The location was great and walking distance to the commercial areas. Basic and functional facilities. The room was clean and well maintained. Laundry facility was a plus! Staff were attentive and proactive.

Very nice! Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh. Very safe area lots of educational center around the property so we feel very safe coming back later in the night. Also staff was on 24/7 so kudos for that! The room is quite big and clean, they provided cutlery, plates and dish-soap so a total apartment room i would say

There was a damp and musty smell of the towel and all fabric used inside the room not sure if it was because it was raining all week that we went or problem with their laundry but that's all

most of the places I wanted to visit were walkable (Ben Thanh Market, The New Playground). Convience stores are located close to the property as well. Room 601, was the room I checked into, it was small but very comfortable, interior was spot on, it also had a common outdoor balcony.

Staff extremely nice and helpful. The location is convenient to most tourist attractions. The room I stayed is clean, comfortable, and quiet, except for the weekdays hearing the life of school kids ( but it’s not annoying). If more kitchenware provided will be perfect. It doesn’t feel bored without TV/ streaming services. The city offers all the entertainment!

The location was perfect, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Lucy, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was incredibly kind and gave us excellent recommendations, including where to find the best pho in all of Ho Chi Minh City! We truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing except staff is friendly

Apparently it’s my fault to book their economy room. I thought it’s sort of promotion but in their definition ‘economy’ equal to noisy and ground floor room. You got woken at 7am by loud music and motorbike engine. After I complained, the staff showed me another room on 5th floor and it was allocated right next the elevator and you can hear the elevator going up and down very clearly. I gave up. I booked 3 nights and only lived there for 1 night then booked another hotel in district 2 which has so much more value than here. Obviously this hotel refused to do me any refund as I gave up my stay voluntarily. Wanna warn my fellow travellers you get what you pay for. Suggest you pay a bit more and avoid this hotel

We were not happy with the location due to a very noisy school nearby, but staff were absolutely brilliant at moving us quickly and upgrading our room. The facilities are really functional and clean for busy days touring the city and perfect for tourists.

Location is great, at a back street away from the hustle and bustle and still within walking distance to most of the attraction and nice restaurants. There are washing machine and dryer free to be used. Clean, toilet water pressure is great and bed is comfy. Great value for money. Friendly staff.

No TV. It is a no frill type of hotel, so the staff may not be at the reception all the time.

Not really a huge issue for me but it would be nice if the aircon noise can be smaller.

Property was very clean, staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile and a staff that is really commendable would be Khang. He always checks up on our stay and make sure that everything is fine like when we needed more pillows or needed help with the toilets. Assistance was always provided within 5-10 mins. Highly recommended!

Bed was slightly tough

We had very nice, few days stay. This is not a typical hotel as rooms are equipped with kitchennet which is really great in case you want to eat in the room. Everything was super clean, smelled fresh and was well designed. Staff went above an beyond for you - they text you to check how are you doing, if you need any help or to inform you about the cleaning schedule. you can contact them this way if you need any help - super convenient. During your stay, you can access free coffee, tea and water as well as loundry/drying machines and they even get you a free washing detergent. We thought it was a very nice touch. Air condition works seamless. Location is also very good - close from the airport and with walking distance to most turist atractions. Free & strong wifi.

Clean place, nice staff, well located to discover both districts 1 and 3 on foot. The fridge was a nice plus to keep our water cold.

We had a room wrapped around the elevator. It was very loud which made it hard to sleep. Especially combined with a karaoke on our second night there. We could also hear a neighbour taking a shower and singing...

Very nice place. We were greeted promptly, settled in quickly, and shown everything we needed. The room is spacious and clean, featuring a modern design, a comfortable mattress, dark curtains, and a small kitchen. The soundproofing is effective

There were no cons for us

They offer free laundry and clothes dryer. It’s so convenient to do the laundry, especially Vietnam is extremely.

It is home stay that was in owner house. The room is not sound proof, the windows in the room is fake because the view is inside the house when I opened. I stay at G floor and it is noisy throughout the night makes me wake up many times at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was superb. The hotel would be very quiet if the next door primary school doesn't have any special activities. The free laundry service was nice but the machines are practically on use all the time.

Very good location. Right across from Tao Dan Park, and within walking distance of main tourist attractions, food, coffee, etc. It's also nice having kitchen facilities, if necessary. There's also a school next door, and it was lovely seeing how life unfolds in HCMC first thing in the morning.

Loud banging in the morning waking us up with no explanation. Low shower, air conditioning only in room, not the warmest service. Weird location in the sense there’s not much around but it is walking distance from a lot? It just doesn’t feel like it

We had a room located on the ground floor, and it was unbelievably noisy at night - people coming in, laundry, traffic etc.

The room was comfortable, larger than expected, and had everything we needed. The free laundry (washers and dryers) were easy to use and super convenient! There was also free filtered water available. The location was very convenient with lots of food options and a park nearby, and within walking distance to some of the main tourist sites. There were also Grab cars/bikes always available quickly from the location.

This is a little gem of a place. The studio was fantastic, so comfy, cool and the little extras like free laundry and free filtered water makes a big difference. Excellent location in the city, and friendly staff with great communication.

The only reason for not giving 10 is the noise from construction next door, and school next door. Easily dealt with by earplugs, but would have been nice to know upon check-in.

the room has abundant of space. It is clean. It even has a small stove with some cooking utensils. the location is fantastic. walking distance to many local attraction like the cathedral, food area, ben than and the post office.

it's situated right behind a school. so... sometimes it can get abit noisy.

Value for money given its location in District 1, free beverages from the lobby and we can do laundry for free

Design features optimized for digital nomads. The lighting options were unexpectedly important during my stay (switching between work calls at all hours, sleeping, computer work), as was being able to do my own laundry. Locking drawer a plus. Just the right amount of housekeeping. Location very central, but off the main street. Appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby to reduce plastic waste.

The free airport shuttle on Booking is false advertising and should be removed. What also should be removed from Booking is that there is no free wifi... there IS wifi, and it is free.

Staff extremely friendly. The place is in a great location and you can walk everywhere. We were very happy about the possibility to do our laundry free of charge. Dry cleansers and soap are also available. Great place for travelers

Mattress is a bit too hard

The hotel itself hv everything basic for what you need to it's price. Great place for younger people from 25 to 35 yr old, who would like like to stay in a modern, clean, tidy place. The Booking.com description requires Updates as This Place got a Perfect Great Wifi. (While Booking.com states there is No WiFi connection).

Unfortunately, it's located in the heart of the HCM city and the noises from the bar, pubs are unpreventable although most noises hv been filered by the hotel when u closed the windows and doors.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at M Village Nguyễn Du during our trip to Vietnam, and we cannot express enough how impressed we were with the exceptional service we received, particularly from Kane and Trieu. The room was spacious and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the outstanding assistance we received from Kane and Trieu. We needed to arrange transportation to Can Tho, and they not only helped us book a taxi and bus but went the extra mile by providing us with detailed instructions in Vietnamese for our driver, ensuring that we would arrive at our next destination without any hassle.

Good location in the city center close to Ben Thanh market. I could walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom has a good ventilation so the no window room was not damp at all. There are kitchen equipment and sink in the room.

As we need the key card to open the main door (which is very good) so before check in, we had to wait outside for the hotel staff for a while.

The staffs always provide explanations with the most patient attitude, and all questions are answered in a timely manner. The location is excellent, and travel is convenient. The room is clean and bright.

- the staff doesn't speak much English, so don't expect information about what to do in the city - the studio has just a very little window, and there is no common area where to chill at sunlight
