SATK INN Jaffna, Kokkuvil

Nice building, just away from the main road. Good breakfast. There is a very helpful and dedicated young man who seemingly does a lot of the work (cleaning, breakfast, etc).

One of the most expensive places I stayed in during my trip, but unfortunately not the best. The bathroom was very tired. Very slow internet, even when sitting next to the wireless router. 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card.

A clean and peaceful stay for a budget in the area.

We had the outer room on the ground floor, next to the entrance and the office, so it was a bit noisy.

Location is good. No

Good staff and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is very central, making it easy to get around Jaffna. Despite being in the city, it's a peaceful and quiet place to relax. The rooms are equipped with good air conditioning and nice showers. There are both ground and upper floor options available. Every morning, you can choose the type of breakfast you prefer, and the breakfast itself is tasty and fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I also had the chance to meet the owner we had some great conversations. You can really feel the passion behind this place, and it shows in the care and attention given to guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

We stayed there for more than a week and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Every morning coffee and breakfast was served on time. If we needed to go anywhere, vehicle services were arranged by manager and owner. Excellent hospitality.

The manager and the staff were really kind and helpful! The facility is modern and with everything we needed. Location is not far from one of the main roads, which makes it easily reachable. Yet, it is very quiet and calm. We recommend it.

Very clean accounting and kind staffs.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was omelette with toast and jam and was tasty.

Service, Facility & Location

A lovely budget accommodation. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Attentive service.

Go across the street to Fox for the dinner buffet it is yum!

Great facilities for a small hotel Staff are great and very helpful. Good standards in place all around and it is very clean

The breakfast was very authentic and there was a great variety to chose from, the taste was amazing. The receptionist, Gobi, and the manager, Thaya, were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and I noticed that it has been newly renovated.

The property is located close to all attractions and amenities so this was so convenient for us ….very clean and hygienic and the service was excellent .looks and feels exactly as what is described on the web site

Cleanliness , the breakfast was so good and the staff are so friendly cannot ask for more with the facilities

Delicious Sri Lankan Breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff are great and was very polite and helpful. The chef is also very nice and asks for the feed back of the food, which is excellent

All good

I already told you several times it was impossible to find the place. So may be this rating will provoke a reaction from your side ????

I did not like that it was impossible to find the place - for reasons I have already explained !!!!! So if a real person and not just AI reads this, I hopefully get an answer.
