Very well connected if you are going.to Basel but staying out of town. Very good food and restaurants in the hotel. Very clean. Very good value for.money.

Lack of cooling air.conditioner during hot days is an issue. Hotel provides a portable fan though.

Het heerlijke Italiaanse restaurant. En de vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Het feit dat er geen airco aanwezig was in de kamers en het gebouw. Hierdoor was het heel erg warm en hebben we nauwelijks kunnen slapen.

Sehr schönes niveauvolles Hotel.

Leider keine Klimaanlage, keinen Ventilator. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße und sehr viel Schwerlastverkehr schon ganz früh morgens zu hören.

Das Personal (besonders Frau Nicole aus Boston) war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und das Abendessen sehr gut.

Die Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Klimaanlage und für den Sommer dünnere Decken.

Dat er geen airco was. Was echt niet te doen met de buitentemperatuur van toen. Er stond een ventilator, maar die gaf niet veel frisse lucht.

Locatie langs drukke weg en warme kamer (geen airco wel losse ventilator). Raam openen niet aan te bevelen.

Wij verbleven in het oude gedeelte. De kamer was voldoende ruim, de badkamer eerder klein. Goede matras. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur.

Er is geen airconditioning en in de kamer was het behoorlijk warm.

Não gostei da limpeza, não tem ar condicionado no quarto e nem ventilador, estava muito calor

Leider war es dort wo ich mein Zimmer hatte brutal heiß und keine Klima. Plus leider war das Hauptgerät im Fitnessstudio an der Wand defekt

A very last-minute booking for an overnight stay on our drive from Lake Garda to Calais. Plenty of free parking, beautiful hotel, with quirky interior design elements. Male Receptionist was wonderful. Very informative and professional. Breakfast was out of this world! We had been on a two week trip, staying in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland and this hotel was by far the best breakfast we had experienced. Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, bircher muesli, assortment of pastries, numerous jams and wonderful juices.

Einfach alles. Uns wurde ein Late Check-out gewährt ohne Aufpreis.

Es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet ! Das gesamte Personal war SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Ich kann das Hotel SEHR empfehlen - super, grosse Zimmer - nicht die gewohnten null acht fünfzehn Zimmer, wie man Sie sonst kennt die minimalistisch ausgestattet sind... Kaffeemaschine inkl Kaffe gratis - Perfekt für nach dem Aufstehen - geräumige Duschen... Super !

It’s really nice place

It’s actually if they can provide an air conditioner… that would be great. Summer time the rooms are soo hot 🔥 can’t sleep. I ask them a fan 🪭. They provide that. But the 3rd floor is under the roof. It’s soo sticky hot.

Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Velos durften wir direkt hinter der Rezeption einstellen.

Die Zimmerausstattung im 2. Stock war soweit ok. Im Zimmer hatte es allerdings 30°C. Diese Zi. sollten bei solchen Aussentemp. in einem 4☆ Hotel entweder mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet werden, oder nicht angeboten werden.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstück..

Es war sehr heiss im Zimmer und die Strasse ist sehr befahren.

Freundliches Personal, tolles Ambiente

It is easy to find. It is on the main road but very close to supermarkets and a short walk to the small town. It is a great location to explore the country, close to Basel, Zurich, Luzern. Also there is a nice path close to the hotel where you can jogging or ride a bicikle towards Liestal. Breakfast was perfect, hotel has bars and restaurants. Stuff is excellent and helpfull.

Only that it doesn’t have air conditioning and we were staying during heat wave. We had the room on the road side and it was very loud in the night as we had to open the windows.

Lage

Der Nachschub am Frühstückbuffet hat nicht geklappt. Wir mussten auf Brot, Honig warten. Eier waren keine vorhanden. Wir würden informiert, dass diese zuerst eingekauft werden müssen.

Frühstück war gut. Zimmer nach hinten = ruhig. Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll.

Keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer aufgrund dunkler Möblierung und wenig Licht recht dunkel.

Mycket trevligt hotell med perfekt läge. Frukosten var fantastisk och hade ett stort utbud. Kommunikationerna var utmärkta med hållplats precis utanför hotellet. Allt passade perfekt och jag hade en mycket behaglig vistelse. Rekommenderas varmt!

Det enda lilla minus jag upplevde var att man inte kunde öppna fönsterluckorna (shutters) i design-delen av hotellet, vilket gjorde att rummet kändes lite väl mörkt.

De hotelkamers hadden een tussendeur. Dat was handig met onze kinderen. Goede koffie op de kamer, lekkere douche, Aldi en KFC op loopafstand(Handig bij overnachting) en de gunstige ligging op doorreis naar Italië. .

Ontbreken van airconditioning tijdens warmte. Fan hielp wel goed.

Petit déjeuner fabuleux, l'hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est super. Nous avions une chambre côté forêt, je pense que je n'aurais pas aimé le côté rue, la route est très fréquentée et très bruyante.

Petit bémol sur le manque de climatisation. Néanmoins un ventilateur (silencieux) a été mis à disposition

Nach den heissen Tagen zuvor war die Luft im Zimmer stickig und die Temperatur dementsprechend hoch Bett mit zu weicher Matratze, nur 160cm breit und relativ nieder (für ältere Gäste nicht optimal)

Locatie, makkelijke locatie wanneer je op reis bent naar Italië. Restaurant aanwezig. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Geen airco, hoofdkussens die wel heel dun zijn en aan erg drukke weg. Als we de recensies beter hadden gelezen, hadden we dit kunnen weten.

Hotel buono comodo arrivare,immerso nel verde. Colazione buonissima continentale. In loco un buon bar ristorante per aperitivo o cena. La gentilezza è di casa!

Parking and good public transport links

None of the rooms have air conditioning. Don’t stay there during the summer, we had temperatures of 39 and 38 it was unbearable, couldn’t sleep. Flies on the cold cuts at breakfast, I mentioned it to reception but the next morning just the same, left uncovered. Pastries delivered early and left in uncovered trays at reception. Fitness room not cleaned, empty water bottles remained even after 2 days. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms even smaller. At 06:45 we went to get something from the car, we couldn’t get back in as the automatic door wouldn’t open from the outside, lucky some other guests came and opened from the inside, we pressed the bell but no answer. We will not be staying here again. The staff don’t care about the guests or hygiene. The morning chef came out and he seriously looks about 14 years old, no experience to work in such an establishment.

Perfektní jídlo, dobré parkování, nádherné kopcovité okolí.

Heel mooi hotel met zelfs 4 restaurants, voor iedereen wat. Grote kamer, heel goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Wij hadden Executive kamer en die had geen airco en wanneer het bij aankomst 39 graden is, viel dat tegen. In de nacht de ramen open, maar aangezien hotel aan grote doorgaande weg ligt, was het zeer veel herrie. Begin om 5 uur sochtends al. Dus ligging hotel is minder. Vraag voor rustige kamer.

Betreft het nieuwe deel van Hotel Bubendorf. Fijne kamer en prima ontbijt, personeel erg vriendelijk. Lekker gegeten op terras van oude deel. Goede locatie als je op doorreis bent.

Het hotel ligt aan een vrij drukke weg, tip is om een kamer aan de achterzijde te vragen. Daar hoorden we vooral vogeltjes fluiten.

Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very tastefully decorated even down to the carpeting. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate in two of the restaurants and were very happy. The room was everything we expected.

Maybe an automatic search of your name when you book to check if you stayed there before would be a nice touch. This was our fourth visit with my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel durch Zufall gebucht, da wir einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise einlegen mussten. Das Hotel ist einfach top, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ebenso wie die verschiedenen Restaurants des Hotels. Preis/Leistung für die Schweiz wirklich sehr sehr gut. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und auch alles in top Qualität. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir könne dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Nichts

Handige plek voor als je op doorreis bent naar Italië. De kamer was prima, er is geen airco maar wel een fan waardoor wij prima geslapen hebben. Heerlijk bed. Wij dineerden in het Italiaanse restaurant, wat erg goed was.

Sauber und ein an sich schönes Zimmer. gutes Frühstück.

Fenster zur Straße mit 4 Spuren, Ampel, Bushaltestelle und Eisenbahn mit Ausrichtung nach Süden. Zudem ist ein gut besuchtes Restaurant mit Außengastronomie direkt unter dem Fenster. Es war sehr laut und heiß. Das Fenster zu öffnen war wegen der Lautstärke unmöglich.

Das Personal war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit.

Auf der Homepage ist überhaupt nicht ersichtlich, dass sich das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse befindet. Gott sei Dank war unser Hotelzimmer auf der "richtigen" Seite. Dieser Umstand müsste auf der Homepage zumindest ersichtlich sein.
