Life In Santa Maria

We had a great stay at this hometel. The place is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a very convenient location near the church, SM, the public market, and 7-Eleven. Ken, the owner, was very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He even provided us with a list of tourist spots to visit, which was very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Second reservation was not found by property however it was considered a no show. Staff was belligerent about not getting the reservation. Room smelled of sewage and there were leaks. AC location is not well described in listing.

My parents like the wheel chair accessible room. Rooms were clean and spacious.

They wish the room reservation came with free breakfast. But having hot water for coffee and a small fridge to put their drinks in was satisfying.

Super Ausstattung, sauber, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

I can't speak highly enough about Ken and his place. We were able to make use of most of his rooms for a family function earlier in our stay and then just a few of us for the rest of the week. It proved to be a perfect place to host a small family reunion. The kitchen was big enough for everyone and it was filled with laughing kids and chatting adults. The rooftop is a super chill spot to relax with a drink. We enjoyed it's location on the bus-line to get to Vigan and it was very close to a beautiful church you should check out when you stay here. It is also close to a market and some nice restaurants. Thank you, Ken!

This was one of my favorite places I've stayed in the Philippines. Ken is a wonderful host - humble, kind, and super helpful with whatever we needed. The kitchen proved very useful for the family gathering we had. There were plenty of rooms for everyone and we had a great time!

The room was spacious, the location was convenient with easy access to shops, and the journey was hassle-free. Our stay was exceptionally comfortable, and we felt right at home. Ken, our host, was incredibly attentive and greeted us warmly, making our experience all the more enjoyable. We will definitely come back again and will highly recommend it to friends visiting Ilocos

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with charming decor that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail was impressive, and the host's thoughtfulness truly shone through.

It was close to places of interests in the town. Lots of places to eat nearby. There was also a common kitchen with items you could use if ever you want to bring something to eat from your day’s travel.

When we checked in, the room was unusually hot because it wasn’t aired out and the a/c was not turned on before our arrival. It would be great if our room was furnished with a table and chair. You had to sit on the bed without back support if you want to read or rest.
