Reviewed Mar 23, 2026The property was clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. Despite being in a lively area, street parking was easy to find. We especially appreciated the ground-floor access, making it easy to bring in our luggage. The owner clearly prioritizes guest comfort, with many thoughtful touches like children's toys and local treats in the kitchen.
Would only suggest adding one hand towel for the bathroom and one kitchen towel for the kitchen; otherwise, great stay.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026La zona, está a 5 minutos andando de la Placita de Santurce. La zona es tranquila y segura pero céntrica, además en parking es muy cómodo.
El alojamiento que usamos fue muy cool, es un duplex con dos habitaciones y dos baños. Quizás le falta un poco de mantenimiento, especialmente el baño.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Lovely spacious apartment near a nice convenient store. I was running late to the ferry and the owner gave me a ride free of charge. She was so kind!!! The apartment is about five miles - a ten minute car ride from the ferry. You need to be at the ferry an hour prior to departure. Tickets sell out so book advance. Great place to stay with very sweet owners!!! Ten stars for sure!!!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025We stayed at Salmos 23 to board a ferry to Culebra early the next day; this place served its purpose. Super close to the port and quite comfortable.
Parking can be a bit tricky, but we were able to park and enjoy the facilities.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2025Very clean, decent. The appartment has its soul. More than enough space, well equipped kitchen, very good wifi, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was also provided. Very good smell in the appartement. It was great to return.
A balcony or fresh air was missing where the morning coffee would have been enjoyed. Beach was quite far, only with car.

The hot water in the shower was not working, and it seems the owner was not aware of the issue. Hope it will be fixed for the next guest.

The people in the small town were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a great safe place for a night while traveling around the island. We would definitely stay there again.
