Reviewed Oct 3, 2025It was comfortable enough, had all the amenities required, however the second bedroom had no aircon, but it had a door between bedroom 1 and two so you could keep it cool..
The house was overall clean and tidy, but a little run down. The doors were warped and hard to close, and for example the towel rack in the bathroom fell apart if you put anything on it. And the water heater in the bathroom didn't work.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024Spacious bedrooms and lots of extra beds. Second floor space for gathering. Full-sized refrigerator and kitchen utensils are available.
The bedrooms share an AC through a door in between so this door cannot be closed for privacy if you want AC on the other room. Shower water flow is slow. Tiny drippings. Cockroaches hanging around bathroom and kitchen area. The road going into the location is very rough and narrow. Roadside parking.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2024Very Close to the Barge going Davao City. It is close to the market where you can buy all you need and very accesible with public transportation called Umbak/trysikel/tuktuk. The road wasn’t developed that well yet,expect bumby road but over all its very convenient. its a must place to stay for a family of 8 adults like us! Thank you Hazel for a quick response every time i message you. We had a lovely and wonderful stay at your cozy place❤️

Reviewed Jul 19, 2024Spacious house with locking gate and walled,clean,shower has hot water,aircon and plenty of electric fans. Also has a washing machine and dryer. Tv has Netflix and YouTube as well as cable. The rooftop is nice and also spacious and comes with a grill and table,chairs and there’s also a hammock. The home is also not far from the inner city/market area and the ferry boats.
The main bed was a bit hard on my back,had slight back pain after waking up but it didn’t last long at all. The neighbors have some rather vicious looking dogs. You cannot walk past without dogs barking at you.

We had hardly no water as there was an issue that took place the night before. Making showering and using the toilet very difficult for 6 people. Also wifi was super slow and in the morning no access at all.
