Tidak ada petugas/ receptionis yg stand by, merepotkan saat baru datang dan saat mau check-out Kurang pengawasan kebersihan (1 jam pertama terpaksa sy nyapu kolong tempat tidur krn ada sampah botol Vit kosong, tisue bekas dan pitongan besi.)
