Très bon séjour ! Accueil très chaleureux et hôtes vraiment gentils. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et dispose d’une superbe terrasse vue sur mer. Le quartier est calme et l’emplacement est pratique, pas loin du ferry. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento. Todo estaba muy cuidado, cada detalle era bello. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca del puerto, con espacio para aparcar tu coche de alquiler y con una playa pequeñita a tu disposición nada más abrir la puerta de tu apartamento. La dueña es un encanto y te facilita lo que necesites. Tienes acceso a todos los puntos de la isla desde allí.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Unterkunft wirklich wunderbar. Es war alles sehr sauber und größer als gedacht. Das Bad war wirklich ein Highlight und das Essen was wir bekommen haben war wirklich lecker.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem kleinen Strand, auf den man vom Balkon einen tollen und beruhigenden Blick hat. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist blitzblank sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Man bekommt sogar kostenlos Trinkwasser dazu. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützt, wo sie nur kann. Sie bucht den Zugang zum Strand Georgette und sie kocht auf Wunsch auch ein schmackhaftes kreolisches Abendessen. Es war sehr schön. Danke, liebe Marie-Annette!

The room fully met our expectations. On the terrace, the sound of the sea put us in a state of complete relaxation, and the dinner prepared by the owner was a true feast. The hosts were wonderful and really helpful.

It was very clean, had everything we needed. Nice balcony area to relax and listen to the waves, bathroom was great! The host was very helpful, made some reservations for us when we needed it, helped us with the rental car and gave us good tips. Even did a load of laundry for us! 10/10

Gazdarica je izuzetno ljubazna osoba. Dočekala nas je, sprovela kroz smještaj. Za dobrodošlicu nam je napravila sok od kokosa i ukusne delicije od banane. Apartman je u potpunosti opremljen, na mirnoj lokaciji, ima besplatn parking i autobusko stajalište odmah ispred smještaja.

Accueil fabuleux : petits gâteaux, limonade, serviettes glacées pour se rafraîchir. Marie est tout le temps à l'écoute de ses clients. Nous avons été surclassé car la clim dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. Elle a même pris du temps pour me faire un thé maison pour calmer mon angine. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour avec une très jolie vue de la terrasse immense. Tout est de bon goût, propre et accueillant.

Everythings is good

The hostess is very friendly and give me warmly welcome with drink and cookies. The room is big and with everything you needed. The location is perfect, bus stop just is outside of the door. The view of the room is face to the sea and small beach. The Valley du May and Anse Lazio beach is not far from guest house by bus. The ferry terminal is also closed the guest house.

A perfect stay with the most wonderful host — 10/10 Our stay at Le Port Guest House was absolutely unforgettable. From the very first moment, Marie made us feel truly welcome — not like ordinary guests, but almost like family. She greeted us with delicious homemade pastries and refreshing lemonade, which was such a warm and beautiful gesture after our journey. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and cleaned every day with great care. We also had free drinking water provided throughout our entire stay, which we really appreciated. Everything was prepared with attention to detail, and you could feel that Marie genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have the best possible time in Praslin. The location is excellent: very close to the port, with a bus stop right nearby and a well-stocked grocery shop just a short walk away. It made exploring the island very easy and convenient. On top of that, we had a beautiful view of the bay, which made every morning and evening feel special. Marie was always kind, helpful and ready to share valuable tips about the island — where to go, what to see and how to enjoy Praslin in the best way. Her hospitality, warmth and kindness made our stay even more memorable. Le Port Guest House is not just a place to sleep — it is a place with heart. Modern style, comfortable room, nice balcony with good view, kitchenette for simple cooking and washing. Bathroom was large, and parking is provided on-site.

Quite a few ants around (which didn’t bother us but may bother others), no shower soaps provided (shampoo and shower gel), and a little overpriced for what you actually get.

We had an exceptional stay with Marie. She is a remarkable host, incredibly kind and highly professional. As French guests who appreciate quality and good living, we were especially touched by her warm welcome and attention to detail. She introduced us to the true Creole way of life with authenticity, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The apartments are very beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained. Housekeeping during the stay is impeccable, ensuring constant comfort. Meals are available at an extra cost, but you absolutely must try them: an excellent table with delicious and generous dishes that are truly part of the experience. A bus stop is conveniently located just in front of the guesthouse, making it easy to get around with a little patience — it is best to check the bus schedules on the app. A big thank you to Marie — we highly recommend this place.

The location is not very far from ferry port (about 20min by walk). The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The bus stop is just in front of the guest house.

The bedroom of room on front floor has window just to porch so it was more complicated to have fresh air there. The water was dropping from air condition in it.

Marie hat mich super freundlich emfpangen! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, es ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, von wo aus man überall hin kommt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Ich hatte einen Blick auf den Strand und die Marina. Wasser stand kostenfrei zur Verfügung und auch ein kostenloser Wäscheservice wurde mir angeboten. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage war toll, die Gastgeberin super freundlich und die Ausstattung war sehr modern!

Marie-Annette our host was a really sharp, switched on business woman who has created a place to be very proud of. Her guest house was immaculately clean very very well equipped and the only place we stayed at that supplied unlimited mineral water (Another of her businesses). She also runs a ladies clothes shop operated from the same property. When you arrive simply press one of two door bells at the front of the property and she will welcome you with a fresh chilled face flannel some cake and a home made soft drink. What more could you want. The hostess with the mostest.

Just be aware that the property is around a 15 min walk from the new ferry terminal or a 5 min local bus ride. The bus stop is right outside the property as is a small but very well stocked food store.

Wir haben uns beim Betreten der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Bad ist toll und hat eine große Dusche. Die Küche hat alles grundlegende, was man braucht. Das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon hat uns ebenfalls besonders gut gefallen, weil man direkt auf einen kleinen Strand schaut an einem kleinen Hafen. Trotzdem fühlte es sich immer privat an. Maria und Michelle sind beide super lieb und konnten uns viele Tipps geben. Die Reservierung für den Anse Georgette (klare Empfehlung) haben sie auch für uns gemacht. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt :)

Wir konnten nicht mit Kreditkarte zahlen.

Tolles Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und stets bemüht und zuvorkommend. Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert und sie hat am nächsten Tag direkt eine neue gekauft. Am letzten Abend hat sie für uns ein drei Gänge Menü (25€pro Person) gekocht, das war wirklich lecker.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, in der Nähe gibt es keine Restaurants lediglich ein takeaway. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber und die Busse fahren sehr pünktlich, allerdings nur bis 19uhr. Demnach wäre ein Mietwagen sicherlich von Vorteil. Auch einen direkten strand gab es nicht, der Weg dorthin wäre stark bergauf/bergab gewesen weshalb wir uns für den Bus entschieden hatten.

Great location, near Praslin ferry port. There is a shop right across the road. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The host is incredibly polite and attentive. Upon our arrival, she welcomed us with delicious homemade pastries, which was a lovely touch. Also, on one of the evenings, she prepared a fantastic dinner of local cuisine for us. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including drinking water. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness: the place is cleaned every single day, which is a rare and highly appreciated service for apartments. The only minor point to note is that the washing machine is not located inside the room; you need to ask the host to use it. However, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

- Na pierwszym miejscu Właścicielka pensjonatu - cudowna kobieta. Podczas pobytu na Seszelach tylko w tym jednym apartamencie wszystko nam sie podobało (a mieszkalismy w 4), włącznie z Właścicielka, ktora okazała się najmilsza osoba jaka poznaliśmy na Seszelach ;) - Pokoje bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie - Zostaliśmy przywitanie domowej roboty ciasteczkami i lemoniada, - Lokalizacja idealna pod względem komunikacji, ponieważ większość autobusów przejeżdża obok tego apartamentu, - Łazienka nowoczesna i duża, - Sklep spożywczy na przeciwko. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy na Seszele z chęcią zatrzymamy się tam ponownie :D

Além de super confortável, o quarto é muito novo, com cama e banheiro ótimos e uma varanda muito agradável para fazer refeições. Embora não tenha utilizado, também possui uma cozinha equipada, e foi fornecida água durante nossa estadia. As anfitriãs foram a melhor parte: além de terem me ajudado com o agendamento de passeios, me auxiliaram com taxis quando necessário e sugeriram restaurantes. Também nos receberam de forma muito simpática e com pequenos mimos. O hotel é super bem localizado - é possível ir a pé do porto até o hotel, mas não recomendo fazer isso com malas! Um taxi para esse trajeto custa de 100 a 200 rúpias. Sugiro falar com a anfitriã caso precise de ajuda com esse ponto. Além disso, o hotel fica acima de uma lojinha muito boa e conveniente (com souvenirs, protetor solar etc.), e do outro lado da rua de um mercadinho que foi útil para compras pontuais. Recomendo, também, solicitar refeições junto às anfitriãs, caso possível - o peixe defumado estava uma delícia!

Notre séjour au Port Guest House a été inoubliable, en grande partie grâce à Marie-Annette, une véritable personnalité ! Elle nous a accueillis avec une chaleur exceptionnelle, toujours disponible pour donner des conseils avisés sur les visites et excursions à faire sur l’île. Elle s’est occupée de tout : organisation des transferts en taxi, location de voiture, réservations… ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances sans stress. C’est aussi une excellente cuisinière : ses plats maison étaient un vrai régal. En plus, elle tient un petit magasin de vêtements et souvenirs juste à l’entrée du Guest House, avec de nombreuses créations faites main par elle-même – parfait pour rapporter un souvenir unique. Cerise sur le gâteau : elle nous a offert un petit cadeau lors de notre départ, un geste touchant qui reflète bien son hospitalité et sa générosité. Nous recommandons vivement le Port Guest House pour son emplacement pratique, la propreté des chambres, mais surtout pour l’accueil hors du commun de Marie-Annette.

Établissement très moderne, super propre et bien très bien équipé Avec une hôtesse aux petits soins qui propose aussi des plats créoles nous avons pris chez elle et c’était excellent. Elle possède également une petite boutique de souvenirs juste en dessous où elle a offert aussi un petit souvenir avec le parking et bien sûr une belle vue sur la mer.

Apartamento súper nuevo y cómodo! Tenía de todo, y encima una terracita con vistas al mar! Parada de autobús justo en el puerta, con el que nos movimos fácilmente a todos los sitios de la isla! La chica que lo gestiona encantadora, nos ayudó mucho a organizar nuestra estancia en Praslin!

Pensábamos que estaba al lado del aeropuerto del ferry y no 🥲, pero son solo 20 minutos andando

Verten, Marie Annette var fenomenal. Hun hjalp med alt fra tips til klesvask og vartet oss opp fra vi kom til vi dro. Hadde til og med bakt hjemmelaget kaker til velkomst som smakte fenomenalt. Standarden på rommet var også veldig bra - badet hadde Skandinavia stil og alt var veldig rent. Mye høyere standard enn på de 4 andre overnattingsstedene vi besøkte på Seychellene.

Ingenting, men ville anbefalt å leie bil.

I enjoyed this place so much. The house interior is very nicely designed, modern. Details tell everything — the fresh flowers, welcome juice, cool tower, making you feel a lovely 5-star hostel hospitality. Marie Annett and Morris are so friendly and helpful. I was meeting some difficulties and frustrated, they were so kindly helping me solve the problem. We shared stories. All these made my time here so meaningful and special. Highly recommend you to experience the stay here!

Very convenient location close to the bus stop in the small port. Nice window view to the tiny beach - you can observe crabs, listen to the birds and the sound of waves. Appartments is stylish and well equiped. The owner is takich super CARE of the guests and is a great cook. The bed is good for those who like hard mattress.

Our Host Mme Marie Annette was beyond perfect. Just like a 2nd Mum full of homely and helpful advice and nothing, absolutely nothing compares to her home cooked Creole dinners. A must try. Absolutely nothing negative to say. It was a perfect stay.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. The place was modern, very spacious, and impeccably clean, with a huge balcony perfect for relaxing. Our host, Marie-Annette, was incredibly helpful and even cooked an amazing meal for us one evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable place, cute view to the bay. Looks recently refurnished. We were very well welcomed with treats, which was super cute!

Main problem was the payment. We messaged 1 week before asking if they accepted card and the property confirmed. Only after getting there they told us they had a problem with the card machine, which was very bad for because we had limited physical money and couldn’t withdraw at the Seychelles. This was a bit stressful After that, they also didn’t help with storing the luggages even after asking, which all friendly hotels have helped us. We had a ferry only in the afternoon and had to carry everything in the car and keep them in the sun

The welcoming was 5 stars experience - cold towels, refreshing drinks, home made cookies, the decoration with flowers - amazing! They offer dinner which is was delicious for fish lovers.

It is close to the road and it might be a bit noisy from time to time.

What an awesome stay I had here. Marie the host is absolutely lovely and made me feel so, so welcome and at home. I was traveling solo and really appreciated all the little efforts to make my stay so nice. The room itself was immaculate with a beautiful, peaceful view, spacious balcony right on the water. It’s near to a nice nature reserve and the harbour from which I walked from to the accommodation in about 20 mins. She was so helpful with everything and assisted with car rental and recommendations. The air con works really well and to top it off there is option for dinner. She is a fantastic cook and I chose to stay in more than once for Marie’s home cooked food instead of going out as it was that good 😆 I don’t usually like to go back to the same places because I always like to experience new but I will definitely book here again if I come back to Seychelles. It is a good base for exploring the island, being so close to the harbour and with a bus stop right across the road. There is also a grocery store right over the road as well - very convenient. Highly recommend.

Honestly, me and my wife, we were absolutely amazed! We expected nice accomodation, but this was the top of our honeymoon. Room is pretty bright and clean. Michelle and her family are the best hosts ever. We have got amazing welcome after long journey from Mahé. Also we can totally recommend homemade traditional dinner. We will remember forever!

The apartment is renovated and spacious. It has a nice balcony, small kitchen and a big bathroom. Everything you need for a comfortable stay at Praslin. The cleaning was done everyday, except of Sundays. The location of the apartment is also good, it is only around 5 min drive from the port. Marie was the nicest host! She welcomed us with the fresh made drinks and her delicious homemade sweets. She was extremely helpful with all our questions and requests! Many thanks to her! If we come to Praslin again we would definitely stay here.

Everything was great

The rooms are amazing. I think it's the best looking property in Praslin and the pictures completely show the beauty of it. The owner Mary is an angel. She made awesome food 25€/person and her welcome cookies are heaven. Everyone did their best with enthusiasm to make us feel great. The room was clean every day. I'd choose this property without a thought if I will return.

The vehicles on the road are tiny bit noisy but they are occasional only.

New apartment units that are functional and comfortable. WiFi was fast and stable. Apartment was super clean with a relaxing patio in the back overlooking a small local beach. Bed was comfortable. AC unit was strong and cold. Complimentary Netflix. We did not cook big meals, only breakfast but the kitchen was properly stocked with utensils, plates, pans, and pots. You do need to bring your own seasonings. Location was close to the ferry port but far enough from the hectic center so very quiet. Most importantly, Marie and Michelle are an excellent team to welcome guests and ensure that their stay is enjoyable and relaxing. Many Thanks Marie and Michelle! 😁😘😘😘

Marie Ann - the host - we have never met so kind and hospitable person. SHe welcomed us with cold towels and home made drinks and bites - which was quite refreshing . The following days we tried her fantastic cooking skills and she had many interesting stories to share about the Seychelles. She treats hers guests like family and sincerely wants everyone to have a fantastic stay in there. It was the best place to stay in the Seychelles and we would definetely visit again (when Marie Ann and her husband open the food kiosk/restaurant :) Thank you for everything Marie Ann! About the place: The location is 20min walk from the CatCocos -there is parking and there are shops around. The flat is just above the water which gives amazing experience to have your cofffee on the balcony. The flat is brand new everything renovated, great huge bathroom, kitchen has everything needed including coffee machine and drinking water provided by the host (which saves you carrying tons of water) There is huge smart TV connected to apps - so you can enjoy netflix or connnect to your laptop to the TV>

we really can't think of anything that can be improved . may be the only improvement we would be happy to see is to open food kiosk - where guests can enjoy Marie Ann fantastic meals and drinks.

Our room was beautifully prepared with lots of flowers, obviously it was perfectly clean. The kitchen was small, but well equipped, and the room was really modern and the nicely furnished. The large balcony was perfect for some relax after a long day. Marie Annette was the best host we ever met. She welcomed us with some nice cold drinks and delicious homemade delicacy on a hot day we arrived. Communication was really easy and quick and she made sure we feel ourselfes comfortable here. She also offered us optional dinner what we did not wanted to miss after tasting the welcome nougat's and of course she exceeded our expectations again. Thank you Marie! Highly recommended both the dinner and the guest house. You will not be disappointed. We wished we could stay longer.

There was nothing we didn't like actually. The jetty is no longer 200 meter away from the house, as it was relocated in 2023. Google maps location is also wrong.

I normally dont write too many reviews but this place deserves it. Modern and newly refurbished Le Port had everything you need for a self catering stay. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook and a shop opposite stocked with fresh and frozen food. I loved the balcony facing onto the mini beach, so calming, we ate our dinner there every night. Location is great as it is in the middle of the island and close to the ferry port. We walked one way which took 20 mins and got a taxi the other way which was less than 5 mins. Also there is a bus stop right outside so very convenient if you dont have a car to get around the island. Lastly the owners are so lovely and helpful! It was valentines day when we arrived so they made lovely deocration in our room and also gave us some delicious homemade sweet treats. We opted to have dinner cooked for us one night which was delicious. Highly recommend this place, i can guarantee you will not regret staying here!

Everything was great

The host gives a warm and generous welcome. I stayed in the largest room which is also the one with the largest terrace and closest to the water. Large bathroom and a kitchen with all you need, great with unlimited access to filtered water. This is a good location if you intend to visit both the northeast (Cote d'or) and southwest (Grand Anse) coastlines. The buses stop right outside the room and there is also a small grocery store. I really appreciate that the host arranged for me to go to Anse Georgette.

This is not about the host/place but a reminder for those not coming with a car; It's strongly recommended that you already arrange for a bus card before you arrive. This way you can move with ease to the different beaches, vallee de mai and similar sites. Also just for general information; although the place is rather close to the jetty I would not walk there since there is not a designated walking path.
