Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Schöne Lage! Ca. 15 min zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Im Komplex gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen, Drogeriemarkt, Bäcker, Cafés, Eis und Apotheke. Das Personal sieht man zwar so gut wie nicht, es ist aber sehr gut über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Und ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass es in den Fluren immer sehr angenehm gerochen hat.
Für den verlangten Preis, war das Zimmer zu klein! Die Treppe zum Bett im "2. Stock" war super unbequem. Und wir haben bis zum Schluss keinen Fön und keinen Bügeleisen bekommen.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Prijs -kwaliteit verhouding was heel goed, het was heel schoon, geweldig bed/matras. Heerlijke verduisteringsgordijnen, Goede geluidsisolatie tegen geluid van buiten het gebouw. Mooi modern pand, super mooie verlichting en aankleding. Goede wifi. Vlak bij het strand en op dit moment nog , schuin achter het gebouw, gratis parkeren zowel overdag als avond/nacht. Koelkast, servies en bestek allemaal mooi, schoon en goed.
Comminicatie over de locatie alleen on-line cq via whatsapp. De menselijks touch ontbrak. Te veel appjes met info en vragen en (veel) formulieren invullen. Fotos van paspoorten sturen, van je visum etc etc Geen bemande receptie op vrijdag en zaterdag (de dagen dat wij er waren) inchecken via app, deur van de kamer openen elke keer via de app. Dat heeft niet mijn voorkeur. Het is iets te futuristisch wat mij betreft. Ik begrijp het concept, en de besparing op personeelskosten en misschien is dit de toekomst maar ik hoop dat het nog even duurt voordat dit de norm wordt. (Of ik word gewoon al te oud😀) In kamer 213 moeten ze nog even kijken naar de airco, als die niet aanstaat, blijft het water "gorgelen". Dat is irritant in de nacht. En de hal is heel mooi betegeld maar de kieren onder de kamerdeur naar de hal heeft een te grote opening onder de deur, heel fijn voor ventilatie maar door de tegels klinkt alles heel hol en hard in de nacht waardoor je er wakker van wordt. Ondanks de minpunten wegen de pluspunten vele malen zwaarder en zou ik het aanbevelen. We zijn al vele jaren te gast in hotels in Israel en dit verblijf komt echt in onze top 3.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026- The room was very lovely and comfortable with practical amenities. it looked exactly like the photos. - Check in and check out were very easy, even in the middle of the night, thanks to the digital access- no action was required from me. - The host \manager was very attentive, nice, responded quickly, and resolved issues promptly. She also offered a cleaning service. - I did not pay for the parking, and I could still find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.
- My room faced a busy street. The windows were double- glazed, but some noise still came through. Most of the time, though, it was very minor and bearable. - The room and its contents were overall clean and well maintained but not perfect: * There was a small stripe of mold "hidden" behind the sink. * The bathroom trash bin was broken, so I had to open it by hand instead of using a foot pedal. * The kettle in my room seemed faulty and raised a safety concern. After I reported it, it was replaced immediately with a working one, which I appreciated. However since the manager seemed to know about previous issues with the circuit breaker tripping in that area, I expected this to be checked earlier.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Tayo. Hoewel het geen klassiek hotel is, hebben we toch van alle services genoten die je bij een hotel zou hebben. De service van Roza was subliem: we kregen dagelijks een berichtje van haar om te horen of alles in orde was en werden bij elk verzoek onmiddelijk geholpen. Ook de locatie is top: je bent op wandelafstand van het strand, er is een busstop vlakbij, evenals een supermarkt, gezellige koffie/brunchbar en shoarma-zaak.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025מיקום המלון היה טוב ובסביבה של חנויות, וחניה חינם במרחק הליכה של 2 דק'. החדר מעוצב ומאובזר ברמה טובה. בסה"כ נתן לי מענה טוב לשהות של מספר ימים.
החדר לא היה נקי. היה אבק ושערות על הרצפה (וגם שיער על הסדין במיטה). האסלה של השירותים היא פשוט אסלה גרועה שצריך למשוך כל כך הרבה מים כדי שתנקז כמו שצריך. הפתיחה של הדלת נעשית רק דרך הטלפון , ואין אפשרות לבצע נעילה מתוך החדר (גורם לתחושת אי נוחות מבחינת ביטחון אישי). מכשיר אחד היה חסר לי מאוד בחדר - מגהץ.

The apartment has a perfect location, easy check-in at any time, spotless cleanliness, stylish comfort, and everything you could possibly need. Rosa, the manager, is incredibly attentive — she responds instantly to any request and even helped us a lot with a personal matter.
The view was of the opposite building; however, I noticed that rooms with a better view were noisier because a playground is located nearby.

Несколько маленькие размеры номера - нам 4-м было тесно. Но для семьи из двух-трех человек номер идеален.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025В отеле бесконтактное заселение, надо регистрироваться онлайн, после чего присылают код для входа. Это удобно, можно приехать в любое время, ни с кем не надо разговаривать. В номере есть все необходимое, включая мини-кухню, магазин где можно купить еду в двух шагах. При этом персонал всегда на связи по вотсап, если есть проблемы, с нами общалась администратор Роза, она быстро отвечала на вопросы. Есть подземная парковка в том же здании, ее надо заказывать заранее, от нее тоже присылают код. Wi-fi работает, но мог быть побыстрее
Надо учитывать, что уборка в номере не предусмотрена. Для нас это тоже неплохо, никто внезапно не приходит в неподходящее время, людей вообще почти не видно. Но для кого-то это может оказаться проблемой

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025recently stayed at Tayo Studios & Apartments in Bat Yam and was very impressed by its facility and overall experience. Modern and contemporary building. Rosa from the staff was absolutely phenomenal — she went above and beyond to make my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025בעצם זה מלון חדרים. מקבלים חדר , שולחים קוד בנייד לחדר ,לבניין , ולחניון. אין קבלה. היה לנו בעיה עם הקומקום, ולקח לנו זמן להבין איך יוצרים קשר עם משהו. אבל כשאיתרתי את רוזה או היתה גם בחורה מקסימה אחרת, עזרו לי ודאגו שאהיה מרוצה. בחדר היה מיקרו, קומקום, כמה צלחות וכוסות. כמה מגבות רחצה, סבון ושמפו. מיקום הבניין הדירות במיקום מעולה, קרוב לים. ברחוב מתחת לבניין מאפיה גדולה, אוכל והרבה חנויות. מרפסת גדולה ומיטה נוחה . הצוות כשפונים בכתב כמובן הכל בוואצאפ ורק בשעות מסויימות, עונה ועוזר מאוד . מתאים יותר לאנשים שמחפשים סגנון כזה. אין החלפת מגבות וזה לא נאמר בבוקינג. כשפניתי אליהם הביאו לי מגבות נוספות. ביקשתי יציאה מאוחרת יותר ואיפשרו לי .
סגנון ארוח זה לא ממש התאים לגילנו, ואין בבניין משהו שנותן שרות מידי. בערב אין שרות לקוחות בעברית, וזה לא עוזר. אציין שכשמאתרים אחד מאנשי החברה, הם עוזרים בשמחה. מומלץ להוסיף פיין לשיער, מגב, והחלפת מגבות.

לדעתי יש לוודא שיש במטבחון שקיות קפה תה או סוכר. זה היה ממש בצמצום

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025Everything. The facilities were amazing, very clean, very neat. But the best thing was the service. Haya who help us check in was extremely kind and nice, she made sure everything is to our satisfaction, she even checked with us a couple of time if we need anything and made sure everything is perfect. We really needed a place to park our car and she made everything possible to find us a free parking spot in their parking lot. I am sure I will be back when I need a place to stay in the center of israel.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024Haya was incredible.. She was attentive, polite, caring and gregarious. The cleaning staff were polite and thorough. My room was beautiful and wonderfully located. Sunsets were an absolute treat every single day.
Just a refill of coffee, but I could have asked.. It was wonderful. It was so new which is a plus.. I was just so impressed with the efficiency it was a wonderful stay from South Africa.

We received very kind, even amazing service from the “queen” Havva herself, periodically they asked about our well-being and if we needed anything, they treated us to a free room cleaning without asking and at the end when we said we would come back, Havva made sure that we will get a discount for the next time!!!. The place is very close to the city center, the hotel's surroundings have everything: restaurants, sea, nightlife and more. Just a pleasure
