Più che altro un consiglio, poi va bene. L'area colazione è impersonale, situata nel retro del bar, con le slot. Basterebbe poco per renderla un po' più accogliente.

Ну и отдельное спасибо за уборку номера!несмотря на то что мы были всего два дня,утром после первой ночи в номере провели уборку и поменяли полотенца. Хороший сервис и цена.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Kleines aber sehr feines B&B oberhalb eines Cafés. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und war auch sehr leise. Betten bequem. Frühstück wurde im hinteren Teil serviert, alles top . Sehr freundliche Besitzerin! Wir hatten eine Autopanne und sie hat uns sofort eine Werkstatt in der Nähe empfohlen und den Kontakt hergestellt, obwohl es Sonntag war. Dank ihrer Hilfe war das Problem am nächsten Tag schon erledigt und Auto repariert, vielen Dank nochmals.

Manque de confort dans la chambre: petite TV mal placée, impossible à regarder depuis le lit, chambre vieillotte qui devrait être rafraîchie. Pas de gel douche, uniquement des petits savons. Petit-déjeuner basique. Salle à manger pas très propre. Je ne comprends absolument pas les cotations des autres clients. Cet hébergement est classé 2 étoiles et non 3. Par ailleurs, il est assez éloigné des embarcadères.

The caffe downstairs is the place where locals are comming for morning coffe and newspaper, or watch football in evening. Very italian place with very nice people. Room clean, bed comfortable and windows well isolating noise from street.
Breakfast itself and the place for breakfast. No meat, eggs, beans or similar. Just pastries, fruits and youghurt. Anyways, thankfull for this.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Ottima soluzione: camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario (compresa la vista sul lago), staff super gentile e accogliente (il nostro cane è stato ben accetto), prodotti confezionati gluten free a colazione per la persona celiaca del gruppo, rapporto qualità-prezzo ragionevole in considerazione della zona, possibilità di parcheggio riservato.
Non ho nulla da segnalare. Non si tratta di una sistemazione lussuosa. Detto questo, è assolutamente adeguata e confortevole.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Great location, beautiful local town with nice cafes and nearby swim spots. Was an incredibly relaxing location, stress free, right next to bus stops. Our room was great, decently spacious with an incredible view of the lake, balcony with chairs was a massive bonus too. The staff checking us in were very nice and helpful throughout our stay as well.
Only downside were the pillows were very flat. The furthest thing from a dealbreaker, I just get neck pain pretty easily so could just be me.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Perfect location, in front of bus station bus C110. Juts 3 stops to the ferry in Tremezzo to go to Bellagio / Varenna. The staff is very nice and helpful (they even help bring the bags to the rooms because there is not an elevator). The room is nice , A/C was functioning so it was nice and would come back here

The breakfast is amazing with lot delicious. The bus stop in in front of the building super easy to go anywhere . The other side of the street has a amazing cafe we eat lasanha that I’m still dreaming to come back and try again . So cozy this place. I wake up with the sound of a church bell like in the movies . My window door it was so charming .The church is up hill .Jisr book. Mt experience it was amazing. I forgot something and they try it return to me .

L'unico inconveniente, se si viaggia con valigie, è la mancanza di un ascensore; è molto difficile portare i bagagli su per le ripide scale. Per il resto, tutto è stato perfetto. Il personale è stato meraviglioso, così come la colazione e la loro ospitalità. Grazie!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Jessica's communication from booking to the duration of the stay was absolutely fantastic, we had quite a few hiccups with our travel plans due to cancelled/delayed flights and Jessica was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout. The BnB was perfect in every way, a beautiful view of the lake, air con, toiletries (although I did take my own shampoo & conditioner, there was a small bottle of each), loo roll, towels. The location was amazing, directly underneath is a lovely coffee, and just over the road a great little cafe too. The BnB is on a main road but that didn't bother us, we just slept in earplugs and any outside noise from cars/people walking by didn't bother us at all. The BnB had free parking for our hire car and is just a 15/20 minute walk to Tremezzo where there's bars and restaurants (can't recommend Ciao Spaghetti enough). Breakfast was also fantastic. Honestly, I can't rate our stay here enough, we have already recommended it to our family and friends, and if ever we come back to Lake Como we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you so so much for such a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Avisamos de que llegábamos un poco tarde( 20h ) , pero la recepción no fue demasiado acogedora. Es caro para lo que ofrece, aunque supongo el lago se paga.

Abbiamo alloggiato solo per una notte e non abbiamo trovato nulla che non andasse bene.

La colazione non era inclusa, ma abbiamo approfittato di un veloce caffè e cornetto prima di ripartire. Bagno pulito e buona doccia, peccato per l'assenza del bidet Ottimo il parcheggio riservato su strada e comoda la fermata dell'autobus proprio accanto al b&b

Il pavimento non era del tutto pulito quando sono arrivata, l'aria condizionata era troppo forte (accesa in seguito) e se la spegnevo faceva troppo caldo, così ho tenuto la finestra aperta (sono abituata a dormire con rumori). Non sono i problemi della vita, però se si va in Agosto mi chiedo come si fa.

W pokoju bardzo czysto, piękne widoki, super miła i pomocna obsługa. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni☺️

The great thing is that parking is available on the street where the accommodation is. The room was clean and with a beautiful (lake and hills) view.
