Es hat nur 3 Zimmer, 4/5 Zimmer ist nicht nutzbar für Erwachsene. Kücherausstattung ist ungenügend. Es hat mit Dusch und Bad, sondern nur Badewanne. Kein Stauraum in der Schlafzimmern.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. La maison est confortable, les hôtes adorables. Le jardin, avec ses grands arbres, est très agréable.

Pas évident d'ouvrir complètement les fenêtres avec les têtes de lit, la véranda a pu être un peu chaude en plein été et nous n'avons pas utilisé les chambres du haut, très basses de plafond.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Contact met eigenaar was goed en vriendelijk. Huis heeft volgens de beschrijving 5 slaapkamers, de slaapkamers beneden waren oké. Verder heb je het huis en tuin ter beschikking waar wij heerlijk hebben gebarbecued

De slaapkamers boven zijn niet echt slaapkamers, voor kinderen goed maar voor volwassenen te klein en te laag, geen privacy badkamer douchen in badkuip was een beetje behelpen.

It’s very spacious and there is a very nice garden. The host is very friendly. He has an office in the basement, he comes and goes almost everyday so you can ask questions.

Most important point, the villa has only one bathroom. The description on booking is wrong. We were 6 and had to share it.

Très bel emplacement à la campagne au calme -> absence totale de pollution lumineuse la nuit, nous avons passé une soirée magnifique sur la terrasse à admirer les étoiles. La proximité du lac et des villes environnantes La propreté Le linge de lit et les serviettes à dispo, tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Tout le matériel nécessaire dans la cuisine. La flexibilité de pouvoir réserver juste 2 nuits L’espace vraiment grand pour 4 personnes La salle de bain + WC séparé supplémentaire La place de parc juste devant la maison

Rien ne nous a déplu, tout était vraiment très bien ! Juste un point n’était pas très clair dans le descriptif : la douche est installée dans la baignoire, il ne faut donc pas s’attendre à pouvoir utiliser en même temps la baignoire et la douche car c’est un seul endroit. La 2ème salle de bain comporte juste un WC et lavabo mais c’est déjà bien pratique.

L'emplacement à 10 minutes de Swiss vapeur parc et de Aqua park. Proche de montreux et du bord du lac. Petit village avec commerce à 5 minutes. La maison est grande et très agréable avec un grand jardin (idéal pour la chasse aux oeufs)! L'hôte Gideon très disponible et serviable.

Gideon was very friendly and nothing was any trouble. We stayed over Christmas and was very happy we had all the cooking utensils you could ever need and more. The villa is very spacious and near Montreux.

The kitchen was wonderful for us to cook our daily meals and many utensils were provided. The children enjoyed the cold winter garden playing ping pong. There was a farm nearby and Montreux is a few minutes away. The villa is accessible by car. Didn’t see a train station nearby though.

We still felt cold even with the heater turned on. There was only one toilet for showering. The other toilet is only a half toilet.

We wanted to spend two days away in Switzerland and came across this Villa, which had fantastic reviews. We were therefore, very surprised what followed next. We arrived at this Villa and the patio door did not lock. We called the owner (Gideon) and he stated that there is nothing to worry, as it is a very safe environment and it can stay unlocked. He stated that he wanted to come in the night and check the light appliances and I should park my car away from the garage, as it is his place. During the night, we noticed lights coming through the window, through the garden, as it was switching on and off, which disturbed our sleep. We heard at night and during the very early morning hours, noises, such as a running washing machine and loud maintenance being done. When we woke up, I realised that his car was still parked before the garage and he went shortly after, 9am. We let him know, that we cannot tolerate, even if it is the owner, to come in the house or the garage (as he stated, he stays there sometimes). His reply, by WhatsApp (I still have the copy), was like a mobster. He literally stated, that he comes, with or without his assistant and whenever he likes to the place, as it his Villa. He even stated that we left one light on, so he was observing us, presumably all night and stated that we are paying very little money for this luxury Villa. On top of this, he stated, why are you so worried about me coming to my Villa and quite literally stated and asked “Are you doing something illegal at the house?”. So the logic from the owner appears to be, you either accept him coming whenever he likes, alone or with someone and doing whatever he likes, one must be doing something illegal and he needs to investigate it. We paid the regular price of over 200 Euros per night, which I do not think is too cheap. The fees for the Villa is not the issue of the customer and we are not responsible for this and the owner cannot make the excuse that they can suddenly invite them in.

My partner was very scared, that unknown men are coming to the house at night and could not sleep and I had to threaten him many times with the police, if he does this. This person is so unprofessional, that he stated that he will call the police for us, while we were out and we had to cut our activity short and drive back to the house. I let him know, that we are coming to the house, so that he can explain to the Police any potential illegal activity and we were going to tell them, that even as an owner, you cannot come to your property you are renting, as it pleases you. He suddenly became more cautious and stated; maybe he can come later, if we leave earlier. When we arrived at the property, there was no Gideon and no police and I called him many times. It was a disgrace, wasting our time! I called him many times, but he excused it with, I am in a meeting. We had only 2 Days in Switzerland; I was travelling from Germany and had to pick up my partner from Austria and we drove to Switzerland then and this is what we were confronted with. If the owner is able to come to the Villa, there is no need to rent it out, as I cannot imagine many people being able tolerate that privacy infringement. We cannot explain that strange behaviour by the owner and it appears to have happened only to us. I would just like to mention this, if you are booking this property, there might be chance that this happens to you too, so be cautious.

Très bien, hote au petit soin, emplacement très agréable et bien desservi en transport en commun, appartement bien aménagé, très propre, agréablement surpris par rapport au prix, cette location vaut largement le coup 😄😄

La casa es molt gran, esta molt ben ubicada a prop de supermercats i a 10 min en cotxe de Montreaux. Super comoda y amplia, a la cuina hi ha tots els estris necesaris, els llits molt comodes. l’amfitrió genial, molt amable i pendent en tot moment del que necessitavem, ha sigut una experiència genial, la recomano totalment si aneu per la zona, nosaltres repetirem segur

Maison froide. Pas de chauffage. Juste le bois dans la cheminée à disposition mais malheureusement pendant la nuit vraiment froid

Il était sale, on avait pas des serviettes pour le visage ni les cheveux. On trouvait des affaires personnelles du propriétaire de partout, une partie de la maison n’avait pas de chauffage et le propriétaire dormait au garage lorsque on a loué une maison entière et pas partagée.

La véranda avec la table de ping- pong était parfaite

J’ai trouvé dommage qu’on nous a pas mis à disposition du savon pour les mains dans la salle de bains et du gel douche et shampoing pour les cheveux.

Das ganze Haus zur eigenen Verfügung zu haben war wirklich cool. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen 😁

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! Despite it being a last-minute booking, everything was spotless, well-prepared, and perfectly in place by the time we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The villa itself has stunning views of Mountains— is cozy, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the large garden which was seamlessly connected to another large entertainment area that had something for everyone. Whether it was TV for binge watching, table tennis, books, puzzles, or board games, the space catered to guests of all ages and interests. The kitchen was another standout feature — fully stocked with not just all the essential appliances (which looked brand new, by the way), but also a wide array of spices, sauces and many daily-use food items. Beds, bathrooms & overall house were super clean & comfortable. We had a wheelchair bound member with us who no problems to stay & move around. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, the villa is 10mins drive to Chateau De Chillon & other major tourist spots in Montreux are ~15mins away and a supermarket is also close by. Special mention to our host, who was super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always available to ensure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All in all, this villa was a gem of a find. Highly recommend to all.

L’hébergement était spacieux avec une terrasse très agréable, la literie de qualité. L’emplacement était idéal pour profiter du lac et très central pour les autres points d’intérêt.

It is a great place for a really fair price! You find everything you might need inside the home, the host is very friendly and helpful, the home is huge, and it has a game room really enjoyed by the kids!

A really spacious and well presented home. Gideon, the host was responsive, helpful and charming.

The two rooms upstairs had very limited headroom.

Like: table tennis. Cows visible from backyard. Plenty of kitchen supplies and teas/coffee. Big TV. Big backyard. Great view all around. Plenty of space. Private parking.

Very cosy and had all the amenities, very clean and made us all feel at home.

The house is well located, with great Mountain views. The city is quiet but with good access to Montreux and others around. Gideon has given us a very warm welcome and a tour of the house. Explained all we needed to know, including things to do in the area. The place is spacious, with tennis table and games that have been really fun to do with the family. He’s been so careful on the details with extra blankets, slippers for the whole family, coffee, tea and letting us use some of the nice special spices he’s got for our recipes. We had a power shortage at some point and he promptly helped us resolved on a Christmas Eve, we were grateful for the stay at such nice place.

Set up your feel like home. We had a great time, didn’t have to worry about parking. And it was as quiet. Perfect for relaxing from the hussle of Montreux. Owner is friendly, accommodating and courteous. Very responsive to the smallest inquiries. Thank you kindly! We truly enjoyed our stay

Gideon was very helpful. A comfortable stay for our family.

The place is absolutely great, spacious, with lots of beds to choose from, fully equipt kichen, and a large winter garten. It had also a ping-pong table. It was clean, tidy and cozy. We traveled with young children too and we slept very well. We certainly recommend this property.

Wonderful host who made us feel at ease and very welcome. Lovely house, lots of space and in a perfect location. Quiet and surrounded by mountains, but not far from amenities. Would definitely return. We booked with 24 hours notice but this was no issue, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Gideon, the host, was extremely friendly and welcoming on arrival. He took the time to guide us through the facilities and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is very calm and there is a great view on the mountains. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The table tennis in the veranda was a great bonus!

Some of the bedrooms lack some shades and so it could be a little tricky for people who need complete darkness to sleep well. Also, while the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor are very comfortable, the 2 ones upstairs are less so - the ceiling is low and the stairs a little steep. Depending on your group, it could be an issue - or not.
