隔音頗差，且因旅館位於巷子內，常有吵雜聲 旅館本體位於巷子的舊式公寓裡，對於要晚回家的旅客會滿不方便的 但這種價格也只能接受了

以前住過館前店，還算滿意，該連鎖店網路發表資料兩晚3600暗藏衛浴在室外，老人家沒注意下訂，發現不可撤銷，經與客服聯繫結論要再訂豪華套房兩晚5200才能撤銷該原訂房。入住豪華套房才知道真是差勁的套房。連基本茶包都沒有….設備更是低價房的水準。

續住的第二晚剛好遇到大樓沒水使用，整晚沒水可以洗澡、上廁所、洗漱….已下班的員工雖有趕回來處理，但卻沒有任何應變措施，等到隔天一早只能自己退房後再去訂間休息房洗澡，事後有反應是否有補償方案，旅館表示願意退當日房價的一半，收到六百多的退款。

只能說真的是照‘騙’，環境相當噁心🤮 一進門就能感覺到空間非常潮濕，房內空間小。 潮濕到壁紙上都已經發霉，有些地方也有點掀起，廁所的磁磚縫隙也是，有提供浴缸但蠻噁心的，天花板很矮，男生應該撞到，馬桶水壓很小，一直散發出尿騷味。 若是出遊想找好好休息的地方，非常不推薦！！ 有事先說會提前寄放行李，請我們到了按對講機，在樓下按了很多次都沒有回應，打電話才叫我們按密碼進去⋯⋯⋯

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Really nice and convenient location!!! 4 minutes walk to MRT Zhongshan Elementary School Station, and near traditional market that turns into a food market in the evening 😋😍 at the same time, there is a small park right in front of hotel, which makes the area peaceful and tranquil. Bed is comfy and shower is hot and consistent!
The room walls had mold in some spots, which made the room feel less clean.

很明顯的，浴缸在裝修之初是擺錯的，導致沒有辦法很舒適的躺下泡澡，因為本人很注重放鬆，所以這邊在此說明 並且，蓮蓬頭的握把處裂開，裂開的金屬片很容易傷到其他人 而建議可以給各個房間一張打掃卡之類的東西，因為我3-4天的行程很難去遇到櫃檯，我只有一次是因為行程推遲才能請櫃檯幫我整理，但是 床沒有復歸，桌上的回收垃圾（太大沒有放進去垃圾桶，且一看就知道是餐後垃圾）沒有被整理，新的毛巾等沒有放在廁所，而是放在我剛提到的垃圾旁邊的桌上，我想應該是要我自己拿進衛浴室的 而馬桶是老式的馬桶，沖水力度不夠，所以會出現沖不乾淨的情況，要沖個兩次左右（有跟櫃台詢問但在此解釋並非我沒有長按，而是力度真的不夠）

结算的流程可能需要改进，以为自己已经付款了，其实只是金额冻结了。不是很明确
