Charming 1 bed Georgian Apartment in Kildare

The location was fabulous and the character of the building is very special.

The floors and surfaces throughout the property could have been cleaner.

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay in Timahoe. Helen has such a beautiful home, and the apartment gives a delightful little escape from the fast pace of the bigger cities. The bed is SO comfortable and the kitchen and living area is perfect for a solo traveller or couple.

If you're a nature person, this place is fabulous and quiet, surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants that are stunning to look at this time of year. Also, im sore from how much tennis we played, haha. Dogs loved the space. Had loads of amenities like coffee, tea, milk, and breakfast. I never used the fireplace but would be a lovely idea for the colder months.

Wifi goes off and on sometimes but nothing serious or head wrecking.

Lovely peaceful home, fire fabulous, lovely gardens and Sally(dog) found a tennis ball which she loved and was an added bonus without charge 😅

Nothing really but for such a relaxing place maybe a side table at the window end of sofa would be nice

Very cosy and clean apartment placed in lovely garden.We only stayed for 2 night,but we really enjoyed it.We will be back on summer as garden must be beautiful then.

The cottage is cozy and set on beautiful grounds. We had all the bits we needed for our stay.

The internet was spotty and while it was listed as a king bed, it was not.

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts und wenn doch etwas fehlen sollte oder ein Sonderwunsch besteht, ist Helen sehr hilfsbereit! Helen ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Such a beautiful peaceful stay in a lovely light filled place, a wonderful atmosphere and great facilities, yummy bread , staples & wine provided so relaxing with gorgeous decor throughout, and cosy couch to read on with my dog sleeping beside me Also the garden is very beautiful ... we loved our few days here, Helen, you were so welcoming, too.. Thank you!

The host was very pleasant and responsive . The apartment was extremely clean, very well furnished, in excellent condition. The host provided us with quite a few food items that were perfect in the morning (loved the bread!!!). Loved the quietness.

This attached apartment was amazing! Helen was sure to give us a short history of the place and the gardens were GORGEOUS! Rolo was also a very enthusiastic host and we will miss his visits!

The property is amazing very comfortable with lots of little extras including supplies for when I arrived. Robe and slippers - area where it is located was beautiful very clean. Highly recommend.

Wish I could stay longer

We loved the welcoming touches like beautiful flowers nice wine and food in the fringe for the hungry Totally Dog Friendly which is important to all that need to know.

NOT Much we didn't like but shower was on weaker side but more than adequate.

Charming it is! A lovely comfortable apartment, well equipped and Helen is a very accommodating, helpful and responsive host. I would highly recommend the apartment.

Loved the location, the charm and details in the decor, the cosy log burner, flower arrangement, bookshelves stacked, it felt like a homely country cottage, very quaint, a beautiful place to stay. Helen was very nice and the extras that were provided were lovely to receive, wine, chocolates, housecoats, slippers, eggs bread and milk, a lovely reception, and greatly appreciated. We'd love to return!
