Прекрасные апартаменты. Вся мебель новая, все чисто и уютно. Красивый вид с балкона на Бо Валон. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и милые.

Вилла находится высоко на холме, очень крутой подъем, без авто прям тяжко. Так что имейте это ввиду при бронировании.

Amazing value for money! The apartment has beutiful view on the sea, is spacious, kitchen is well equipped and AC is strong. It is practically fully livable, much much better equipped than any hotel room. Besides that Flow is an amazing and very attentive host. He helped greatly with arraning bus cards and provided me with other valuable information.

The accommodation is a bit uphill, but if you have heathly legs that should not be a problem at all!

Мне понравилось все: огромный красивый номер со всевозможными удобствами: от кофе и чудесной посуды до утюга и стиральной машины; два балкона с шикарными видами и чудесные хозяева! А еще, что немаловажно среди гестхаусов - круглосуточно есть горячая вода в душе. Я искренне рекомендую данный отель! Соотношение цена/качество отличное

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. He was incredibly supportive and always ready to help, offering great advice about the area and making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. He kindly drove me to downtown and even took the time to drive me when it was rainy, which I truly appreciated. His kindness and hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Не первый раз на Сейшелах. Эти апартаменты очень понравились. Размещались в номере на первом этаже. Находится рядом с хорошим пляжем. Крутоватый подьем пешком, на ренткаре конечно проще, но зато виды с двух балконов просто восхищают. Большая и ухоженная прилегающая территория. Советую 2-3 этаж для обзора. По оснащению всем необходимым ставлю 5+ ! Для Сейшел ,моего уровня размещений, это пожалуй один из примеров как должно быть. Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Соль,сахар, кофе, чай, масло, все моющие средства , все в достаточном ко-ве. Стиралка. Хорошо оснащенная кухня. Жестковат матрац, но это на любителя.Хозяин очень внимательный , готовый помочь по всем вопросам. Очень рекомендую, полагаю будете при хороших впечатлениях. Мы остались довольны. Цена качество в соответствии. PS. Рекомендую в кухне-гостиной поставить напольный вентилятор, это необходимый атрибут.

I'll definitely try to stay at Sun and Sea again! This a great apartment with heaps of space and a breathtaking view from the balconies. It's 10 minutes' walk to the beach and bars, restaurants, small supermarket, and dive centres. It has good size bathrooms, nicely fitted, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water (if you need it in the tropics). The wifi is fast and reliable. It's very good value compared to the other options, but the thing that really makes this place stand out is the service: the host communicated promptly and clearly, and was exceptionally helpful with everything I asked; they even offered help with a couple of things that I hadn't thought of, like a lift to a bigger supermarket, and a flexible checkout to suit my flight time (presumably not always available, of course).

Sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei traumhaften Terrassen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man sogar Meerblick – das war unser Highlight. Floren und seine Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich erleichtert.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist nicht ganz ohne. Er ist zwar machbar, aber mit dem Auto deutlich einfacher.

It’s a very nice apartment, approximately 400 meters from Beau Vallon beach, although on a very steep hill, be aware. It can be done with average fitness though, or you can rent a car. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Floren is an amazing host, thank you for everything!

As others mentioned the mattress is really hard, but hopefully it will be solved soon with additional mattress.

A truly wonderful place and amazing hosts. Everything matches the photos, the view is stunning, it's quite spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and remember it fondly. It was very cozy, and we thank the owners for everything!

Немного высоковато идти в горку, а так отлично! Рядом пляж, кафешки на пляже. Чисто уютно, радушные хозяева.

La cuesta, para llegar al apartamento se necesita estar en forma, no apta para personas mayores . Con auto sin problemas . Además hay aparcamiento privado dentro de la propiedad.

The place is really nice and the view is gorgeous. The sunset, the ocean view. Immaculate

The amenities are a little insufficient, especially for the fact that it is a self catering apartment. But what is great is that the host and his family is incredibly nice and welcoming so you can ask them for things you need. Plan to go around in a car, the road to the house is very steep. If you don't mind walking up a crazy incline, then no worries

The location is close to the beach, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The view is stunning, the pictures don't do it justice.

Found the bed a little hard, but the hosts went out of thier way to make sure I was comfortable

The stay was great. First of all, the view from the apartment is way better that what is shown on the photos. From the balcony, you can see the bay and nearby Silhouette island. Location is great. Few minutes walk and you reach the Beau Vallon Beach. There are two shops and a bus stop just at the end of Panorama Road. And along Beau Vallon Beach there are multiple Restaurants and Take-Aways. The host (Floren) was very kind, helpful and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment is new, very clean and is equipped with all what you could need during your stay. Highly recommended!

As a suggestion, a normal washing machine in the apartment as standard equipment would be perfect, especially since there is also the space ready prepared.
