The apartment was spacious, very clean, water pressure excellent and very comfortable because of the airconditioner. Everything you could need was available in the apartments. Communication with the Sandra was very pleasant.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026De locatie was fantastisch, er was een fijne keuken. Er lag koffie en thee klaar, en zelfs biertjes! We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met uitzicht op de kathedraal, enorm mooi! Je loopt zo naar richting het citadel, de kathedraal of de terrasjes. De douche had heel veel standen en was fantastisch. Airconditioning in heel het appartement is top. Al met al, fantastisch!
De kussens op bed waren voor ons niet comfortabel, maar dat is zo persoonlijk! En je moet bereid zijn 4 trappen te lopen

80 trappen omhoog. Wij zaten op appartement 4. Dit was niet bekend van te voren. Anders hadden wij een andere keuze gemaakt.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and tastefully furnished. The location was exceptional, perfect for visiting all the interesting sights in Dinant.
The only drawback was the stairs, which was quite steep and challenging when carrying heavy suitcases!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum von Dinant. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt schnell zu Fuß erreichen und hat viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und nicht abgewohnt.
Schade, daher auch nur 8 Punkte, die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war kaputt. Im Wohnzimmer hat die Klimaanlage funktioniert und da die Nächte sehr kühl waren, war es für uns kein Problem, dass im Schlafzimmer die AC nicht funktioniert hat. Aber ich hätte mir schon gewünscht, dass der Gastgeber das im Vorfeld kommuniziert, wir haben die Wohnung vor allem wegen der AC gemietet und bei dem Preis erwarte ich, dass alles funktioniert.

De airco van de slaapkamer werkte niet. Het vervangtoestelletje dat er stond, werkte niet goed genoeg. De slaapkamer kon niet goed donker gemaakt worden, dat vond ik vervelend. Je werd altijd wakker van zo licht door het dakraam en langs de rolgordijntjes bij de andere ramen.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Location was unbeatable. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The A/C was wonderful to come home too on a very hot day. Lots of space for my daughter & me!
For older people, the stairs are many and steep to get up to the 3rd floor apartment. Worth the climb but pack accordingly! The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, but there is no freezer in the refrigerator and therefore no ice. Otherwise the host provided for everything. Would love to return!

Two aspects of the accommodation bothered us: 1. We were not informed that our unit was on the fourth floor. Hoisting all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs was not nice! 2. The €350 breakage deposit: - we were only informed the day prior to our arrival that we had to pay this enormous amount - it is way out of line with the deposit we paid at other places - and above all we struggled for 3 weeks to get this money back

Het hele boekingsproces is nogal zwaar en ingewikkeld. Naast dat je je id-bewijs en dat van je partner moet uploaden en een creditcard reservering als borg dient af te geven kriijg je vlak voor aankomst een aantal e-mails dat je wel aan alle voorwaarden voldaan moet hebben anders krijg je je code niet. Ook al heb je eraan voldaan, je krijgt ze toch. Als de code niet werkt krijg je vervolgens weer links toegezonden om wederom de borg te voldoen. In ons geval kon de host dat schijnbaar niet zelf controleren. Enfin, het is allemaal goed gekomen lijkt het nu en de host zelf was correct over de app en mail maar het was erg omslachtig. Kort voor vertrek wederom een bericht via e-mail dat alles wel schadevrij achtergelaten moet zijn om de borg teruggestort te krijgen. Vanuit het oogpunt van je voelt je welkom en gastvrij kan de accommodatie nog wat stappen maken in mijn ogen.

Pas grand chose , juste appartement 3 le store de la chambre ne descend pas jusqu’en bas de la fenêtre laissant entrer la lumière dès le lever du soleil . Une petite étagère serait également pratique dans la douche pour y poser le savon et shampoing .

Welcome beer was a very nice touch. The check-in was very easy and the contact with the host very quick. We enjoyed our time there a lot. Thank you!
Mind that there is no lift in the building and the steep stairs might be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility.

The blind in our bedroom didn’t cover the window and it felt like people could look into our room during the night. I did write to Nomad Apartments (providing footage so they could fix it for future clients) but never received a reply. I was very disappointed as they are very quick to take a deposit (€350) for any damages but didn’t have the decency to reply.

From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything — recommending incredible places to visit, local spots to eat, things to do, and making sure we got the most out of our trip. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay and they surprised us with local beers completely free of charge, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the trip feel special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and hospitality genuinely made the holiday even better. The accommodation itself was fantastic, but it was the hosts that truly made this stay unforgettable. Simply amazing — we would 100% stay again.

I would like to have known just how quiet the off-season was. It's a beautiful town but I feel like I could have experienced it far better of I'd visited when more restaurants were open, boat trips were running, etc

De airco in de woonkamer werkte niet dus stond er een klein warmte blazertje in de woonkamer om de hele ruimte op te warmen. Dit was niet echt voldoende. Er was ook niets over gecommuniceerd. Het rolgordijn in de slaapkamer is veel te kort. Waardoor er nog licht binnen komt en inkijk is. Dit lijkt me eenvoudig op te lossen door een nieuw rolgordijn te hangen met de juiste afmetingen.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Prachtig ruim appartement met een heel mooi uitzicht. Comfortabel bed, lekkere douche en de incheck procedure was ideaal. Midden in het centrum, perfecte locatie.
Parkeren is op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen maar wel duur, ongeveer 25 euro per dag. Gratis parkeren is niet beschikbaar.

Não sei se há lugar para deixar as malas depois do check-out. Mas para quem precisar, vá até a Maison do Tourisme (2 minutos a pé) e eles ficam com a sua mala. Achei uma ótima alternativa!! Fica a dica para quem precisar!!

Deposit was required for the property a few days before going. It was a deposit that was over three times the amount of what I paid for the one night stay. I found that inconvenient. That was my only gripe. Otherwise great stay.

There is no lift so lugging 2 x 20+ kilos up to the top floor was an unexpected workout.
