The coffee flask delivery in the morning was a nice touch. Town and beaches were all within a short walk of each other.

The location is great. Close to the beach and every great restaurant. Calm and far enough from the noise.

It’s advertise as a four star place but it’s very basic.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen! Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem und die Handtücher wirklich sehr flauschig. Es liegt am Ortsende und ist daher etwas ruhiger aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Der Checkin und Checkout war sehr einfach. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt.

Die Dusche war entweder ganz heiß oder ganz kalt, etwas dazwischen gab es nicht. Gästen muss bewusst sein, dass der Hahn nebenan gern auch mal mitten in der Nacht laut kräht aber das ist quasi in ganz Port Barton der Fall. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie einem erklärt hätten, dass der Tee und das heiße Wasser für alle Gäste kostenlos da ist. (Wir haben es durch andere Gäste erfahren)

The sun didn’t shine. Not the properties fault!

Great place to stay for a few days in a convenient location. The WiFi (likely powered by Starlink) was surprisingly fast at times, and I really appreciated the hot water and instant coffee waiting on the table in front of my room each morning. The electricity went out once briefly, but the owner responded immediately and brought a light to my room. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and would happily return.

Wonderful family run homestay. This place is wonderfully located in the center of town yet not on the busiest/noisy part of the street. We stayed for 3 nights, got coffee delivered to our front door every morning, the room was clean and the water in the shower was always hot! The owners were very nice and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend

Au départ nous avons trouvé la chambre chère mais tout compte fait quand on compare avec ce qu'il se loue dans Port barton, c'est correct Un petit déjeuner serait un plus comme celui proposé en face Manque de pression à la douche, pas pratique pour se laver les cheveux

Das Zimmer war sehr ungemütlich, WC ohne Brille und wir waren froh, dass wir nach einer Nacht gehen konnten.

Hébergement uniquement si vous avez un petit budget. Le personnel est très gentil mais ne maîtrise pas encore les codes de l'hôtellerie : pas de ménage, pas de changement de serviette, chambre pas très propre. L'emplacement est bien mais à Port Barton, tous les hôtels sont bien situés car la ville est toute petite.

We had to book this last minute because our other accommodation did not have water and no one was getting back to us. We were greeted with such kindness and super quickly, like 5 minutes after making the reservation. They helped us with booking the island hopping tour as well as transportation to Puerto Princesa. Great place!

Uma das melhores estadias que tivemos nas Filipinas. Super limpo e confortável, tranquilo e muito bem localizado, à distância de uma curta caminhada da praia e restaurantes. O Dhong foi muito atencioso, sempre disponível, organizou o nosso tour, aluguer de moto e tudo o que precisávamos. Acabámos por prolongar a nossa estadia. Voltaria seguramente!

The room is big enough for 2 people. Comfy place. Has an eatery right in front which serves really good food. Location is 5 min walk from the van terminal

The shower head. It’s kinda hard to get the right heating and the water pressure isn’t that great. They provide free coffee which is nice but instead of having the thermos delivered every morning outside, they should just have an electric kettle in the room. If not, they should inform the guests about this during check in so they will be aware.

Spacious clean room with air con and ensuite. Great value for money considering how popular the area is becoming and the location is perfect. They were very helpful finding laundrey services for us.

Very kind staff and helpful, hot water bought to your room in a flask and left out the table out the front with coffee. Easy to get around and the beach was lovely. Lots of different restaurants around to choose from or the stall holders for cheaper local options.

Nothing about the room, bit of a sewage smell but that's normal. About the area - The mud..... very muddy when we went, the beach was beautiful but there was a lot of rubbish around. Had the worst meal I've ever had at Elsa's Beach Resort, I didn't eat it, hubby was hungry so ate some of it. Great breakfast at the Fat Cat and the staff were great.

The property was owned by a lovely family who were super helpful and very friendly. We were given coffee every morning which was a lovely touch. Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and the AC was great. Also the wifi worked perfectly, which was great as usually places have quite weak wifi in Palawan. Also offered laundry.

It would have been nice to have a change of towels as we stayed for 5 nights. Other than that everything was perfect and we’d definitely stay again.

BEST WIFI. BEST HOSTS. I work online and needed a stable and fast Wifi and I’ve never experienced a faster one in the Philippines. They pay a lot to get StarLink and it’s working so well. They were so welcoming. We were meant to stay for 3 days we ended yo staying for about 8/9 days. It’s not easy to find an accommodation in Port Barton that has a good wifi, that is clean, has aircon and enough space but here they have it all 🫶🏼

Gave us free bottles of water when we first arrived. Coffee left outside the door every morning. We were invited to their daughter’s 7th birthday party one evening 🥹 Friendly and welcoming.

We loved our stay here, the owners were very welcoming and kind to us bringing fresh papaya and coffee in the morning. The room was comfortable with good AC, balcony and washing line. The owner even gave us a lift to our next destination as he was travelling in the same direction.

Dhong and Eden are great hosts. They provided free coffee and delicious homegrown Papaya every morning. It was clear that their main focus was to make sure their guests are happy. When Dhong realized we didn't have space to hang up our wet clothes outside, he put up a drying line. They also offer laundry service. Room was great value for money too.

Sadly the Wi-Fi was very unstable. This is not the hosts fault as the network coverage in PB is very bad in general, but for some reason, the internet would work during the day and then cut out as soon as it got dark. This can be an issue if you work remotely.
