Poor service and expensive food because no choice

The staff was great and welcoming. Kayaking was free of charge and we really enjoyed it. View was amazing.

I undetstand that visiting Cambodia at the end of rain season is kind of brave, but... All over the room there was a smell of wet and mold, while in addition the bathroom smelled with sewage. From the A/C smelled with mold as well and despite the fact it worked the whole night - we and all our stuff was moisty. Bed sheets smelled bad and were stained. Hundreds of ants were everywhere inside the room. The mattress was awful, during our stay in Cambodia I never saw such uncomfy mattress. The stay was expensive and totally dissappointed us.

Swimming pool was okay The river and environment

Booked for 5 nights. We were bitten by ants in our bed on first day. They moved us to another room which had rats inside at night. . They offered us another room but gave us a partial refund on our insistence. They kept $50 booking.com commission. This place is isolated run down the river beach is covered with rubble, there is slippery slime growing around the pool.

Because I was so pleased on my first stay, I returned…. The on site restaurant is excellent

Very quaint and authentic Khmer style lodging with all of the up to date amenities .. staff was warm and inviting. Very friendly and attentive

😊 The resort was good, we enjoyed the swimming pool, boating, ball game ect. Rooms were comfortabl. Have dinner one time it was average. Free breakfast was good. 😞 BBQ stand they rent for 20$ which I think it's expensive infact they can give BBQ stand free if we buy BBQ things from resort. Many Bicycle tire have no air they can maintain it. Kitchen closing time early may be around 9 or 10pm should be ok.

Low maintenance. Over priced. Bar- disappointed. Kitchen- disappointed.

Location is not well known by tuktuk drivers nor by the locals. Resort should seriously consider setting up the customer pick-up service and shuttle service between resort and the City. These are essentials to travellers with no car !

Beautiful scenery, next to the ocean the foods were great and staffs were good.

We just LOVED our stay at Nov Koh Kong Resort! The villa was great, spacious, clean. The swimming pool in front of the river.. perfect view! The staff is super nice and really friendly. The manager was really helpful - could organize tour or call for taxi. The restaurant Was delicious ! We eat every night.. great menu - choice for everyone ! The breakfast was very good. 9 different choices and coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh fruits! Our family enjoyed every minute of it! I forget to talk about the incredible sunset!!! Thanks Nov Koh Kong Resort for having us!

The peace and tranquility and kindness of staff

It’s located just outside Koh Kong, which is actually an advantage—it’s peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. The nearby mangroves are fascinating, and a visit to the stunning Tatai Waterfalls, about 15 km away, is highly recommended (ask the manager for details). Another highlight is the on-site restaurant, which offers a great menu, complemented by the impeccable hospitality and helpfulness of the entire Nova Koh Kong team. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. Everything was excellent—I truly felt at home.

The drive to get there was tough as they are building the road. Once finished, it will be a super highway

I doubled booked by accident and the staff were very good a cancelling for us with no charge! We only stayed one night but my little girl enjoyed crabbing and the sunset was amazing

Nothing to say about the staff who is really nice, patient and helpful nor with the food quality. It's a khmer restaurant so don't look after western food. Quiet resort with paddles, waterbikes and bicycles, included in the booking. We had fun. Amazing view from the pool or the restaurant.

Beverages for breakfast has to be improved. It was instant coffee not fresh juices. Lots of dust under the curtains.

everything was perfect. super friendly staff, very good breakfast, everything was clean, nothing to complain about. We know that the hotel is a bit out of the way and it wasn't a problem for us.

Breakfast was great! Excellent taste and a huge serving. The Thai food they had was phenomenal. The drink options were a bit limited for breakfast, but that wasn't a big deal. Lots of fun activities to do such as kayaks, bicycles, pedal boats, etc.

Nice place to rest and sleep and good seefood restaurant. Locals come here for 1 night or to party at the restaurant. But they really need to improve their service for foreign travellers. If you wanna stay longer, you have to know that : - closest koh kong town is located 10 km away and their tuktuk service to town is 6$ one way. - they dont take credit card, neither at hotel nor restaurant, and sometimes they dont have cash back - no shop around to buy snacks or drinks, they even dont sell ice cream ! - wifi is chaotic and basically not working

The staff was friendly and supportive. Took time to ensure we enjoyed our stay and trip. Met with the owner, as we had car problems he provided help with repair shop. I do highly recommend this place if you are looking to get a way and relax, as it is in a peaceful area and still close to the downtown area.

Only downside I had was the internet was a little weak, plus we had bad cell service so if you plan on doing any online work then it wouldn't be advice.

Staff are very helpful and friendly has everything for a getaway beautiful and peaceful has a lovely swimming pool and you can go rowing on the water would definitely stay again thanks

All staffs are very friendly and helpfully, I really appreciate to stay at Nov Koh Kong Resort, and very naturally with cleanliness, I hope, I will go to stay at Nov Koh Kong resort again of my next trip.
