Reviewed Aug 21, 2026I liked the riad's location. It's near the souk, but you're not really bothered by the noise, in fact, it's actually quite quiet. The staff is friendly, attentive, and responsive. I also liked the decor in the lobby.
The room was clean, except for the floor. There was hair and a lot of dust on the floor; my socks even changed color. When I went to take a shower, I found a clump of hair (probably from previous guests) near the showerhead. Breakfast wasn't good, the msemen didn't look or taste like they were fresh.

L’établissement demande néanmoins une rénovation, les équipements sont usés… c’est dommage Sedari du salon commun avec des trous, rideau dans la chambre abîmé et tombant, fissure dans la salle de bain, poubelle de salle de bain cassée, vasque abîmé

Mention spéciale à Youssef, qui a été particulièrement attentionné, il se rappelait de nos préférences au petit-déjeuner, nous a donné de précieux conseils et contacts pour notre visite et n’hésitait pas à nous rendre service lorsque nous en avions besoin.

La propreté est moyenne, je pense que c'est à cause de la pleine saison mais ce n'est pas une excuse. La SDB pas fonctionnelle et pas forcément très propre.

The remote control wasn't working, but it wasn't a big deal because I'm not keen on tv.

La saleté, la poussière partout sur les mrubles, sur le lit , l'humidité partout , carreaux sales et décollés.....J'ai ru une crise d'allérgie et passé une partie de la journée aux urgences. J ai demandé à quittet l'hotel et montré toutes les preuves de cet état. L'opératrice m'a dit de payer les taxes et de quitter si je veux ...ne niant pas l'état de la chambre. Elle m'a dit allez voir avec booking !

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026El desayuno completo y con buenas vistas al mar. El alojamiento está perfecto, situado dentro de la Medina, al lado de la playa y con un montón de tiendas y restaurantes cerquita. La relación calidad precio muy buena y el personal bien agradable.
El único punto mejorable es la ducha, ya que el agua era tibia (no caliente) y sin presión. Nuestra habitación estaba en la segunda planta y no sé si el motivo de la falta de presión pueda ser la altura. Por lo demás, en cuanto a limpieza todo correcto.

The staff is excellent , Youssef has been of a huge help in getting us settled in our room despite our late check-in , showing us where to go for the best spots around the medina and giving us info whenever needed.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Desayuno correcto, pero sin más. La terraza necesitaría un poco más de arreglo para darle un glamour que se merecería. La calidad del desayuno también se vería favorecida por un zumo natural en lugar de industrial en un país y período en que abundaban las naranjas.
La habitación está mal llamada deluxe, era una habitación con n standard justo razonable y la vista al mar. que fue lo más remarcable era ajustada, nada fuera de lo normal. Hubiera elegido un alojamiento más sobre el frente de mar.

Det försvann pengar på rummet, vi hade lämnat 2000dh och fanns endast 1900dh kvar när vi var tillbaka, ingen större summa men kändes ändå inte ok. Dessutom hade jag glömt kvar mina solglasögon inne på rummet som jag missade att ta med mig, de solglasögonen fanns tydligen ej kvar trots att jag vet att jag glömt dom där. Det fanns många gånger inte varmvatten i duschen.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025J’ai passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est au top, surtout M. Youssef — très gentil, serviable et toujours souriant. L’établissement est propre et agréable. Seul petit point à améliorer : la télévision ne fonctionne pas et il n’est pas possible de la connecter au téléphone car c’est une ancienne version.

Accueil froid par le gardien en fin de journée, la femme a l'accueil dans la journée est sympathique. Le personnel du petit déjeuner ne parle pas français. Le confort et la décoration de la chambre 303 n'est pas top. Petite armoire, peu de décoration, pas de tapis, et le minimum en serviette et savon...
