steps neither of us were willing to try getting down and up again during the night. No info provided regarding waste management. It snowed before we arrived and consistent with places we were in Norway and Finland … sidewalks, entrances were not shovelled, plowed or de-iced.

Too warm to sleep in summer, ground floor so wouldnt open windows at night (though area very safe). Also bathroom is very small.

Proximity to the train station and the rest of the city centre, everything is pretty much a 20 minute walk away. No noisy neighbors, awesome back garden with a bunch of chairs and swings to chill out in.

Water pressure in the shower which in itself was rather small.

The place was great, I enjoyed my stay at Tampere. The property is clean, spacious, peaceful and cozy. The beds are big and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. It almost felt like staying at home. The location is just like 5 minutes from the railway station by foot. I never met the owner Ari in person but it was very easy to get in touch with him when I had something on my mind. He always answered me fast on the phone and was friendly.

I think the only negative thing was that the toilet, specially the shower, was quite small. I had quite a hard time taking a shower and I am a normal sized guy. Also, the trains pass by very close in front of the property. It didn't personally bother me that much but it might be a nuisance if you are very sensitive to noises.

Location is a superb. The apartments is quite cozy leads you to spent some time with beer after the hard day. It's quite easy to get the keys and to find things in general. Train thing nearby is just adds up to the overall feelings. Quite a nice place for 1-2 night stay alone.

Few things to mention: if you would like to have a more space in bathroom so don't expect that. However it's enough. The other thing to mention is a hot water - that's limited for a time/quantity since boiler can't make it. So you need to think about that wisely.

It was a simple accomodation close to the railway station and not too far from the center (10 mins by walk), but clean and good if you are visiting Tampere for a one/two nights.

It was more like a student dormitory in an older building. The bathroom is super small you are basically taking shower in the toilet. The kitchen is very basic, good for morning eggs but not more.

The location and easy to communicate. Very clean. Everything equipped. No noise or smell.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. Toilet was also quite small.

We found everything we needed in a small space. It is very well kept, equipped and maintained. Location is good in terms of accessing the city.

The bathroom is really tiny. You hear the train, but that was expected and did not bother us. And outside be aware: Parking tickets are a must! Be cautious as you are even expected to use a Finnish app for parking in case ticket machines do not work.

Cozy, compact apartment with minimum essentials. 10minutes walk from Tampere station.
