This was an amazing location to explore St Emilion, Bordeaux and Libourne. You need a car if you’re staying here however there is plenty of parking. Fantastic Restaurant with exceptional staff. Clean and charming. David was an excellent front of house team member, super personality

We loved our stay and would definitely go back however there could be a few updates with the furniture in the courtyard.

Beautiful chateau with great restaurant in a delightful setting surrounded by vineyards. The room we had was enormous and Furniture style in keeping with the history of the chateau. Lovely swimming pool with more than enough loungers/umbrellas.

The breakfast is okay but nothing to write home about

We absolutely loved this chateaux. We spent a long time researching and it was exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived Fabrice made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfortable. We ended up eating in the restaurant both nights because the food was so good - if the weather allows it- it is a must to sit on the terrace! The pool was extremely welcome after a day cycling through the vineyards (a recommendation from the hotel and super easy to hire e-bikes). We were even allowed a very late check out! We will definitely be back! Thank you to you all.

Ein wunderschönes Chateau mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Weinverkostung war top. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolle Terrasse. Sehr zu empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder.

Etwas Gemüse zum Frühstück wäre schön. Ansonsten alles top!

Very calm and relaxing Chateau. Good with family. The quality of breakfast and food at the restaurant was good! Pool was an oasis for the afternoon over 38 degrees in Aug. Small wine tour was also interesting!

Colazione non all’altezza del prezzo, poca scelta anche se ben presentata. Costo troppo elevato (17€ a persona) e soprattutto a pagamento anche per un bambino di 4 anni (8€.)

Schönes Schloss inmitten von Weingärten, toller Parkplatz, schöner Pool. Abendessen war gut, wunderschönes Panorama von der Terrasse.

Service beim Abendessen war katastrophal. Erst wartet man 20 Minuten um die Bestellung aufzugeben (ging anderen Tischen auch so), dann weitere 20 Minuten bis die Getränke kommen. Und die beiden Kellner im Restaurant scheinen kein Wort Englisch zu sprechen (oder sprechen zu wollen).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'aspect château de l'hébergement. On est resté qu'une nuit sur place, malheureusement pas assez pour pouvoir tester la dégustation de vin. La piscine est vraiment jolie, la propriété très agréable.

Nous pensons que l'endroit a vraiment un bon rapport qualité prix. Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner. On aurait souhaité avoir des légumes. Potentiellement, un petit jet des plus copieux. Après d'après nous, pour le prix proposé, ça nous semble correct.

Lovely clean and simple room. Great breakfast and well.cooked seasonal menu at dinner. But what a stunning building with simple touches that make the stay easy and relaxing. Next door to fabulous wine cellar, Chateau Roques where we purchased excellent, good value wine to take home after a tasting.

Personnel très accueillant ! Chambres très bien équipée, bien adaptée pour une famille de 4 avec 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans avec un lit bébé mis à disposition. Espace piscine très agréable. Très bon restaurant, le personnel était aux petits soins et très attentionné vis à vis de nos enfants. Superbe visite de la cave avec le propriétaire des lieux.

This charming countryside hotel provides nice, air-conditioned rooms and convenient location to explore the Saint Emilion region. The staff is always friendly and gives great tips for visits. There’s also an opportunity to get acquainted with the chateau’s own production by visiting the caves or participating in degustation. They have recently added a new restaurant terrace with beautiful views.

The menu at the restaurant is very limited and perhaps not quite on par with what you would expect when it comes to the culinary experience. However, there are plenty of other dinner options available in the region.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était très jolie, avec une véritable ambiance de château, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. La literie était confortable et nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition d'eau et de café dans la chambre. La terrasse ombragée est également un vrai plus pour se détendre. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. Sur simple demande, nous avons même pu effectuer notre check-in à 12 h au lieu de 16 h, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable grâce au charme des lieux et à la gentillesse du personnel La prise du Petit déjeuner sur une terrasse incroyable !!

En revanche, la salle de bain est assez sommaire. Elle est équipée d'une baignoire, mais il n'est pas possible d'y fixer le pommeau de douche, ce qui rend la toilette peu pratique. De plus, seul un gel douche/shampoing 2-en-1 est fourni. Le petit déjeuné est à mon sens cher pour ce que nous avons pu y trouver.

Trevliga rum med gott om plats. Fin pool. Miljön kring slottet var fint och även de gemensamma utrymmens i slotten var trevliga. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga.

Frukosten var kanske i dyraste laget för vad man fick. Fick en seg oxfilé en av kvällarna.

The property is gorgeous. The pool was lovely and cold. The reception staff were absolutely delightful to deal with. It was great to have the EV charging here too.

I did not like staff at the bar, I found both the staff there to be very standoff-ish and they made us feel like we were in the way. At 10pm in the bar, they also turned off the air conditioning (in a heatwave). They close the pool at 8pm which is WAY too early, especially in a heatwave when we wanted to be able to swim for longer. At about 9pm they would not allow us to visit the back portion of the property to see how beautiful it was, saying 'we have locked the doors, you can't go'. I thought that was quite rude. On the other hand - the reception staff are very lovely. The A/C in the room was not cold enough.

Nous tenons à remercier Fabrice, qui a su nous rendre service en nous permettant d’arriver en début d’après-midi à l’hôtel et de profiter de la piscine avant l’heure prévue du check-in. De plus, à notre grande surprise, notre chambre était déjà prête à notre arrivée. Une attention très appréciée qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.Je remercie également Carole pour son accueil ainsi que Jérôme pour la restauration . La piscine, les espaces extérieurs et la nature environnante, le château.

Le château .son emplacement, ses beaux espaces, ses salles, l'accueil, la piscine..bref cela répondait à mes attentes sauf que. ...je n'avais pas réservé de table de restaurant autre qu'à l'hôtel tant les photos des plats etaient alléchantes. Quelle deception!

De l'entrée soit disant un millefeuille de poireaux, Au plat cramoisi et sec de la cuisse de canard ..ce fut une déception qui a terni le moment magique que j'attendais. C'est vraiment dommage pour un endroit de cet acabit.du coup le souvenir de ce beau lieu reste réduit a une assiette non travaillée et sèche au possible. Nous en avons relaté au serveur bien aimable ceci faisant et qui n'a pas ménagé ses efforts pour servir tout le monde avec la chaleur ambiante du moment et l'encadrement d'un jeune homme a faire en même temps . Voilà ! J'aurai préféré mettre un autre commentaire mais ceci est pour vous faire repenser la cuisine que vous offrez . Heureusement que nous avons consommé une bonne bouteille du château pour tenter de masquer notre deception. Nb: Pour la chambre , une petite machine de type Nespresso serait fort agréable. Et un plus non négligeable pour un hôtel de cette gamme

We loved the setting, the pool was fantastic especially given the heat wave! The antique furniture was beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff were all really helpful amd welcoming, Jerome gave us wine, ham and cheese when we arrived late in the evening. We loved the tour of the wine cellars and learning about the family history from the delightful and friendly guide. Fabrice was very helpful with all our enquiries and very welcoming. We would definitely love to visit again.

The bathroom was slightly dated but clean and in good condition. Some extras such as shampoo and a larger kettle in our room for coffee would have been ideal.

The chateaux is beautiful and staying there is an unforgettable experience. You can do vineyard tour and tasting session as well. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Bel hôtel dans cette ancienne bâtisse bien entretenue au milieux des vignes. Très bon restaurant

Impossible de dormir dans les chambres du rez de chaussée. La porte n'est pas du tout insonorisée (modèle bas de gamme de grande surface) et on entends tout le monde sortir et entrer. Même la lumière passe sous la porte. Cela ne correspond pas du tout au standing de l'hôtel. La piscine est désaffectée alors qu'elle apparaît toujours comme équipement de l'hôtel.

Nous n'avons pas pu visiter la cave et déguster le vin de la propriété ! Dommage de faire tant de kilomètres et de ne pas pouvoir découvrir le vignoble. La restauration de l'établissement a été faite avec des matériaux un peu trop neufs pour cette belle bâtisse....
