Ett rums lägenhet med egen ingång, parkering

Нам вернули деньги за 5 дней. Сняв за 1 день. И за это спасибо огромное хозяйке. Приветлива. Шла на контакт. О ней ничего плохого не могу сказать. На счет чистоты не знаю. Мы не успели понять. Но кровати и прочее были.

Нужно понимать, выбирая эти апартаменты, что это переделанный гараж. Каждый выбирает для себя. Но нам не подошло. Достаточно прохладно, кухня как бы в подвале. Ну не знаю. Для нас было совсем дипресивно.

Bilderna gav ett ljusare intryck av boendet, men fanns en bra golvlampa i sovrummet, så det var bra. Belysningen överlag var väl sådär, men ändå helt okej. Vi fick vänta 20 min utanför boendet vid ankomst för att få koden, trots att jag angivit ankomsttid. Jag kunde inte få igång tvn, blev för avancerat för mig trots extra instruktion från värden. Den sk matplatsen i köket gick inte att sitta vid pga lågt bord och vanliga stolar. Väldigt liten bänkyta att laga mat på. Det saknades teskedar, annars fanns det viktigaste för 2 nätters vistelse. Lite för mycket 'dekoration', delvis för att dölja 'fulheter' och delvis för att inreda, jag föredrar mer åt det kala hållet i uthyrningsboenden. Ganska kallt i boendet, jag är glad att vi var här på sommaren. Fanns ett el-element i sovrummet, så det kan säkert värma lite under kallare perioder.

Det var smutsigt, luktade illa, spindlar, spindelnät, äckligt. Nycklarna lämnades sent på kvällen, fastän incheckning var kl 15. Ingen hemma bör man ringde på. Uselt helt enkelt. Boka inte detta boende.

Det var rätt väl städat. Duschen och toan var ok men det var iskallt. Det fanns en veranda i solen att sitta på för i köket var det väldigt trist och kallt.

Kallt i kök och dusch. Inget riktigt fönster. Det var för kallt att sitta i köket som låg en brant trappa ner utan ledstång. Sista steget var lurigt för en golvbrunn var dold av en matta. Ingen värme i källare och kök.

När jag hade checkat in så ringde värden och frågade om allt var till belåtenhet och meddelade att jag kunde ringa om det var något jag behövde, exempelvis påfyllning av kaffe. I duschen fanns påfyllda behållare med schampo, balsam och duschcreme. God doft på handtvålen. Nytvättade handdukar och lakan fanns på plats vid incheckning. Parkering direkt utanför lägenheten. Nära till stort köpcentrum och mataffär. Nära in till Örebro. Lugnt område med trevliga grannar.

Greit å finne. Fint med nøkkelboks. Trengte et sted i 7 timer for å sove. Det gikk bra.

Rart å finne et privat utleieobjekt på Booking.com. Usikker på om senga var ren. Slitent med ikke profft lagte ledninger. Antagelig brannfarlig. Kjøkken og bad var nede i kjelleren på garasjen og uten vinduer og med skjeve gulv og skjøteledninger. Hvor slitt det er fremkommer ikke på bildene.

Underbar skön säng. Bra att det fanns egen ingång med litet kök som man kan laga lättare mat. Väldig mysig lägenhet.

Tv utbudet. Netflix i all ära om man fick igång den. Lättare tillgång till eluttaget vid sängen.

Pour une seule nuit, ce logement pourra dépanner. Comme mentionné précédemment, il s'agit d'un garage et d'un sous-sol aménagés...La chambre est au RDC, cuisine et salle d'eau dans la cave... L'escalier pour y accéder penche et n'est pas régulier, attention. Il n'y a aucune fenêtre, pas de hotte et pas de VMC, la seule aération possible est de laisser la porte d'entrée ouverte. Donc évidemment, les odeurs de toutes sortes sont bien présentes...La bonde du lavabo était bouchée car pleine de cheveux et noire. Je ne sais pas comment est effectué le ménage du sol, car il est en grande partie recouvert de moquette et tapis. Pour terminer, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe et allergique. Ce logement n' est pas aux normes et le prix est bien abusif.

It was a charming compact cabin with great character. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Definitely a memorable discovery only a short way from the city centre. Very peaceful location.

The host was really nice and helpful, and the apartment was really cool! 😊 Upstairs it was pretty warm, but downstairs (where the kitchen and bathroom were) was a really cool air, so the temperatures complemented each other pretty well. The room was also really cozy and nice, would definitely recommend this place. It's not exactly close to the city centre, but there is a bus station like 2 minutes away from this place!

Very responsive host and very easy self check-in. Cozy and comfortable flat featuring a hot shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxing resting shelf — perfect for a peaceful sleep. The heater was very efficient even on the lowest setting. Uber from the airport was less than 20 EUR.

One questionable book on the shelf but nothing else!

I was a bit skeptical about this place after reading some of the reviews but we had a good experience. The location is very good. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment that we needed unlike one reviewer mentioned. The host was responsive and answered all my questions. The house smelled well and the bedroom was warm. The parking is good and right in front of the house. The toilet has both cold and hot water. There is indeed only one window in the bedroom as some reviewers mentioned, which is also partially covered but for us, it was a good thing because, during this time of the year, the sun sets late and rises early. The host was gracious enough to let us use their Netflix.

There seemed to be no ventilation in the kitchen, so we had to open the main door for the smoke to get out when we were cooking. It's a minor thing and only applicable if you use the kitchen.

Clean space, all necessary facilities, good value for the money. Nice and calm neighbours, some buses are available to go to the city's centre. Plus in 30 mins there's some shopping places.

Maybe I lost it in the disruption, but kitchen/bathroom is located in basement. And all the windows were blocked, so the door was the only source of air (people via chat apologized for that).

The host was very kind and swft in replying to any questions. Location was perfect.

Spacious

a bit run-down

Big traditional apartment with enough space to sleep and hang around. Clean shower and kitchen. Friendly hosts that prepared a nice little gift of sweets, and communicated fast. Comfortable beds with clean linen. Good location in a quiet part of town, not far from the highway. Easy check-in/check-out with keybox. The kitchen and shower are in the basement, but that doesn't detract from the visit. Great value for what you pay!

Not properly cleaned. Kitchen and toilet area accessible via a staircase and no ventilation from kitchen. As a converted garage to dwelling, there's a lot more to do...

It was a nice apartment with ground floor bedroom and basement kitchen and bathroom. Everything was nice and even cute candies provided to welcome the guests. Bed was nice and bedroom was equipped with smart TV. Basement kitchen was nice and clean, as was the bathroom.

Just to mention, the bedroom should have more darkening curtains as the sun rises really early on summer mornings in the Nordics. However, it didn't bother me much as I am used to it.
