Studio Casa Brisa Del Mar

L'appartement se situe à 250m. du bord de mer et de l'immense plage. On peut facilement parquer dans la rue devant l'appartement. L'appartement est hyper soigné et très, très propre, un must! Il y a des restaurants tout près et un supermarché à 3 minutes. Tout est parfait, je recommande vivement cette location si vous êtes sur place. Il y a un ascenseur bien pratique avec des bagages qui nous mène à l'étage.

Een echte aanrader! De studio ligt op een ideale locatie, net achter het casino. Alles was perfect schoon en kraaknet bij aankomst. Bedlinnen en handdoeken waren netjes voorzien. Kortom: een fijn en zorgeloos verblijf!

Klein minpuntje: Er kan geen airco voorzien worden. Er was gelukkig wel een ventilator aanwezig, dus daar werd goed aan gedacht. Verder een heel aangenaam verblijf!

Topadresje ! Mooi en praktisch ingerichte studio, zeer centraal gelegen op wandelafstand van het strand, winkel, bakker,... Heel netjes onderhouden. De info en communicatie met de verhuurders verliep ook zeer vlot. Wij komen zeker nog terug !

Perfecte ligging, dichtbij het strand en de winkels. Ook het normandpark waar wij een aantal keren geweest zijn, was maar een klein stukje lopen.

Het was wel heel erg warm. Er stond wel een ventilator wat erg fijn was maar alsnog was het erg warm.

Wonderful studio, good location, shop nearby, the sea is close, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has a lot of utensils, it is possible to cook. Delicious coffee and cookies in a box for the child :-) Thank you :-) Very clean, I can recommend it

Studio très propre , assez spacieux et bien équipé . Situation assez central proche de la mer . Une très bonne note pour les draps , essuies et cafés. Toutes les informations ont été très claires pour l’arrivée .

Super verblijf, alles netjes in orde

alles was aanwezig zo als beloofd. Het was een zeer mooie studio. Als we vroegen om onze bagage nog iets langer op de kamer mocht blijven dan vormde dit ook geen probleem. Een heel aangename ervaring!

Gezellig,comfortabel heel proper appartementje , Goed gelegen vlak bij het centrum .Inchecken ging heel vlot ! En er stond koffie en thee met een koekje op ons te wachten .

Es war sehr sehr warm im Zimmer, jedoch war dort ein Ventilator, der auch die ganze Nacht laufen musste.

Deze studio is fantastisch! Alles is aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. De bedden zijn bij aankomst opgedekt met fris gewassen lakens. De handdoeken liggen voor je klaar in de badkamer en er staan leuke attenties op je te wachten. Het bed heeft een prima matras en ook de kopkussens zijn heel goed. De locatie is ideaal: vlakbij winkels en het strand en bovendien zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk, allemaal op wandelafstand: Atlantikwall, zwembad, klimparcours, karting, bowling,… De studio is bij aankomst superproper! Ook de keuken en de badkamer zijn hygiënisch schoon. De prijs-kwaliteit voor deze studio is top! En last but nog least: de eigenaars zijn heel gemakkelijk te bereiken en ontzettend vriendelijk. Kortom: deze studio is een aanrader!!!

The Studio was very modern and beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. We were very close to a relatives apartment and carehome, also to the local shops and restaurants. We informed Alain and Sandra that we were visiting for a sad reason on this occasion, they were very sympathetic. Thank you!

The street out front was quite loud and busy, but we had to have the windows open due to the warm weather...This is in no way any fault of the owners. Only one very small critisim, we could have done with at least one extra toilet roll, we had to buy a pack of 4 from the local supermarket.
