La cama era un poco incomoda, pero es que parece que estaban unidas 2 camas individuales para hacer una matrimonial, por ende los colchones se sentía la diferencia

Habia una puerta, que da aun pequeño patio sin la llave correspondiente, y la teniamos que dejar sin seguridad cada vez que saliamos , nos hubiera gustado que se repusiera

Si me gustó el alojamiento

Tenía buena ubicación, sin embargo las calles están cortadas por lo que si vas con mucho equipaje o alguna persona con dificultad para caminar debes tenerlo en cuenta ya que el Uber te deja a una cuadra, de noche se sentía un poco inseguro por qué estaba con escombros y se debía pasar por un costado de la “construcción”

Un día necesitamos ayuda para salir del hostel y llamamos al único número de contacto que nos dieron (no hay gente en recepción ni para contactar directamente) la persona fue grosera y en vez de dar indicaciones como salir solo se alteró e indicó que la puerta funcionaba. Deberían tener a alguien que realmente esté disponible para cuando uno necesita algún tipo de ayuda. (Nunca nos enseñaron al llegar la manera correcta de abrir la puerta principal para salir) la ducha no funcionaba (salía fría y caliente al mismo tiempo) nunca pudimos regularla para hacerla funcionar como corresponde, el aire acondicionado tampoco andaba. No quise indicar estos inconvenientes en la misma estadía por la misma actitud al momento de solicitar ayuda. Esto hizo que nuestra estancia en el hostel no fuese agradable para nosotras. Si bien al llegar nos recibieron súper bien y nos recomendaron dónde ir con muy buena actitud, al momento de solicitar ayuda fue todo lo contrario.

La habitación era muy ruidosa, todo el tiempo se escuchaba una máquina encendida, muy incómodo para descansar . La publicación decía que el establecimiento tenía parking, lo cual no fue así. Si bien me ayudaron a conseguir lugar cerca, tuve que abonar aparte por el estacionamiento.

Excelente instalaciones, todo muy prolijo y ordenado como aparece en las fotos. Cristina un 10, nos tendió perfecto con sus respectivas explicaciones y brindo la información necesaria para pasar 2 días magníficos en la ciudad. Si venís en auto te consiguen lugar para dejarlo a muy buen precio. Precio calidad del hostel 10/10 ❤️ volveremos

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect—close to everything you need (incl. airport transfer). A huge shoutout to Christina, who was incredibly communicative and helpful. Her local recommendations were spot on and made my trip much better.

A anfitriã era muito simpática e mostrou-se sempre disponível. A cozinha tinha o necessário e havia café, chocolate e chá grátis. A localização era incrível.

Não conseguimos dormir bem porque o isolamento sonoro não era bom e a porta do quarto fechava mal. O chuveiro era muito difícil de regular e tinha defeito, deviam trocar. Por cortesia podiam deixar mais shampoo.

Gezellig en mooi hostel op een perfecte plek in Buenos Aires. De kamer was heel comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De gemeenschappelijke woonkamer en keuken zijn mooi licht en hebben uitzicht op mooie oude gebouwen. Je loopt zo naar mooie bezienswaardigheden, leuke restaurantjes en cafés. Ondanks dat het hostel midden in het centrum ligt voelde het in het hostel erg relaxed. Christina was een super aardige host en gaf ons veel tips. Wij hebben genoten!

Un endroit tres charmant. Comme si on était a la maison. Meme si l’immeuble est vieux et la douche pas très commode du fait du type d’immeuble , nous avons apprécié la facilite d y accéder et la tranquilite . Nous avons fait de cet hotel un point de va et vient car nous avons visite une grande partie de l’argentine et notre hôte a été formidable pour nous guider er nous aider a chaque étape!

Cristina muy amable y atenta. Pudimos coordinar para tener un check in más temprano y un check out tardío sin costos adicionales. La ubicación excelente. Las camas muy cómodas.

The host, Cris speaks good English and suggested a place to eat and where to watch a tango show. She allowed me to leave my bag in my room until I was ready to leave for my 4pm flight.

I wasn’t informed by Cris that the room locks when you close it. I was locked out on my last night. My private bathroom was across my room and I accidentally pulled my bedroom door without my key. My cellphone was inside my room so I asked for help from 4 girls from the UK to contact Cris on WhatsApp (it was midnight as I just got back from watching a tango show… so I had to wake the girls up). But Cris wasn’t answering the call and messages. I slept on the living room sofa with a borrowed blanket from the girls and with the lights on (I couldn’t find the switch). Cris arrived before 8am and she said she left her cellphone at her friend’s place so she only saw the missed call and messages in the morning. She was apologetic but this situation could have been avoided if there’s a warning beforehand about the door and key. And for Cris to make sure there’s always a way to contact her in case of an emergency. Also be careful in the bathroom, the floor had water leaking, I almost slipped. I don’t know where the water was coming from as I had my shower in the morning.

What a cute apartment that offers a true Argentinian home stay. Christina was so helpful with excellent recommendations. Very friendly and accommodating.

It was late autumn and very cold outside so also inside it was freezing cold in the morning and no heating.

A litle problem with dusch,

- I like the decorations, which makes people feel chill. I also like their small lounge & kitchen area, you can cook (they have pans, pods, utensils, plates fridge) and enjoy the view through the French windows. (The only thing I would mentioned is the microwave function a bit weirdly, you have to try a little bit to make it work. Once you figured it out, it works 80% of the time) - The owner fixed problem soon. They have water system issues (no cold water but only extreme hot water), but got fixed right away when we reported.

- We had some twists while checking in. On booking, it says the checkin starts from 11:30, we arrived at the exact time but couldn’t enter the main entrance of the building. Because the hotel is actually on 3rd floor of a building, which needs code to enter. We waited outside for like 10 minutes (the weather is a bit cold), and the owner replied. I would suggest contact them through WhatsApp first, then you don’t have to go through this. (Also, the owner tried to contacted me through WhatsApp, but the number I left on booking isn’t the one I use for WhatsApp, so it added another twist) - They asked paying in cash, in dollars or euros. They accept pesos too, but if you pay in pesos, you have to pay 21% more for including Tax. Though we know on booking.com that we need to pay in cash, but it doesn’t say they accept dollars and euros mainly and that if you pay in pesos, they’ll charge more. We exchange a decent amount of pesos but ended in not being able to use it, it didn’t feel good. - The private bathroom is not attached in the room we stayed, it’s another room in front of ours, which is a bit inconvenient. Also there were bugs (around 5) during our stay there.

It's a very stylish, modern property with a rustic feel and hot drinks available all day. Private rooms and bathrooms make it stress-free and the kitchen/living room is open-plan and very light and airy so it all felt very spacious and comfortable. Cris was lovely and very helpful and accomodating, explaining everything for me and giving recommendations and directions that were very useful. I felt safe and able to relax.

The only thing I could think of is that it is a slight walk from main city areas and the keys could be a bit awkward with the bathroom door in particular but this wasn't a large problem.

I booked this accommodation but I was not advised an access code was required to enter the building. No code was sent so I spent two hours walking the city trying to find an alternative place to stay. A bit of a disaster.

It is centrally located in easy walking distance to many sites. The room was very nice, as were the shared areas. Everything was very clean. Looks like they are doing renovations on some of the hostel. I had a private room with a bath. The hostel is nice and quiet. There are supermarkets and plenty of food places in the area. The owner was always quickly responsive to any messages that I sent her, including recommendations on where to go.

The hostel was very centrally located, lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable with super communal areas with a view across some trees. Felt very safe, and convenient location.

There are no staff on site, but the text support is quick, helpful and very efficient. They organised taxis to and from the airport for us, really helpful.

What a fabulous visit to V&S Hostel Boutique, well located in the centro area of Buenos Aires- close to metro and bus in a nice neighbourhood. The room and facilities were clean and beautifully presented. Cristina provided excellent communication and helpful recommendations and tips throughout our stay. A brilliant place to stay and cannot recommend enough.

So conveniently located in a great neighbourhood in the centre of bustling Buenos Aires! We felt safe walking around the area from morning to night. We were lucky enough to have room 12 which was separate from the other rooms and felt like a unit all of our own. The staff were so helpful from the very beginning, Juan, Cristina and Yanina were in contact with us via email and whatsapp and gave very clear directions for gaining entry and arranging after hours access to our room due to late arrival from the flight. We found it to be very cost effective and allowed for our preferred option of having an independent stay with cooking/kitchen facilities on hand to self cater if we wished. It was very quiet and not like a typical hostel, everyone was very respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Some of the guests kept forgetting to close the elevator/lift doors when leaving which meant having to use steep stairs to climb down as it prevented the elevator from being able to come back up. Some instructions to guests on the use of the lift would be advisable. The toilet also had issues flushing and there was a stale smell in the room. But none of this impacted our stay to the extent that we were not happy.

There’s absolutely nothing about this property that we like! We booked this property five months before our stay and when we showed up on the day of our stay and they told us on WhatsApp that due to their overbooked they had canceled our reservation. They even refused to talk to us in person.

The communication and hospitality was fantastic! They helped me to receive a package I really needed, communication is very fast en they give good suggestions. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Location was great, close to the metro.

Amazing location, staff helped arrange laundry and an airport transfer and were always responsive to enquiries. I stayed for NYE and was provided with a complimentary bottle of fizz!

This is the best of all the places that I stayed in BA. The bed is very comfortable. The Internet is fast which I like because I am working remotely. They also have a work desk. It's like a home away from home. Cristina is very responsive with my questions and very accommodating with the different changes I made. Juan is very helpful too.
