Reviewed Sep 21, 2025Our stay was ok. Nearly all staff could converse in English. We were surprised by the following - needing to pay 1000won for toothbrush w/ toothpaste, single ply toilet paper, wooden blinds installed outside the toilet window looking into the room which cannot be controlled by the person in the toilet. Lights leakage from toilet disturbs people sleeping next to the blinds and the thunderous toilet (think airplane toilet) which auto flushes after each use so it will probably wake up the entire world at night.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Overall the property is very nice and well-kept. Our room, while on the small side, had a stunning view of the water and was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Few speak English so communicating was tough. The breakfast buffet was very nice-plenty of options. I had 2 issues. First the check-in process was bizarre. I travel all over the world and never encountered this process. We arrived at 2:30 and were told check-in wasn’t until 3 pm. No problem. We left our bags and went to walk around the property. As we walked into the property staff ran after us and said no, we had to wait in the lobby until we were checked in. We said okay. They handed us a number and said we were number 21 and it would be about 90 minutes to 2 hours before they got to us. I asked if we could go to the pool in the meantime and they said no. At this point we had been traveling for 12 hours, were very tired and wanted to relax. I asked the registration associate if I was understanding correctly that we had to sit for 2 hours in the small lobby and wait to be called even though no staff were checking anyone in- he said yes. I then said I had clearly made a booking mistake and I was going to find another hotel. At that point they checked me in. I felt very guilty but relieved. Second issue-no service at pool, just a walk-up snack shop with limited options and 2 wine choices. Also no concierge.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025새로 생겼다고 해서 기대했는데 좀 실망이네요. 우선 침구에서 냄새 납니다. 교체 해 준 침구에서도 냄새가 나는거 보면 대체적으로 침구 세탁에 문제가 있는것 같습니다. 그 외 객실 상태는 나쁘지 않으나 어메니티에 면도기 없으니 참고 하세요. 수영장은 사진에 비해 작습니다. 모든 풀의 깊이가 얕아 어린이 동반 가족 여행이 주 타겟층인것 같으니 커플여행이나 친구와의 여행이면 비추합니다.

Reviewed Jul 11, 20257살 어린이랑 제주여행 첫 날 묵었는데 신라는 신라네요. 편의시설 잘 돼있고, 수영장도 야외뿐이긴하지만.. 큼직하니 넘 좋아요! 유아용풀은 작은 미끄럼틀도있어서 애가 잘 놀았어요! 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 레스토랑 음식도 맛있었어요^^ 헬스장도 깨끗하고 런닝머신이랑 덤벨 있어서 간단하게 운덩하기좋았어요~! 아이가 또 오자고 하네요!

Reviewed May 20, 2025Really love the property! The room was amazing and the staff were kind. Only issue I had is its location is so far from any of the beaches even with the ocean view and path - so if your not driving you definitely have to take a bus (15-20mins wait for my experience) or you rack up taxi rides just to get into the city even with how much cheaper they are then in Seoul. Also was still undergoing construction in some spots when I went so there was a weird noise starting at 8am. Food was incredible but very busy wait times for the buffet if you don’t go in the opening like I did. Pools are lovely and the hotel is extremely accommodating to children and family’s with adult only options as well. Would definitely come back again with family.

Reviewed May 14, 2025Stayed for four nights. Room was spacious. However, did not live upto the price point. AC was not working at all, complained multiple times to the staff, technician was called to look at, within a minute of checking the AC, said that "This is and island and AC's temps cannot not be maintained well". I was not satisfied by this answer, asked to switch rooms but staff declined. I booked a Premier Room with Ocean View. Not worth it at all. My friends who had regular room, still had ocean view and their AC was working well. Overall, my four nights was not satisfactory at all.

Reviewed May 8, 2025공항 가깝고 수영장 괜찮고 바로 앞에 편의점 있어서 편리함. 걸어나갈 거리에 식당은 마땅한 곳이 없고 가장 가까운 이호테우 해변도 차로 가야하는 거리인데 그에 비해 주차자리가 약간 부족한듯. 호텔 앞이 바다이긴 하나 물놀이나 모래놀이는 불가능한 돌무더기(?) 해변임. 그래도 뷰는 좋고 계단이 있어서 내려가서 소라게 구경은 할 수 있음. 조식 5성급과 비교하는게 아닌 가격 2만원대인거 고려하면 쌀국수, 에그스테이션, 딤섬, 한식, 양식, 4종류 식사빵, 디져트, 과일, 커피(커피 원두 맛있음) 다 있으니 훌륭한 편

Reviewed Feb 20, 2025호텔 사진만보고 신라스테이가 드디어 가족여행을 고려해주는줄 알고 착각했네요. 실수로 아이동반 가족여행으로 선택하게 되었는데 3인 이상 가족이 쓰기에는 너무 불편했어요 가구가 의자 두개랑 동그란 테이블 하나 밖에 없어서 의자랑 테이블에 가방 올려 놓으면 앉을 곧이 침대 밖에 없구요, 핸드폰/테블릿 충전이랑 회장품 파우치 놓을 곳이 마땅치 않아 캐리어 위의 올려 두고 쓰느라 너무 불편했어요... ;; 책상까지는 공간이 좁아 힘들것 같고 TV 아래에 벽에 고정하는 선반 같은거라도 하나 있었으면 좋았겠네요 역시 신라스테이는 어디에 있던 비즈니스 호텔 성격이 강하네요.. 그런데 어울리지 않게 온수풀이 있어 좋긴했는데...락커에서 온수풀까지 동선을 왜그렇게 빙빙 돌아가게 만들었는지 모르겠어요..특히 어린이 풀에서 락커까지 오는길은 더 빙빙 돌아 와야 해서 30미터도 더 되는것 같아요 물놀이끝나고 젖은몸으로 돌아오는 동안 얼어 죽는줄 알았네요..

Reviewed Jan 22, 2025아침 비행이라 공항 근처 호텔 중에 선택헀는데 정말 탁월한 선택이었어요. 신축이라 일단 무척 깔끔합니다. 그리고 내외부 인테리어가 너무 예뻐요. 환할때도 멋있고 밤이 되면 그 나름으로 멋집니다. 비지니스 호텔일거 같은데도 넓은 수영장 운영하고 있어서( 겨울에도 운영함) 더 좋았답니다. 추운 날씨덕에 사람이 많지 않으니 더 좋았구요. 그리고 조식은 꼭 신청하세요. 퀄러티에 비해 가격이 상태적으로 저렴한 편입니다. 쌀국수와 오믈렛, 스테이크 등 즉석에서 요리도 해주시는데 조식가에 비해 넘 고품질일구요. 제주시내에도 관광거리가 많기 때문에 제주 시내관광 또는 공항 이용에도 위치가 너무 좋으니 가족 여행때 가시는거 추천드립니다.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2024호텔은 신라스테이 답게 청결하고 깔끔했습니다. 흔히 비즈니스 호텔 보다는 휴양시설 이라는 생각이 들었고요. 숙박시설로서는 만족했습니다. 다만 겨울철 야외수영장이 조금 아쉬운점이 있습니다. 야외 수영후 쉬는 시간 자쿠지 아니면 몸을 녹일 때가 없고요 슬리퍼 필히 지참하고 가세요. 맨발로 다녀야 하는데 발 얼기 딱 좋습니다. 저는 둘째 아이 키가 130이하라 의무적으로 구명조끼 착용은 이해하지만 자쿠지 안에서 까지 하고 있으라고 하니 아이가 많이 불편해하네요. 물도 얕고 보호자와 같이 있는데도 불구하고요. 그리고 야외수영장 화장실도 좀 떨어져 있어서 접근성이 아쉽고요. 화장실 바닥 미끄럼 조심하세요. 젖은 맨 바닥타일 넘어지기 쉽상입니다. 야외 사우나 시설이나 기본적인 히터라도 하나 있으면 참 좋겠다는 생각이 듭니다.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2024신라 스테이에서 새롭게 open을 하였다고 해서 많은 기대를 가지고 방문을 하였습니다. 새로 open한 호텔이라 room의 조건이나 여러 가지 환경들이 깨끗하고 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 저희가 투숙한 스위트 객실이 밖에서 너무 방의 내부가 잘 보이는 단점이 있어 투숙하는 기간 동안 신경을 많이 쓰다 보니 방의 깨끗함의 장점을 상실하게 된 것 같습니다. 다음에 다시 방문을 하고 싶지는 않을 것 같습니다.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2024A nice place for sure. Love the design. Could use better pool hour's. Didnt like the restrictions on pool access and splitting up times. Also it closed way to early. After a day exploreing the island id like to relax late at the pool but it closed at 10pm. Also the fitness room needs to be open 24hrs. Im on vacation, not living on a normal schedule. Would to like to access the fitness center any time of the night. Everything closes to early.
