The resort was clean and the food was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Mr Marawan from Guest Relations.

All was excellent, pool, restaurant, the sea, the staff was so helpful, the hotel's style

The king bed was some how small, the fridge doesn't close properly, the room telephone was not working most of the time but I didn't ask them to fix it and I am sure if I asked them to fix it they will do because they take all your comments as a priority as they care about all their guests whether they were foreigners or not, and the air conditioner sound was somehow loud.

We enjoyed our stay very much, thanks to the hotel team and the facilities. The service was top notch — the staff were helpful, friendly and quick with everything. The pools, beach and facilities were clean and a real pleasure to use. A special thank you to Mr. Marwan for his warm hospitality, professional attitude and fast follow-up on every request. Highly recommended!

The only thing we’d suggest is upgrading the WiFi — both coverage and speed — and refreshing a few of the facilities, as some are starting to feel a bit dated. We hope to see these improved on our next visit.

The Staff is super supportive they handle any request professionally and properly and they are so polite and welcoming.Special Thanks to Marwan the Guest Relation Manager for his support and follow up during our stay to make sure everything is on track. We also got a free upgrade on our room to a first row chalet direct on the pool and sea.the Food quality and taste was very good and the variety was acceptable.we had a wonderful vacation and will sure will be back soon InshAllah

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The mattress very bad

The beach is very nice, just steps away. The pools are well maintained and good quality. Staff is polite. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are comfortable. They really try and make it so everyone has a good time with all sorts of different activities every day.

The rooms show their age. They look like they haven’t been updated since the late 2000’s and it shows with the technology whether it is the phone in the room or the TV. Also, there is no WiFi in the rooms, so to get any sort of service you have walk all the way down to reception. Even though they state this, it still is a let down.

I liked the hospitality of the staff and the place overall, especially Marwan. Who ensured that all my requests were done. Also, we forget to take one of the bags and remember midway, and he ensured that it was found and kept with the reception until we took it back.

A Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and honestly, the whole family enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, very family-friendly, and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The kids especially had a great time with the football field, the animation team, and the beautiful sandy beach. There was always something for them to enjoy, so they definitely never got bored. The beach and the sea were also perfect for families. Our family room with a direct sea view was absolutely wonderful — comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and having parking available was also very convenient. The food was another highlight. Dinner had a very good variety of options, and breakfast was also very good. The service overall was excellent, but what really made our stay special was the amazing hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, cheerful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They genuinely made our stay easier, smoother, and much more enjoyable. A very special thank you to Mr. Marwan from Customer Relations, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would also like to sincerely thank the restaurant team, especially Mr. Sayed, Ismail, and Attia, as well as Mahmoud and the entire beach team, and Abdel Sattar from Housekeeping. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and extremely cooperative. With a team like this, I honestly think the hotel should give the entire staff a share of the profits, because they are definitely the reason guests like us will keep coming back again and again! 😄 We truly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely visit again. In fact, I believe this hotel will be our first choice whenever we visit the North Coast again. It honestly feels like this place is going to become our second home on the North Coast.

Dinner was really good, with a great variety of options. The only downside is that the price per person is a bit high, especially for families, so it may not be the most budget-friendly choice for a longer stay. And thanks again to Mr. Marwan for making the dinner arrangements so easy for us!

The Staff of the hotel was very friendly in every department from the great reception hospitality by Mr.Marawan the Guest Relation manager who made our check-in process a smooth one and kept following up with us on daily basis, to the Animation team with their great entertainement show and the nice staff of the main restaurant who were always there to provide and excellent service

- The room needs renovation and AC voice was kinda loud - lack of varities sometimes in the main Restaurant and also quality dropped a bit compared to how it used to be few years ago Rather than that everything else was excellent and alot of enhancement has been observed in the service and entertainment programs

My review will be a long honest and sincere one, so please read it fully: I loved the resort, from my entrance, I was received by Mr. Alaa who was very welcoming and made our stay as home. The reservation was very smooth, quick and our room was upgraded to a suite with premium sea review as a compliment which made our stay even better! Mr. Alaa was checking on us and our needs on daily basis and facilitating anything we want, I can’t thank you enough Mr. Alaa for making Borg el Arab my favorite resort. 🎊🎊🎊 For the Breakfast and dinner, I loved the food varieties served every day and I have to thank Mr. Attia and Mr. Elsayed the restaurant managers and their team for their hospitality and offering help whenever needed, their GoodMorning greetings with smile always made my day. ✨⭐️🌟✨ They planned a fascinating surprising birthday celebration to my mum which Was super lovely and here I have to cheer for the lovely chef of Pastry, Chef Sayed for the nice birthday cake which was made with love 💚 The entertainment activities with the animation team from the pool, sports, GYM was nice and the lovely parties done at night made us all engaged and entertained. Every single bit of the day was really fun, staying over the beach was calm & relaxing and because it’s spacious we never felt it crowded. The location is very close to Cairo, so you don’t have to drive a lot and it’s convenient from Alamein road.

The facilties need some maintenance. The restaurant service was not up to the expectations, to thr extent that paper cups abd other glasses were not sufficient to accomodate the number of guests during the meal time.

The friendly welcoming way of people, cooperative staff, cleanliness and the beach is wonderful. Special thanks for Mrs. Naglaa (deputy manager) as she has an intelligent customer handling skills and also Mrs. Lina (reception) who has warm and lovely welcoming, added Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Attia who were very helpful, supportive and very friendly for all my family members, plus Mr. Marwan who was very helpful in calling and fixing maintenance, even the maintenance team had a fast and pofessional support immediately.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The private beach was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean. A special thanks to the amazing animation team for their enthusiasm and fun activities throughout the day. They created a lively atmosphere while making everyone feel welcome without being intrusive. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, this resort offers a fantastic combination of comfort, great food, beautiful surroundings, and excellent entertainment. We highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back!

The resort offers a nice beach experience and variety of luxurious areas and sitting places with various activities around the pools. The room was nice and comfortable. They offer free park. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast food is very good. And special thanks to Marawan for his decent service and attitude. - High prices for Egyptians against value for even breakfast only. - Quality of drinks was not the best. - The beach staff was not very professional in some aspects in how they deal with each other and how they overwatch the guests. - We had to pay extra money as difference between US dollars and Egyptian pounds due to their system uncorrected formula, but they compensated us with some free drinks which were relatively expensive. - I do not recommend sea side rooms, they are renovated but they overlook on unfinished buildings. - Sea view rooms need some renovations and air conditioning sound was very high and disturbing - The Sea water was not clean and full of plant remnants which make swimming very bad experience and I don’t know this is changeable in seasons or controllable.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The sandy beach was beautiful and clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. I would especially like to thank Mr. Attia at the restaurant for his outstanding service, kindness, and warm hospitality. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

The only issue during my stay was the Wi-Fi connection. It was very weak and unreliable, and most of the time it wasn't working properly. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

It was very quiet when I arrived due to a refurbishment going on. However, the manager upgraded my room for free and allowed a late checkout to compensate.

Many thanks for the restaurant manager Mr. Attia and the assistant manager Mr. Ashraf for the great buffet ever day with wide varieties. We enjoyed the hotel Facilities including the pool and beach and the on fire DJ and the animation team and pool bar. We extended our stay and for sure will come back again next year.
