Nothing in particular, as I was unable to check in and stay at the hotel.

I travel frequently and almost never leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most shocking check-in experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was cold and unpleasant, not only with me but also with other guests I saw at reception. No hello, no smile, no basic welcome. The main issue was the passport. I was asked to hand over my original passport so the hotel could keep it for my entire stay and return it only at checkout. Not just check it. Not just photocopy it. Keep the original passport. This requirement was NOT mentioned anywhere in my Booking.com reservation. I was completely willing to show my passport and let them photocopy it. I simply asked where this rule was written. The answer was: “It’s an internal rule.” No written rule or document was shown. I asked what I would do if I needed my passport during my stay — for example, for a scooter rental, an identity check, or any unexpected situation where I might need to show my original ID. There was no clear answer. I also asked whether I would sign anything confirming that the hotel was keeping my passport. Again, there was no clear procedure. When I refused, the receptionist became angry and extremely unpleasant. She told me I could keep my passport, but then I would have to pay a 1,000,000 VND deposit. Otherwise, I could cancel. I had arrived intending to stay and was even considering extending my stay. I had the money ready to pay for the room. I only cancelled because I refused to let the hotel keep my original passport for the entire stay. The cancellation was free, so I chose to cancel rather than hand over my passport. I also had an injured foot still in rehabilitation, which made the whole experience even more difficult. For me, this is a major red flag. If you are not comfortable with a hotel keeping your original passport for your entire stay, choose another hotel. I certainly will.

The position and the staff were amazing. Sophie helps us throughout our stay and made our trip manageable. The breakfast was good.

The room wasn’t that clean. The bedsheets were nearly grey but it was an ok stay.

Super personel, pokoje zawsze czyste. Codzienne zadbanie o wymianę ręczników, wody, asortymentu łazienkowego. Panie na recepcji pomocne i do dogadania :)

Siłownia jest ale sprzęty nie działają. Jedna wolna maszyna do ćwiczeń.

Le petit déjeuner

Хороший вариант за свои деньги. Главный плюс — цена, при этом в стоимость входит довольно плотный и сытный завтрак. На крыше есть бассейн, что особенно приятно после прогулок и в жаркую погоду. До пляжа идти примерно 10 минут, расположение в целом удобное. Отдельно хочется отметить отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал — всегда готовы помочь.

Из минусов — совсем нет нормального места, где можно сушить вещи, а после пляжа это довольно неудобно.

The pool was a disaster. The room needs maintenance. The breakfast was cold.

Frukosten var riktigt dålig. Första dagen fanns inga skyltar vad som serverades, de som skulle vara varmt var kallt. De mesta maten var slut. Personalen börja stänga ner frukosten innan frukosttiden var slut.

Полы моют чисто. Постель (хоть и небелоснежная) чистая, кровати большие. Хорошо высыпались. Кондиционер работал хорошо. На ресепшне девушка помогла организовать поездку в Банахилз дешевле (сами билеты), чем на trip.com и booking и такси дешевле чем в grab. Расположение отличное.

В номере на 7 этаже, в который нас заселили в начале, в санузле стоял неприятный запах, раковина была вся в трещинах, кондиционер был очень старый (пожелтевший и сильно тарахтел), стены были грязные, окна смотрели в стену соседнего здания. Мы попросили переселить нас по причине плохого запаха. Нам дали на 9 этаже номер с без неприятного запаха, с хорошим видом из окна, станы были чище, кондиционер был в отличном состоянии.

Two bedroom and sitting area was comfortable for our needs.

The massage parlour on the second floor next to the gym is …. Yeah not what I expected in a hotel building

Poor wifi facilities were the worse tv didn’t work no tea or sugar in room wifi never worked stuff never went out of there way to help only time they were busy is then they were on there phones booking was wrong didn’t try a and make amends in fixing it don’t ever stay here if you don’t want to be disappointed

Aircon didn't work. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Executive suite was a joke. Bed was hard. Could not call it a suite. Looked to be in a very lively / dodgy part of town. People still down below on the streets drinking at 5am. Left after the first night booking of 1 week. Breakfast was on the top floor after cubing stairs to reach it. No handrails if you have mobility issues.

cost cheap and not too far from beach like its 15-20 mins walking distance. at least the hot water was consistent, and the receptionist when we arrived was very nice. not too crowded and since da nang is pretty chill city so not much of noise pollution.

dont trust the images. the pool is super small with grimes oh the filter area, the chairs were busted on the patio of the pool. the breakfast was meh, where they cooked all the eggs at the same time and not much choices was available. the bread was stalled. and also the hotel has Massage GIP which in other word happy-ending massage, so you will kept getting harrass by the men at the entrance to take the service if you a man. and then during my stay, there were two small towels and two big towels. and during room service, they only changed one towel and took the other one and told us during checkout we stole the towel so we had to pay for the supposedly missing small towel. also they only changed bed sheets, but not clean the floor so the floor was sandy for the whole stay, and my friend bed was sagging in the middle. tv remote was dead, and had to change it myself, and the tvs are connected with other room too so people kept hijacking your tv since its android/smart tv. the ac was slow too.

The garbage piled up at the entrance. No assistance with my suitcase. The mold on my curtains. The hole in the bathroom that allowed the smell of sewer to enter my room daily. The loudness of housekeeping when they’re on the floor talking. The lack of a pool area. The messy dining room area

ベトナムの方々が旅行で使うホテルという感じで、ベトナムらしさが良くも悪くもあったように感じます。朝のブュッフェはフォーなどのメニューは日替わりで変わっていました。洗練されたブュッフェではありませんでしたが充分でした。受付の人は英語が達者で丁寧に対応してくださいました。小学生とはいえ2人の大きな子どもたちと親が寝るには充分な広さのベッドが3台、部屋も広かったです。1キロにつき35000ベトナムドンで洗濯物を洗って乾燥機までかなりスピーディーに仕上げてくれるのはとても助かりました。Kマートや各種ATM、レストランも周囲に色々あって旅で困ることはありませんでした。

排水設備がかなり悪かったです。海辺のホテルは仕方ないのかもしれませんね。夜になると、2階にある何がしかのバーのような場所への客引きのスタッフらしき人やお客様の雰囲気が良くなく、エレベーターにタバコを吸いながら入ってきたのにはびっくりしました。設備は全体的にとても古いですが、宿泊価格を考えるとそれなりなのかと思います。旅慣れしている方ならわかっていただけるアジアらしいホテルなのかと思います。

Phòng hôi mùi thuốc lá cực kì khủng khiếp, nhận viên lên xử lý 2 lần không hết vẫn rất hôi.Máy lạnh chảy nước kêu trong phòng, máy lạnh nóng ở trong phòng mà đổ mồ hôi, kêu dữ quá cuối cùng rớt cục đá từ trong ra và tắt luôn; nhân viên gọi kêu là chưa có kĩ thuật sửa vui lòng đợi tới chiều. Máy sấy cháy, nhân viên lên đổi máy sấy khác trong đó có con dán (quá đáng sợ). Tủ lạnh không lạnh, không thêm nước trong phòng ngày 2, xuống ăn sáng xin miếng đá bỏ vào chai bắt khách đổ ra lại và nói " đá tụi em phải mua" ( có đáng như vậy với khách vì mấy cục đá không?). Nhà hàng đồ ăn lạnh ơi là lạnh bánh mì khô khốc. Cuối cùng nhân viên không xin lỗi, kêu late check out đòi charge phí. Xử lý kém vô cùng. Không bao giờ quay lại. Trong những trường hợp này không có 1 lời xin lỗi, không đền tiền cho khách, không gì luôn, bỏ tiền ra mà trải nghiệm kém quá kém.

This hotel is affordable yet it is super clean and has very nice smell.

Space and facilities in the apartment.

Staff not particularly friendly. Breakfast was average. Towels had holes in them. Bathrooms not that clean. Gym very basic / limited equipment- no air con. Being accused of stealing towels at check-out. Staff need to learn to count properly!

Nhân viên khốn nạn, out phòng báo mất 3 cái khăn, tôi cho con tôi lên tìm thì báo lại mất 1. Thủ tục check out quá lâu, xong k trả tôi căn cước. đến khi tôi nhớ ra và cho địa chỉ để ship căn cước về thì 19 ngày nay tôi chưa nhận được, nhắn tin hỏi lại nhân viên thì nhân viên không rep tin

Lo único positivo es la habitación del hotel por tamaño, pero el olor era horrible.

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado en toda mi vida. Primero me dicen que tengo que pagar en efectivo, si no me cobran una comisión del 7%. Vale. Le digo que voy a sacar dinero y me dice que tengo que dejarle mi pasaporte. ¿Desde cuando se deja el pasaporte? Es mi primera vez que me lo piden por ir a sacar dinero, ni que no volviese por mis maletas. Absurdo. El desayuno era tan horrible, que tuvimos que desayunar fuera. Lo único que tienen son noodles, y su comida (que me parece bien), pero nada de cereales, que nunca los pusieron ( y los pedí), ni tostadas, ni croissant, zumo caliente, tampoco había leche. Vamos a huevos estuvimos, hasta que decidimos desayunar fuera. Les di para la colada, y me vino ropa sucia, más pequeña y tal como la cogieron la metieron en una bolsa, es decir, arrugada. Y tampoco tenían para dejarme plancha. ¡Qué desastre!. La atención al cliente pésima, a la limpiadora le pedí papel higiénico y vaya mirada, supongo que no hablaba bien de mi mientras me daba dos rollos. Y luego, me dicen que el agua es gratis y en el check out me piden cinco minutos y me cobran un agua, que no es por el dinero, es por el servicio. Mintieron a la vista está. Les dejé dos cervezas en la nevera, esa sí que no la pagaron. NO VAYÁIS A ESTE HOTEL. Os digo que los comentarios positivos no son ciertos.

Lokalerna var ostädade och frukosten var under all kritik, vi valde att äta ute istället.
