Overall apartment was nice cosy and comfy

The way to reach there was very risky. Google maps showed us the easiest way to get there but you have to pass through a suburb area in Grand Gaube with very dangerous people swearing at us and shouting loudly, blocking the road and not letting us pass through. It was a traumatising experience for us and the roads were very narrow for a 2 -way. We requested to be relocated as getting there and going back at night or in morning were just impossible but nothing was done to accommodate our request. We have been loyal to LOV for a very long time and it is the first time we encountered such issue. We learnt that there were 2 more roads to get there and go out of there but again very narrow with no lights and nobody passing through, so we decided to leave there and book another place to stay for our own safety. The appartment is very nice but the way to reach there is too risky. The sea front was very rocky as well, i do not recommend swimming or hanging outside near the beach for security reasons.

The space the luxurious rooms and all the amenities

Le cadre est top pour ceux qui comme moi aime la plage, le calme, et la propreté. Le logement est bien équipé, confortable, l'aménagement du site est reposant, on avait la piscine commune pour nous seul donc les enfants se sont fait plaisir de ouf, j'y retournerai juste pour revoir les couchers de soleil et entendre les oiseaux chanter.

L'emplacement est un peu éloigné des moyens de restauration, il faut être véhiculé ou bien avoir des bons contacts pour vous faire livrer les repas, mais l'endroit est bien desservi par les transports en commun pour aller dans les zones commerciales 10 min de Goodlands ou bien 40 min de Grand baie en bus.

The villa in itself is very cozy, modern and clean. The location is very quiet and walking distance to the beach. Ritesh was super professional and helpful during our stay. Will definitely come back again for a longer staycation.

I love dogs but at times some were about to bite

Everything was perfect im a native and I been around for couple of days and I made the right decision to book the place. The location is perfect , birds wakes you up , the personal very discreet and polite. Riteish made sure you are well settle and make sure you have everything. A good the surprise to know that my long time friend Emmanuel Miandy a true world class hospitalier is helping to create memories for us the guests. Hats off 👏🏼 See you soon 😊

We had a memorable stay thanks to the amazing staff at the property and LOV team as well. Ritesh and Aman were very kind facilitators and made our stay very smooth and memorable! The apartment was spotless, full equipped kitchen very useful utensils and the dishwasher was a lifesaver. Beds very comfortable & balconies really nice to hang out. Bathrooms very clean. The dinner area is well located for a nice sea view. Loved everything, looking forward to come again soon!

It was clean.

There were no pool towels and no lounge chairs at the pool.

The apartment was good from inside.

First night in Mauritius and a horrible experience. We landed and drove to this accommodation. We were very excited, got there at abt 10 and expected someone to be there to show us to our room as I had already communicated with the property a few days ago, told them what time I'll be landing and that will be at the property by about 10. She confirmed that there would be someone there to welcome us. However, when we got to the property, there was no one there. I called on all their numbers that they had given me, but no one picked on any of the numbers. We went to the main gate of the property and hooted a few times. A guard who did not know English came and we tried to explain to him that we need to check in but he didn't know anything and we just about got him to open the main gate for us so we can park. We parked the car, and i kept calling all the different numbers again and again. After about 15 tries, a woman picked up the call, and I told her everything. She was so rude she said she is not working at the moment and she has done me a favour by picking up the call, she shouldn't even be receiving calls. I got really annoyed n told her that no one's picking n we have been waiting ages, so what are we meant to do. She said she would speak to someone and call me back. She called me back n told me to ask the guard. I told her that he doesn't know English, so i can't explain anything to him. She said she doesn't have the guards' number as he doesn't work for them. She said she would tell the concierge to call on my number. The concierge called me after a few mins and told me to give the guard the phone. My husband got down from the car to call the guard. Dogs started barking n coming out of literally everywhere. There were so many stray dogs there. I have never seen so many dogs anywhere. Must have been at least 15 dogs in that small compound.

The cleanliness of the place, the view, the size of the apartment, and the staff are very nice and helpful.

There are no shops or supermarkets nearby and the road is not good. There is no bidet

Staff, Ritesh, was incredibly helpful and just a wonderful person all round.

Internet can be improved especially access across the apartment
