The charming house is spacious and very nicely furnished in a country house style, we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and a plate of fruit had been prepared.

The hostess was nice but not very talkative, so we had less informations. Breakfast was prepared in the kitchen/refrigerator, but not completely. The location was close to a road, and the road noise was disturbing when the window was open.

The home is beautiful and the surrounding property is lovely. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Ontbijt stond al klaar in de koelkast. Had met name ‘eigen’ produkten’. Eten was voldoende maar weinig keus.

Bij ontbijt verwachten we een wat persoonlijker aandacht. Er liepen wel kippen rond maar geen ei te bekennen!

Accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt very peaceful and relaxing — the perfect place to unwind. Communication with the host was excellent: friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The location was ideal. I would happily stay here again ✅

Water pressure from shower could’ve been a bit better. Otherwise the stay was awesome. Debbie is a very nice lady

it was warm, clean and the area was very quiet which was great, Debbie was very informative beforehand as it was very late by the time me and my partner made it into pakaraka

It was very hard for us as first timers in pakaraka to see the gate in the dark, maybe having some torches on either side of the entrance gate to identify the house number

Le logement de Debbie est idéalement situé pour découvrir le Northland. Nous avons pu partir en excursion en voiture pour sillonner depuis ici. Bien qu’il soit près d’une grande route, c’était curieusement très calme (ce qui est un facteur important car je suis sensible aux bruits) et ce même depuis le jardin. Debbie a eu de nombreuses attentions pour notre famille ce qui a rendu notre séjour très joyeux. Notre fille a adoré jouer dans le jardin et avec les jeux mis à disposition. Le logement était propre et le wifi fonctionnait parfaitement bien.

La pression de l’eau de la douche était trop faible.

Lovely stay at Debbie’s house and garden. Everything you need and more for an enjoyable and calm stay. Especially the fresh fruit out of her own garden is amazing. We also got a short tour around - highly recommend.

Only stay for one night, no chance to feel it carefully. The kitchen equipment is easy to use, the environment is good, and the bed is comfortable.

There are a lot of flying insects outside the house at night. You can‘t get into the car to get anything. As soon as the door was opened, the insects were attracted by the lights in the car and flew in a large number. It is recommended to set up several street lights about 10 metres outside the house to attract flying insects at night. In addition, it is recommended to increase the water pressure in the house. The water pressure in the shower is too small.

Nice rooms, warm welcome

Debbie hat ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Mitten im Grünen, die Kühe+Hühner+Hund Penny sagen guten Morgen und Debbie verwöhnt mit hofeigenen Früchten und Marmelade. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Selten haben wir so eine gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen. Es ist einfach alles da was es braucht. Für Kinder gibt es ein großes Trampolin direkt am Haus, einen Trailer zum erkunden und einen Sandkasten.

Das Haus liegt leider an einer Hauptstraße, daher ist es vom Schlafzimmer her laut. Nachts ist aber weniger Verkehr und wir haben bei Lautstärke einfach im Schlafzimmer das Fenster zu und dafür die Tür zum Rest der Wohnung offen gelassen. Kleiner Tipp an Debbie (wird aber auch in anderen Unterkünften oft vergessen): Die Abzugsgitter zum Beispiel über der Dusche säubern.

The accommodation is immaculate, spacious championed with a fire box. Lovely surroundings and very country. Wonderful helpful host. Easy exit off main road with tall trees clustered blocking traffic noise.

Breakfast was great love all the fresh fruit. Great location off the beaten track , quite, farmstay.

Cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic outdoor space, plenty of fresh produce, great place to stay with kids, no TV :)

Debbie was very helpful.

The best B&B we ever visited, (and that includes UK and Ireland). For the breakfast all fruits and vegetables came from the garden, delicious homebaked scones. The highlight was the guidad tour by Debbie in the superb well maintained garden with all kind of fruit trees. Our best recommendation for Debbie's B&B Cecilia & Kurt Jonsson

Debbie our host was a lovely lady, very respectful and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable I was asleep just after my head hit the pillow !! Had all the facilities we needed and was so peaceful and private.I can highly recommend this location and thank you to Debbie for being such a great host 👏
