Très jolie maison super équipée .Belle espace de bien. Tout est propre. A refaire

-De grote ruimtes -Deuren openen van slaapkamer naar terras -De tuin, zonnig, mooie comfortabele picknicktafel met parasol, wasrek -Parking voor de deur -Tuin toegang tot oprit -Was kraaknet, goed onderhouden -Alles was aanwezig

Ligstoelen in de tuin gingen fijn geweest zijn. Voor de rest was alles aanwezig en voorzien.

Nagelnieuw met alle denkbare faciliteiten,heel goede airco,parking bij de gite,wifi en tv distributie ,heel vriendelijke uitbaters

Het huis is heel mooi met een grote living, keuken en badkamer met zelfs een wasmachine en droogkast. 2 mooie kamers met airco. Mooi terras om buiten te eten met omheinde tuin voor hondje. Ligging op 2 km van veel winkels en op 15 min van Lac de l'eau d'heure en 30 min van Dinant.

Gladde douche die vlot kan opgelost worden. Kussens bed zijn wat dun. Misschien extra kussens voorzien.

Het huis was fantastisch. Goede bedden, schoon, alles aanwezig. Keuken helemaal top. Heel rustig en privé. We hebben genoten. Wasmachine en droogtrommel wat heel handig is.

Alles was gewoon goed. Een strijkbout zou handig zijn, maar zonder dat nog altijd perfect.

Jolie maison, très bien équipée, bel espace de vie, au calme, parking devant la maison, très appréciable.

Petit bémol, la maison n'était pas préchauffée pour notre arrivée, nous avons eu froid en attendant que les pièces atteignent les 20 degrés.

Huis was mooier in het echt dan op foto's. Zeer netjes allemaal. Keuken was meer dan voldoende uitgerust. Gezellig ingerichte slaapkamers. Goed omheinde tuin voor onze hond.

Mooie inrichting, comfortabel, gezellig, ruim! Veel voorzieningen!

Traag kookvuur... maar dan duurt het aperitief toch gewoon wat langer🤷

Het comfort in het huis

Er zou iemand op de locatie zijn, dit was niet zo. De code van de kluis op voorhand krijgen, had handiger geweest zodat dit duidelijk was van in het begin.

Prachtig huis, schoon met alle voorzieningen en mooi ingericht

Het was een prima huis, het lag wel in een heel rustig afgelegen plaatsje dus daar moet je wel voor kiezen als je het boekt. Mooi natuur, je kan er mooi wandelen of fietsen.

Zoals alle Verhuur woningen konden de kussens beter. De rest was allemaal goed in orde.

Fantastic property in quiet village just minutes from a town that has everything for a peaceful holiday. High quality finishes everywhere. Would live to live here full time!

A very spacious, clean and beautiful decorated house with nice garden and terrace. Every room is airconditioned, the kitchen is well equipped and there is even a washer/dryer available. Instructions by the owner are detailed and they are available through WhatsApp if you should have questions during your stay. Samart is very small but Philippeville is only 2km away and provides everything you need. (Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ...) Our 2 dogs were welcome when respecting the house rules (not allowed on beds/couches or the provided blankets, clean up deposits in the garden,... very logical and simple rules for responsible dog owners) We warmly recommend staying here!

The place is super modern, comfortable, spacious and brightly lit. There is a lovely terrace and the area is quiet. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Walloonia.

The house is spacious and very clean. Lot of kitchen equipments for cooking. Easy communication with the owner. Super markets are nearby as well (<3km)

Liked everything, just as an improvement would be nice to have some kitchen tissues, dish washing liquid and shower gel. Also, we visited in summer so there were a few mosquitoes which was some trouble at night.

A large house with air conditioning in every room of the house, a fully equipped kitchen - it seems that the owner has thought of everything for the comfort of the guests, a good location - in the heart of the village and close to the supermarket.
